The Jojoba Company Ultimate Youth Potion

I've been using this facial oil in the evenings now that the weather has turned colder, and really enjoying the texture and scent. I have used a variety of facial oils before, including rosehip, marula, grapeseed, sunflower, squalane etc, and I am a little wary as some of them are too heavy for my combination skin type. I was pleasantly surprised at how light this product felt on my skin. It doesn't just leave an oily layer on my face for ages, like some other oils can do. It actually absorbs quite a bit, but leaves the softening and nourishing effect of an oil. The formula has jojoba oil in the highest concentration, but also has a blend of macadamia oil esters, marula oil, camellia seed oil, argan oil, baobab oil, manuka oil as well as Q10, squalene and Vit E. The lightness of this product is probably due to balancing effects of jojoba oil, which is said to be similar to our own sebum, absorbs well and has antioxidant properties. Even though there is no added fragrance, there is a very pleasant scent from the natural oils. This is the most enjoyable facial oil that I have used that works well for my skin type.

I love love love this oil! I have used it on my whole body. In winter, it make my legs feel so silky smooth! The pump bottle is also good because you can put it down and its not going to run every. there is an art to applying oil whilst putting down the bottles with a dropper and not spilling them! Once I have massaged it into my face, I also like to rub the excess into my nail beds. It soaks in so well over night, my skin always feels amazing in the morning.

Jojoba is one of my favourite ingredients in skin care. It effectively help soften my skin and reduce wrinkles. I love this brand and the product itself stand out from the rest. It looks precious with the gold color and designed well.  The oil is great to use before my night moisturiser, it will be well suited people like me who’s over 40’s and need extra nourishment.  Since moisturiser and serum is not enough anymore, I have incorporate this oil in my daily skincare now.  Great for me & long lasting! 

This is a great oil that is best suited for nighttime use. Jojoba oil is fantastic for regulating oil production and is very smoothing. This product hasn’t caused me to breakout and makes my skin feel super hydrated when I wake up in the morning. It is quite strongly fragranced, so those with sensitive skin may need to be cautious when using this particular product.

This is a lovely oil to use at night time for a simple one step moisturizing skin care routine.  It smells very light and nice.  Not heavy on the skin and greatly improves your skins moisture levels and helps with healing scars.  I wouldn't recommend using it during the day time or under makeup.
