Synergie Skin Vitamin B

I love synergie products and this vitamin b serum is an amazing anti ageing product. It is quite expensive but well worth the money to help ward off visible signs of ageing. The dark bottle is classy and the pump bottle makes it easy to use, I really don’t need to use a lot, one pump is all I need as it spreads over skin really easily. It does feel a little bit sticky when first applied but that quickly fades and my skin is left feeling so silky smooth. This has brightened my skin if I use it morning and night and my fine lines are not as visible, it has also helped with age spots. This is a high quality product that I feel really works and I would highly recommend it

This was the product I was most excited about when I received my crewkit. I have recently started trying to incorporate more skincare with anti-aging benefits into my routine of late and I know Vitamin B3(niacinamide) is one of the best for minimising signs of aging and this serum has niacinamide as its second on the ingredients list (water is the first). I honestly wish I had more time to give this one a fairer review but I don't, so I will just state my opinion from the nightly use of this over the last month or so. The Synergie Skin Vitamin B serum comes packaged in a slim 30ml amber glass bottle with pump dispenser. Im quite happy with the packaging as it is hygienic and the dark colour preserves the ingredients more effectively from sunlight. The serum is like a watery texture but also slightly gel like so it doesn't slip off your hands before you get to apply it to your face and neck. The scent is lovely, an earthy floral. I used one pump of this at night before my other products. It felt a bit sticky initially ,but absorbed super fast and just left my skin feeling smooth and primed for my moisturiser. My skin always felt super soft and smooth each morning after using this and I did notice a reduction in the amount of blemishes occurring. I did not notice a reduction in frown or mouth lines but I have only used this for a month and I imagine more time would be needed for any results of that nature. I am about a quarter of the way through the bottle and will continue use until it is empty before I can decide whether or not this will be a repurchase for me. I am thrilled to have been able to try this product as it is quite expensive and I would never have got to try it otherwise. Thank you Beauty Crew for including this product in the kit!

This product does a wonderful job of hydrating skin. I have sensitive, dry skin with a bit of hyperpigmentation and redness. In the evening I applied one pump which covered my whole face. The texture feels slightly sticky in first application which would make applying makeup over the top difficult. When I wake up my skin feels plump and moisturised, and there are no more dry patches which is exactly what I want in a serum.

Thank you BC for including this Synergie Vit B serum in the Crewkit! I thoroughly enjoyed using this serum in my routine. I apply the serum on freshly toned and moist skin. I use approximately one pump for my face and neck. Even though the serum feels tacky, surprisingly it absorbs quickly and other layers of skincare can be used almost immediately. The trial period was quite short so I did not actually experience any results. I look forward to seeing better skin with longer term use. I do feel that the serum is quite expensive for what it is. It contains 13% niacinamide which is the most prominent ingredient - however, this ingredient itself is not expensive, nor is the ingredient unstable to formulate, so I find it difficult to justify paying the price if I was to purchase. I also wasn't really sure about the sweet-nutty-food-like scent of the serum.

This comes in an amber coloured bottle to protect the actives from sunlight. The serum feels a bit tacky and you have to apply it on your face quickly. Once applied, it doesn't feel tacky anymore. My skin feels hydrated and I can layer other skincare products on without any balling or pilling. The dry patches on my face is all gone with continued use of this serum. I follow it up with a moisturizer as its not as hydrating on its own on my combo dehydrated skin. Love the cute packaging, efficient and stylish.

I was extremely impressed with this serum and have nothing negative to say about it. I think that my skin had less fine lines around my eyes, less hyperpigmentation, it definitely had less shine and appeared much brighter, as a result of using it. I loved that it provided adequate moisture also, as I didn’t feel the need to put a moisturiser on top. It lived up to the claims of its packaging, in that it achieved the benefits I mentioned before. I applied it as per the directions on the box in the evening but without the use of an infusion roller. I just applied it to freshly washed skin every night. I found that it also applied really well under fake tan, and didn’t cause any streaks. It also never made me break out. I would therefore recommend it to everyone.

I always naively thought growing up ‘I have oily skin, I can’t use an oil’. Crazy huh.. oils help to replenish and nourish where your skin needs it the most. By adding vitamin B to your skincare nightly routine it can help to improve skin conditions helping to treat rosacea, aging, eczema, dermatitis, hyperpigmentation and dry skin. Skin feels softer, hydrated and brighter. Definitely recommend. Your skin will thank you for it.

I am grateful to have been selected to trial the Synergie Skin Vitamin B. I’m in my fifties and my skin is dry, so my skin could benefit from niacinamide. What is impressive is that this product contains a high percentage of this ingredient. The product is housed in a dark brown bottle with a pump dispenser. The serum has a light consistency and it has an oily feel on my skin. The serum has a pleasant and earthy scent which I assume is from the rose geranium. When I start using a new skin care product, I test it by applying it in the morning and I do not use any other products throughout the day to see how it performs. I first tested the serum by applying it on dry skin for one day and on damp skin for the second day. In both instances, the serum felt very sticky on my face, and the stickiness never dissipated. On the third day of testing, I mixed a tiny amount of the serum with rosehip oil and I applied it on damp skin. This combination still felt sticky on my face. I could try mixing the serum with a moisturiser to reduce the stickiness, but I’m going to keep using it with rosehip oil. My reason for this is that I want the niacinamide to have a better chance of absorption (my theory may not be correct!). I’ve had difficulty with lots of serums leaving a sticky residue on my face, so my experience with the Synergie Skin Vitamin B is not unusual. I tested the serum on my forearm, and doing this also left a sticky feeling.

Synergie Skin Vitamin B was the perfect boost that my skin needed leading up to summer. This serum boasts a long list of perks so I expected big things and I wasn’t disappointed. I used it every morning before applying my makeup. I like the soft scent and it absorbed quickly. I did notice a slight stickiness after it dried but it actually worked in my favour as it made a great primer for my foundation. I am treating this serum as a supplement and hopefully I will benefit in the long term. Already my skin feels smoother and more luminous so it is only going to get better!

As I am a Beauty Therapist and I love skincare and facials etc, I love talking to people about skincare products and the benefits. I am so greatful that I was lucky enough to be chosen to receive this serum because it's a fantastic cosmeceutical to add to your skincare routine but I cannot believe the price of this. Niacinamide (Vitamin B) is such an important additive to anyones routine for so many different skin concerns and needs. Vitamin B is thought of as the great multi-tasking cosmeceutical. Benefits of niacinamide include: • Boosts skin immunity • Reduces hyper pigmentation • Strengthens the stratum corneum and increases hydration • Suppresses excess oil production in acne sufferers • Stimulates collagen production It's also great to have this education of what the difference is between cosmetic skincare and cosmeceutical skincare. - Cosmetic skincare is a product that holds no active ingredients that won't change your skin and the product only sits ontop on the skin. - Cosmeceutical skincare is a product is active ingredients which when applied to the skin will become absorbed into each layer of your skin and begin to work on problem areas depending on the product. I am so happy to have this awesome serum added to my routine and I've been using each and every day and I do highly recommend using a Vitamin B Serum but I can't agree with the heavy pricing

I am a big fan of Niacinimice for it's effects on the skin, mostly in the brightening aspect and also for those concerned about pores. I will admit from the get go that I have not used this long enough to fairly give it an accurate judgment so please keep that in mind. This is a lightweight and silky serum (recurring word it seems) that comes in a sturdy glass bottle with a pump. All of this is great as I love pumps for how easy it is to remember and control the amount you use and also I like glass bottles. Both the bottle and pump can be recycled - glass in your normal bin, pump through terracycle it is a light brown/gold colour and has a bit of a scent to it which I believe is from some botanical extract. This also has 13% Niacinimide. Now don't let that fool you - most studies say 5% is fine enough and higher percentages can be irritating to some so use with caution. The reason I docked 2 stars is due to the fact that the scent and I believe colour additive (listed as "Caramel" and "Natural) irritated my skin giving me a warm feeling and flushed look. Now not everyone will experience that which is why I still give it three stars.

I was excited to receive this Vitamin B serum to try- I love testing skincare and I hadn’t tried anything from Synergie Skin before. This Vitamin B serum is a great all-rounder and is designed to promote collagen production, reduce pigmentation and strengthen the skin, among others! As directed, I applied the serum at night after cleansing and before moisturising. It is clear and has a unique scent that I quickly got used to. I applied one pump to my face and neck, and while it is a little sticky at first, it absorbed quickly and left my skin feeling lovely and hydrated. My skin is looking and feeling great, and I can’t wait to see what effect longer use will have. The packing is simple but effective and the serum comes in a dark glass bottle with a nice pump. Would recommend and I am interested to try more from the brand.

I was so lucky to have trialled the Synergie Skin Vitamin B as part of the wonderful Super Crew. I had not tried a vitamin B serum before. I used thi serum botj morning and night and under my moisturiser and night cream. The serum is very light and absorbs rapidly into the skin, you only need the smallest amount. Skin immediately feels smooth and like it has had a glass of water. My fine lines looked less visible, like the serum helped to hydrate my skin, and fill in the lines. This serum would be good for all ages and skin types, if you do have dry skin, dehydrated skin, lines, wrinkles or dry patches, this serum will definitely help you and make your skin feel and look softer and smoother, your lines will be less deep and visible, and your skin will feel less tight, because it is not so dry. A lovely, moisturising serum that is light and suitable for day and night use.

Of all the fantastic crew kit products, if I had to choose one as a champion, this definitely would be it. Such a beautiful serum packed in we designed pump. The texture is like light oil but gets absorbed like water. No irritation or any other sensation that I have noticed and yet so very effective at clearing up my skin. Within just the first week, I could notice a huge difference - brighter complexion and more even texture. Hadn't tried any vitamin b products for skin before but so glad that finally I did - it's a game changer. Can't love this enough. Comes with a bit hefty price tag but considering the results, probably worth it.

I love serums and my ageing skin drinks in Synergie Skin Vitamin B. The serum is presented is a 30ml pump bottle which delivers the perfect amount required for good coverage. The serum is gel like with a soft scent and is easily applied and absorbed. I loved the sensation of this serum it felt really comfortable and refreshing on my skin. I had an immediate result from this serum and the improvement to my skin has been ongoing. I have previously struggled with managing pigmentation and sallowness with my facial skin that is instantly ageing until I was lucky enough to trial this amazing serum. My skin looks healthy and radiant just like I had had a weeks holiday! With continued daily use the results are impressive. I have a finer texture to my skin it looks clearer and my age spots have faded and the heavy sallow look has lifted. This is not a budget product but the impressive results ensure I will repurchase this product.

Synergie Skin is quite a new brand for me, one that apparently uses actual science and ingredients that have proven benefits. It is one that I hadn’t tried because it has to be said that this skincare range is very expensive, on a par with some well-known luxury brands. Obviously all this research and testing does not come cheap! For this serum the active ingredient is niacinamide which is quite popular at the moment and acknowledged to be actually effective used in skincare by increasing the ceramides in skin, which then increases skin’s resilience and general health. So the skin is more resistant to irritants and also retains hydration, reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles. As if that wasn’t enough it also has an anti-inflammatory effect helping to prevent both acne and hyper-pigmentation. There is something for everyone in this serum and it can even prevent the effects of other ingredients - for example, irritation from retinol. I usually pat on serums but found that this does seem to cover better and is less sticky when massaged in per the instructions. I needed a little more than the one pump directed and felt that this covered my neck and décolletage better. I do feel that my skin looks clear and smooth and the fine lines on my upper lip don’t seem to be so pronounced. I have been having a problem with larger pores on my nose, so I’m hoping Synergie Skin can help to reduce these (yes niacinamide helps with this too!) Time will tell. This does seem to be a great product that could be recommended for anyone, no matter what their concern. It doesn’t smell very nice, to be honest, but vitamins generally don’t, so if they are effective I can live with that. It is Australian made using non-synthetic ingredients, free of toxic ingredients and cruelty-free also, all of which is another fantastic reason to keep using this serum. I have only deducted one star because of it's very high price.

I haven't used Vitamin B serums before so this was very exciting to try! My skin is dehydrated but I have used a lot of hydrating products over the years and was pleased to hear that vitamin b is great for many different things including hydrating skin, enhancing skin clarity and luminosity and helping with excess sebum - all of things I look for in a serum! The serum is housed in a lovely frosted amber bottle and has a pump top. It is clear and runny in texture but absorbs nicely. Over the last few weeks of use, I have noticed my skin is a lot more hydrated and I have no dry spots on my face. My complexion appears to be brighter and I don't have as much oil production like I normally do. My only negative is the cost. If this was half the price, I would jump on it and purchase it again.

Niacinamide is an excellent and inexpensive ingredient. Great for overall skin health, especially great for those who struggle with hyperpigmented skin and uneven skin tone. Me. Also I have large pores and oily to combo skin. Great candidate for B3. I have been using proir 10% B3. So going onto 13% have seen no difference. Except in pricing: about 10 aud for 10% formulation vs 115 aud for 13% Synergie "offers". Base of Synergie version may be more cosmetically pleasant, but both formulas have one sole active: VitB3. Also it is scented with rose geranium. So if you like the fragrance of rose geranium you will like the serum. Consistency: quite runny, very lightly yellowish coloured. Since it is so thin I apply it first before my thicker serums. Absorbs very rapidly. Scent will dissipate quickly too. No balling up and easy to layer any serums on top without problems. Again, have seen no changes in my skin, but have been using B3 10% constantly before stepping onto this one. Comes in a glass pump bottle. Packaging is really good for ease of dispensing.

I've been using serums on my skin for the past few years and this is another skin loving serum I enjoyed using. I only need 1 pump and that's enough to soften and hydrate skin. The serum is stored in a glass frosted bottle to keep its activated ingredients fresh and at their most useful state. The bottle is easy to pump and use. The packaging is simple and fuss free. It is thicker than some serums I've used, so 1 pump is enough to prep my skin for the next step in my skincare routine. The serum itself spreads easily on my skin. It didn't irritate my skin or clog my pores. It was a pleasure to use this serum although it is on the pricy side.

Using morning and night after cleansing and my skin is well hydrated, fine lines are plumped out and my skin is smooth and clear. I have combination skin and this product has helped to even out my skin tone and keep the dry areas very moisturised.
