TRESemmé Smooth Hair Serum with Keratin & Shea Butter 100 ML

I received this product as part of a VIP trial box. I must first say that I like the look of this product - the packaging of black and gold is really nice in my opinion. The product itself is nice, not much is needed to cover the lengths and ends of the hair, and it absorbs well without making the hair too greasy or oily. It made my daughter’s hair a little smoother and shinier when trialled or her shoulder-length hair. I would say it is good value for money as not much is needed for each use and the bottle being 100ml size should last quite a while. I would be curious to see how it works long term on hair.

I received the TRESemmé Smooth Hair Serum with Keratin & Shea Butter 100 ML serum as part as the Review Crew VIP Box to trial. I have long, frizzy hair and this was a life saver for me, it really tamed my frizz, smelled lovely and was so easy to use. I didn't need that much in my shoulder-length hair to make a difference. I like the easy to use pump action, I like that it didn't feel too sticky and it didn't make my hair feel oily. I really like a lot of the TRESemme products and this one definitely didn't disappoint.

I liked using the TRESemme Keratin Smooth Serum and was fortunate to be able to trial in the VIP box. I have a lot of long but fine hair, so using a serum is a must for me to keep the length and ends of my hair healthy while maintaining fly aways. It is great it protects my hair from heat and styling. I applied both when my hair was damp and dry and I prefer to use it when my hair was dry. You don’t need much product, one pump was more than enough as a little goes a long way. Sometimes I found it almost gave a little too much product for my hair. When I used the right amount it didn’t weigh down my hair or leave any sticky residue however if I accidentally had too much on my hand I didn’t like the look it left in my hair so I had to be mindful of that. It was very good to travel with as the lid locks to avoid any spills. I will continue to use this product.

Absolutely fabulous product. I have baby fine hair that flops if a heavy product is used. This is as good a serum as I've ever used and such a good price too. Made in Australia so it suits Australian conditions. It instantly settles my hair, smooths it without weighing it down and helps very much with humidity. NO alcohol is a major plus as well as no dyes or parabens. It can be used on dry or damp hair. Very little product is necessary, Two pumps smooths my hair perfectly and the effect lasts all day. I don't feel the need for it daily. My only issue is that you need to be near a basin or have wipes available to get the residue from your hands but the product is so good that is a minor concern. Something I am very happy to recommend highly especially for someone with very fine hair. The fragrance is subtle and shouldn't be an issue for anyone. So delighted this was included in my VIP Box. Love this product and especially with the high humidity at the moment. It has a lovely smell, and the formula isn't too greasy when your hair dries. It's light weight and a little bit goes a long way. A great price point and size of product too, fits easy in my overnight toiletries. I use heat styling products daily so need a product that can protect my hair and also nourish it. I've also used it on dry hair after I've straightened it to help tame some of the fly aways so great that it can be used on wet or dry hair Would recommend and use again :)

Absolutely love this Serum for my dry hair. I have applied it on my just washed damp hair and then also on my dry hair before blow drying or straightening. This was given to me to trial in a VIP box and when I saw this product I was a bit excited as I have been trying to find that perfect serum for your hair as my hair is dry, thick and after washing I always have to blow dry and then straighten. Some days it can be time consuming especially when I have to go out. To find a product that does damp and dry hair I was willing to give this a go. No disappointment at all. After washing and applying just a small amount from the push top container onto my hands and then rubbing them together to then apply throughout my hair evenly from halfway down of my shoulder length hair. Don’t apply to the roots of your hair. I then combed through and blow dried and wow, the softness in my hair and also no frizz look either. Hair looked positively shiny and so, so soft. There is no tackiness or sticky residue left on your hands or hair. I was then able to straighten my hair with ease and my hair has never looked so good. We have humidity where I live and my hair just stays in place all day and night. Very pleased with the results. Now in between washing if I have to go out, I always straighten my hair just a little bit and this serum can go perfectly on dry hair. Apply evenly to the hair then I straightened my hair and wow, results were great. The straightener just glides over my hair with ease. Hair is not weighed down with any serum at all. It is just soft, silky and looks amazing. This product is Made in Australia, has no dyes, alcohol or parabens. I am just so happy with the results to my hair. I have to stop running my hands through it as it just feels so amazingly soft and shiny. Absolutely love this serum and will continue to use.

Love this hair serum. I love the tresemme range and have used a lot of their products and never been disappointed. This serum is great for my thick hair,it’s easy to use, I just apply a little to my just washed hair and smooth it through to the ends then style as usual. I love that it doesn’t leave any excess oil in my hair or leave my hair limp. It’s perfect for protecting hair from heat styling products, I use both a hair dryer then a straightener so I need heat protection. It also eliminates frizz, detangles and leaves my hair smooth and glossy. It’s a great price for the results and I will buy this again and would highly recommend it
