What a miracle in a bottle! Absolutely loved how my skin felt in the morning after applying the pure shots serum in the evening. Just a soft melting texture that really does absorb so well into the skin leaving you feeling hydrated all night long. I have had to purchase a new bottle recently and it is a little higher on the price range, but personally I think it is so worth it for such a great product. The bottle feels very luxury, I love the pump as a little goes a very long way. I Couldn't recommend this one enough, must have even hubby has started using it! GET SOME! You need this in your life today! Haha

An aesthetically pleasing bottle filled with a wonderfully light and hydrating serum. The packaging for this product has a very luxe feel, however, I would prefer a dropper bottle over the pump lid to make applying the product a little easier. The formulation itself is super light and has a subtle fragrance. The serum leaves your skin feeling smooth and fresh and sinks into the skin well, not leaving any texture on the skin. I loved the way my skin felt the next morning after applying the product in the evening. I would absolutely recommend this product, however, realise it is at the higher end price-wise for a serum so it may not be an everyday use serum. After trying this product, I'm interested in trying out other products from this range.

I tried this product for a month as part of the review crew. I was really excited to try this product as it sounds like the exact product I need for my skin concerns. The product is an anti fatigue serum that will leave your skin feeling refreshed in the morning and looking less tired. It helps to brighten the skin and also helps with enlarged pores and uneven skin texture. The product was easy to use, it needs to be shaken before use to mix the two phases together. I applied it at night after cleansing my skin. The product itself is very watery but still easy enough to apply with my hands. I usually prefer a thicker consistency for serums but this felt very light on my skin. I like the packaging of the product it is simple and feels luxurious. I noticed that after using this product that my skin is visibly brighter and my skin looks refreshed. I will continue to use this as part of my nighttime skincare routine. I would recommend this to people who want to have brighter and smoother skin but I would not recommend it to people with very sensitive skin because of the glycolic acid in the product.

I absolutely love this product!! I have never used something that has given such obvious results upon first use. I had never considered my skin dull, but using this serum made my skin glow, I’ve seen such a difference in such a small amount of time. It’s improved my skins appearance and texture. When applied it makes your skin feel soft and hydrated, absolutely no sticky feeling. I have a tendency to have sensitive skin, but this product didn’t irritate it at all, I’ve been using it daily for about 4 weeks now. Absolutely love it! It’s a little on the pricey side, but I do think it’s well worth the price. I’ll certainly continue to use this serum and will certainly be repurchasing.

I received this serum to trial as a member of the REVIEWcrew. The serum was simple to use - just 2 pumps and massage onto face and neck area after cleansing at night. I did initially feel a lot of tingling when I started using the serum but after shaking the serum to combine the ingredients the tingling was reduced and I felt like it was improving the appearance of my skin. The serum helped my skin look less tired and left my skin feeling exfoliated and smooth. I really liked the packaging and that you can buy a refill for the product instead of throwing the whole bottle out. This serum is effective but it is too expensive for me to use as part of my skincare regime. I would recommend this product to family and friends who have money to spend this amount for serum that are experiencing dull, ageing skin and don’t have sensitive skin.

This product is all it says it is. It feels refreshing on the skin. I didn't get a tingle as mentioned on the box you might get, which is great. It has been about a month that i have used and family and friends have noticed my skin looking younger, smooth and no tired mum eyes i usually have. I look forward to my night ahower, washing my face and applying the reboot serum before bed. It gives me the same feeling as a face mask but no washing off and so many beneficial results. You can always tell when a product uses quality ingredients by the way it feels on your skin. I will continue to use this product. I highly recommend it to anyone. I am one happy, very tired mum of three girls, this is the type of product i need. I am restricted of time to look after my skin the way i would like to and this is easy and quick to apply.

I used this product 1-2 times a week and noticed a visible difference in my skin. The texture of my skin is 'resurfaced', and has an overall healthier and more refined appearance. The formulation applies readily and I wasn't left with any greasy feeling. I wish it would have come with more specific directions on the best way to apply this product as the consistency (once shaken) is that of water. It seeps between your fingers and I found that I had to work it into my skin very quickly and use multiple pumps to cover my whole face. However, I probably would have still been less than impressed if the recommended method was to use a cotton pad, as this is not a cheap product you would want to waste. I thought the look of the packaging was very sleek and attractive to have on your bathroom vanity. The outer casing is made of acrylic, which is good for travel. There is then an inner glass 'vial' that can be twisted out and replaced with refills. The spout of the pump is almost non-existent however (only about 2mm long). I found it tricky to angle the spout into my fingers. Once you've used a fair amount of the product, it makes it difficult to get the pump to work as you're tipping the bottle sideways and it begins pumping air. This would not be the product for you if you do not like or can't tolerate fragrances, This is pretty close to wearing a perfume on your face. It has a masculine but fresh fragrance.

I wanted to love this product but unfortunately it did not wow me the way I thought it would. I have to use about three times the amount of pumps recommended as the consistency is quite what I like and does not spread far. Don’t get me wrong, it feels nice on your face and it leaves your skin feeling smooth at the time, but for the price I’m really not seeing the difference between this and a serum less than half the price. I have loved many YSL products previously and this one unfortunately does not live up to the other products I’ve used.

The packaging is a smart idea/concept, where you can get refills to lock back into the body case of the bottle. However, I find the overall packaging of the bottle way too bulky and unnecessary excess plastic. The refill frosted glass bottle would of suffice and looks a lot more elegant on its own! I actually ended up taking it out from its plastic housing and it looks so much nicer, the glass refill bottle! My skin was textured and dull and was in need of a brightening boost and good exfoliation. This serum addressed this because of the glycolic acid treatment for the dead skin build up I have as well as the skin renewal from the moonlight cactus is all very appealing for my skins current tired state. After cleansing and toning I like to use a serum that penetrates and heals my skin as it does its work during my sleep and waking up to see the results is what I like to do for my nightly regime. On first application it feels quite tacky on the skin but eventually does go away and once you shake up the bottle emulsions combine as the liquid to oil seperates - I find the fragrance scent quite over powering which eventually became quite off putting for me. It didn’t irritate my skin too much but it meant I could only use it once or twice a week. There was a change in my skins texture, my skin became less dull and more smooth. After a month of trialing it I found the overall result was quite impressive, especially as my skin became brighter and I could see it had buffed away any dead skin and my skin became soft! I only wish it didn’t have parfum within the ingredients- it’s very unnecessary and defeats the power of the other great ingredients within this serum. The pricing for this serum is quite dear - being high end brand, I understand it’s usually quite costly but I don’t think I would repurchase it for myself. If you don’t mind fragrance and high price point, then definitely give this a try!

I was very excited to try this product but I wasn’t blown away. My skin is fairly smooth in general but I do frequently use glycolic acid which is the main ingredient in this. It certainly didn’t aggregate my skin and it didn’t worsen. I found it to be quite a gentle form of glycolic which I loved. I also loved that the fragrance was mild and not irritating. My only real issue is the consistency- it’s extremely watery which I find personally makes application difficult and messy. If you have the budget, I’d definitely recommend this as a gentle daily exfoliate!

I adore what this product did to my skin! Even after a day of using this, I can notice my skin appear smoother and soft to touch. I love that it's light to apply and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy like many others do. Because my skin is so dry, it drinks this serum up so quickly, and reacts so brilliantly - it has made my skin bright and plump looking. I love the way it smells and how gorgeous it looks on my vanity table. It comes in an absolutely stunning container that is refillable too! I'm stoked with the results and I know I will be incorporating this product in my daily skincare routine.

I was very excited to try this YSL Pure Shots Night Reboot Serum, which I know is a bestseller. The serum comes in a thick, clear plastic pump bottle. The packaging is very luxurious and it’s great that the serum can be refilled in this packaging too. The serum has a dual-phase consistency, which is partly oil-based with exfoliating ingredients. You are required to shake the bottle well before use, and apply it at nighttime after cleansing. I find about two pumps is enough for my face and neck area. It has a liquid, light oily texture that melts into the skin. It instantly hydrates, smooths and softens my skin. I don’t find the fragrance is too strong or overpowering. I have used this serum every night following my usual cleanser and toner. I find it’s hydrating and moisturising enough so I don’t use a moisturiser on top. My skin looks and feels a lot smoother and my dehydration/dry lines have disappeared. I have noticed my skin tone is starting to look more even. I really like the oil in serum texture which doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry or flaky like other exfoliating serums. I haven’t experienced any irritation or redness since using this product. My skin feels a lot softer and my makeup applies more evenly in the morning. I would recommend this serum to anyone who wants a hydrating, exfoliating and brightening treatment in one. I would definitely purchase this serum in the future.

I have traditionally used physical exfoliants in the shower, so this was my first time trying a chemical exfoliant and I went easy using it one to two times a week after cleansing in the evening. I love the packaging of this product - it's sleek and elegant, and the pump dispensing system is great for avoiding product contamination and for controlling the amount of product per use which prevents wastage. After cleansing and toning, I layered this serum under a hyaluronic serum, followed by a squalane based moisturiser, and even after first use my skin was immediately visibly brighter and my complexion looked brighter and more refreshed than usual the next morning. My only issue is how runny the serum is, which meant I couldn't put one pump on my hand to use from for my whole face and neck, and instead I did multiple smaller pumps onto my finger tips for each area of my face - if I could get all the benefits of this product in a more viscous texture it would be perfect! Overall an amazing product that will definitely become a regular part of my weekly skincare routine.

I love this serum so much! Firstly the packaging looks so beautiful and luxe and it comes in a pump bottle which I love cause I can control the amount of product I need. The product is quite light-weight, it is very easy to spread and I love that my skin absorbs it so easily without it feeling sticky or greasy. I incorporate it into my skincare routine every single night. I don't feel much difference in the first or second nights but after a few days, I noticed my skin was glowing and feel less bumpy in the morning. Since then, I have been getting compliments on how good my skin looks! I will definitely keep using this even after the trial and have told all of my friends all about this product!

Was both excited and apprehensive to give this product a go. I have very dry skin, so a lot of glycolic acid treatments are a bit too much for me. The serum is light only very mildly scented. The bottle is absolutely STUNNING and makes the overall feel of the product very luxurious. Upon application, the serum sinks into the skin nicely and there is no noticeable residue. After a single use, my skin was ridiculously vibrant the next day. I looked completely refreshed. Sadly though, it stripped my skin dry. 48 hours after a single application, I started to flaked across my nose and on my chin. This product would be amazing for someone with combination / oily skin. I gifted this product to my friend who has such a skin type and she is obsessed! Three weeks of every second night use and she has noticed a significant reduction on pigmentation and fine lines. So given the correct skin type, this product can be a game changer.

I have tried my fair share of serums, and this one sticks as the winner! I have been using this serum in my evening skincare routine for the past 3 - 4 weeks, and I have noticed an improvement in my skin. My skin particularly over the last few weeks has been a lot drier with the change in weather, so having applied this in the evening has made a difference to the hydration of my skin. The tone of my skin has def improved - it feels and looks clearer, and it looks more even. I wake up in the morning and my complexion feels brighter overall. I believe the brightening has come from the fact that this serum is a gentle exfoliator at the same time, meaning it's exfoliating any dead skin cells which is why my skin has overall improved and feels renewed. I love the packaging! It's super luxe! I can def agree that this product has given my skin the night reboot it has needed :)

I was lucky enough to be selected to test this product, which can be described as a facial in a bottle. I used the product for 3 weeks straight and my skin is looking amazing. I did find that you need 2 to 3 pumps of the product, in order to feel that it was well absorbed by the skin. It is important to shake it well so that it is all mixed in together before applying onto the skin. My pores are smaller, my skin is more refined and refreshed with a more even skin tone and texture. I used it each night before bed. I didn't find it to be uncomfortable or experience a stinging sensation. The smell isn't strong or offensive. You just need to be careful to use sunscreen everyday when using this. I still have 3/4 of the bottle remaining , so I would estimate that this bottle would last about 3 to 4 months of nighttime use. I would recommend this product to my family and friends especially if you have oily skin with large pores or skin with some acne scarring. The price of the serum is comparable to other high end products.

This is the best serum I have ever used. I’ve tried everything and have always found serums to leave a greasy sheen on my face. This serum does it all. It leaves an incredible glow, isn’t greasy and absorbs perfectly. I use it nightly and also under my foundation as I love the way it makes my skin look and feel so radiant. It leaves my face glowy and refreshed .. sometimes I use under a separate night cream and sometimes I use it alone and I am really happy either way! It’s pricey....but worth it.

Packaging: I like the look and feel of the bottle as it looks luxurious, however the smaller tube bottle did come apart from the square walled bottle, not sure if this is supposed to happen but I’ve been worried since that I might accidentally break the pump. I also didn’t like the idea of having the directions inside the box as it meant that I had to be careful when flipping the box inside out trying not to rip it apart so I don’t ruin any information. Product: this serum is extremely watery. When I pumped the product into my hands, it quickly slid off and by the time i reached my face, it had almost already been absorbed into my hands. So I tried pumping it directly onto my face but that didn’t go well either as it went running down. I also tried pumping it onto a cotton pad but the cotton pad absorbed it all and there was barely anything left for my face. There is a lot of product going to waste because the consistency is just too watery which is a shame and not ideal for the price tag. When using this product my face did feel smoother and sometimes did appear brighter, other than that I don’t feel like it did anything else. I still looked tired and was left disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend the product

Yves Saint Laurent Pure Shots Night Reboot Serum gives me a satisfying result. Have been using it for weeks now and can't stop praising and recommend it to family and friends.First of all really impressed with the packaging. Lovely and classy bottle design which is transparent. The refillable packaging it's so thoughtful as it is great to reduce weight and bulk when traveling and it is great for the environment as it helps to reduce waste as we are able to just buy the refill when you need the next bottle. The product it's very watery in texture which makes it absorb into the skin almost immediately. After cleansing my face. I use 2 pump of this serum on my face. Gently tap it on my face and wake it with a soft and glowing skin the next morning. Overall very happy to use this product and continue purchasing as it gives me a great healthy glowing skin.
