weDo Natural Oil For Hair & Body

I like using hair and body oils but this one is way too sticky and thick for me. I only like to use light weight products and thus does not want to use it again. I tried using it on my hands and it left them all sticky and gooey. I could be biased with the texture of this product but I liked the cruelty free, environment friendly and vegan part of it. If texture is not much of a concern for you then I believe that this multipurpose oil will be a great addition to your skin and hair care. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First of all, PLEASE be AWARE that this oil has ingredients of macadamia and Almond oil. Unfortunately this product wasn’t for me due to my peanut allergy. However I was able to use this hair and body oil on both my daughters hair. Their hair is wavy with a few defined curls here and there, I’d use this oil whilst styling to keep the flyaways at bay and that’s exactly what it did. I didn’t need to use a thick cream or hairspray, the tiniest amount of oil did exactly the job. I also noticed that their hair was super shiny and glossed beautifully in the sun. It didn’t leave or look oily either.

I tried the weDo Natural Oil for Hair & Body in conjunction with other weDo products. I first tried the product as recommended and applied a small amount to damp hair after washing, conditioning and using the weDo moisturising cream. I found that the oil was an unnecessary product for that purpose as it was much too heavy for my thick wavy hair, I lost all definition and my hair became very oily without adding any extra shine. I would not recommend the product for this purpose. I then tried the oil in my usual hair care routine; I washed and conditioned my hair using weDo products, applied the weDo moisturising cream and then my usual soft hold curl gel using a scrunching technique. Once my hair had air dried I used a small amount of the weDo oil on the ends of my hair to “scrunch out the crunch”. I loved the moisture it added to my waves whilst still leaving a natural look and an added level of moisture without being heavy and losing definition. I will definitely continue to use the product in this regime.

Well packaged, nice that it comes in a sturdy glass bottle. However it doesn't work very well as a hair oil or body oil for me. I am quite picky when it comes to hair products and have very frizzy hair, this hair oil doesn't seem to help it much compared to my regular brand of hair oil. Instead I have been using it as a body oil, it gives out a shiny appearance which is not my favourite but it does lock the moisture in. Scent wise it smells good as does the rest of the range. Personally would not pay this amount for this product.

I always end up covered in hair products so it is nice that this is a feature not a bug for this product. It's nourishing but still lightweight and I'm a fan that it is multi use as it will be great for my travel kit because I try to pack as light as possible. Worked great on my fine hair without making everything too greasy and left a nice finish. Super happy that the range is vegan/cruelty free as well, and even happier that they didn't use this as an excuse to cram the product with unnecessary fragrances!

I have very recently got into using hair oils and have purchased a few pricer ones in the past. So I was very happy when I tried this. Although it sometimes does take a while to absorb, it made my hair SO shiny. And the shine lasted till my next wash! Another plus was that for a girl who has very fluffy hair, it took away all my flyaways! and left my hair feeling so sleek and glossy. Also, it was so easy to use. I think it compares quite easily to oils I have bought from Sephora. I will definitely repurchase this. 100% my favourite product from their line and I will definitely be repurchasing!

It’s an ok hair oil. I love the idea of recyclable packaging, simple glass bottle with a great pump to control the amount of product that comes out. I absolutely love the weDO smell, I can’t get enough of it! It not too strong of a scent as I’m sensitive to fragrance. I have very long fine, oily hair with bleached ends and it made my hair feel “nice” but nothing crazy amazing and My hair was extremely oily the next day. It’s definitely an investment at $60 a bottle and not one I’m willing to make for an ok hair Oil.

I have pretty dry hair so I love hair oils to moisturise and defrizz. This one was decent. I love the glass bottle and the pump applicator makes using it easy and not messy. The smell of the hair oil is really nice. It worked into my damp hair easily and felt quite nice. However, I have to say that I didn't notice any differences to my hair texture when I woke up in the morning. I didn't really notice much in the way of defrizzing or smoothness. I also noticed that my hair had gotten quite greasy that day, and needed another wash at night. I think this product needs to be used very sparingly. Its fantastic that it can be used as a combo hair and body oil though.

The smell of the weDO range is so beautiful and this product is no exception. The package feels weighted and nice and the pump dispenses a good amount of product. I use hair oils often so was excited to see if this was going to be a good addition. Unfortunately it was difficult to work into the hair, and left my hair dull and greasy. I always take a less is more approach to oil, so don't believe that I applied too much product. After that disappointment I began using the oil as a body oil exclusively and have been loving it. The product absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling soft and nourished. I do think the product is on the pricey side - the glass bottle is nice, but I find the branding on this particular product looks a little cheap. Considering I could only use it as a body oil, I don't think I'd repurchase given the price.

Absolutely amazing! This product would last forever, you don’t need much at all! It wasn’t heavy, and it smelt good, felt good and made my hair so shiny! Love this product, the concept, the smell, the quality the feeling! It’s a great product, would definitely buy and recommend. I used this on myself and my two kids and it was great on my little boys hair, as well as my daughter long lock. So glad I was able to try this product. For something that is so simple, so natural and down to earth it was great!

If you’re like me you probably read Natural Oil for Hair and Body, and thought okay that’s different, but it really does work for both. As a hair oil, a little less so, the weDo Natural Oil for Hair & Body is helpful in maintaining the frizz but still does leave your hair looking rather greasy when dry. As a body oil, it is really nice. Absorbs quickly and leaves your skin not only feeling soft and rather lush, but smelling unreal. In case you haven’t heard it before, the weDo products smell amazing, not overpowering, just enough to give you a little boost of scented confidence. The other bonus is that it leaves your skin hydrated for at least the day, so you end up getting a lot of use out of one bottle. The packaging is also environmentally friendly, which undoubtedly makes you ethically satisfied; a small recyclable cardboard box with a thick glass bottle to hold the product. Although the weDo Natural Oil for Hair & Body doesn’t work for my hair, it definitely works very well as a body oil.

I wasn’t a fan of this. After using the shampoo bar and conditioner, I had high hopes. I applied 3 pumps to my thick, curly hair and feel as if it didn’t really do anything for me. I didn’t notice any additional shine, which i normally enjoy in a hair oil. It did feel like it added some weight to my hair which i did not enjoy. I prefer a light weight oil that adds shine. My hair was already soft and relatively shiny from using the other products, so i feel this wasn’t a necessary product for me. 2/5

I've been using this oil in conjunction with the weDO shampoo bar, day cream and conditioner. The smell of this product and the range is incredible. Even after washing my hair I continue to get faint whiff every now and again. I use this oil after washing my hair and raking through the weDO day cream. I then put a couple of drops of oil in my hands and apply with the praying hands method. I find with this oil a little goes a long way! I've also used it on my legs a couple of times when noticed that they were dry, all in all its a pretty great multi use product. I would definitely recommend the weDo Natural Oil For Hair & Body

This oil is a bit thick and sticky when I try to apply to my hair either wet or dry. It’s difficult to work through the hair and can take some time to absorb and lose the super oily appearance. I mostly use it the night before wash day when my hair is feeling it’s driest. However I do like this as a body oil, the scent is the same as the other products in the range and its just divine. I love to use it straight out of the shower. It absorbs really nicely into the skin and has been a lifesaver during winter!

I’ve recently started loving hair oils, so was excited to try this one from the wedo range. The packaging is a little basic in my opinion, but I do love that it comes in a sturdy glass bottle instead of plastic. The pump is also decent so it’s easy to control the amount of oil dispersed each time. The oil applies well to the hair, but it does need to be worked through a lot. I’d also recommend a less is more approach with this one, as my hair looked a little greasy otherwise. The performance of the oil was pretty good, but for me this hair oil is too pricey to justify a repurchase. I love what the brand stands for, and will purchase other items of theirs, but at $60 this one was a little overpriced for me unfortunately.

Firstly - the packaging is perfection. I have used this oil for hair, face, skin and nails and would recommend it for any areas needing hydration. I am a massive fan of oil in my hair to rejuvenate my tired and dry looking ends. It is easy to go overboard so I would suggest by starting smell and adding more when needed. My hair was left looking shiny and healthy - not to mention the smell was incredible. I also found great use on my dry patches of skin for example when I would get out of the shower I would place the oil on my feet and elbows to help combat the cold weather at the moment. This oil is also very travel friendly and fits nicely into my handbag. A great tip would also be to use this on your nail beds for added hydration. Could not be happier with this product.

This hair and body oil smells absolutely incredible! All the weDo products do for that matter, I am so obsessed with their signature scent, I hope they bring out a candle! Not my favourite hair oil, I find it is a bit hard to rub into wet hair, it gets stuck and doesn’t feel like it goes as far as other hair oils do BUT as a body oil … LOVE! It is super nourishing and hydrating with all natural ingredients and gives my body such a nice natural glow. My skin absorbs it quickly too so I am silky smooth instantly.

This is such a nice hair oil to use after washing your hair. My hair feels amazing and looks so silky when I use this properly because it really reduces frizziness and the appearance of any split ends. When I first used this, I used 3 pumps because I have really long hair and that’s how much hair oil I was used to using but it was definitely too much because my hair dried looking greasy. I then used one and a half pumps and that was perfect. A little is enough for all of your hair which is great because I know this hair oil is going to last me for a really long time. It smells amazing and I really love how the ingredients don’t include any harsh chemicals. It is in a glass bottle which is sustainable and aesthetically really nice. This is a perfect hair oil for after every wash but make sure you only use small amounts and massage it into your hair really well.

Me and my husband we both try this one. To our surprise it is very good...... Hands and skin become soft. It nourished our skin. ......We are very happy with this product.... Highly recommended.... Easy to rub... Easily absorb... Nourished skin well.... Vegan friendly.... Derived from natural products.... No artificial chemicals compounds... Moreover its fragrance is very good.. Mind relaxing... Will recommend it to everyone.. Love this product.. Happy with the nourishing oil.. Can be used everyday ..

Omg. The smell of this is to die for! It is so subtle but just smells devine. My husband even asked what perfume I was wearing. Unfortunately as a hair oil I didn't like it as it felt a little greasy and made my hair a bit slick even with the smallest amount. I do however love to mix this in with my hair mask as extra hydration for the ends and also use it all over my body as it does soak into my skin quickly. I did try this one as a precleanse also and it was fab - I do love an oil precleanse for removing makeup!
