SkinCeuticals A.G.E Interrupter Advanced

I've been wearing the A.G.E Interrupter Advanced face cream for over three weeks now and already have notice significant improvement in my skins laxity. My skin feels firmer, smoother, brighter and tighter. It is a little thicker than most creams but has a smooth non-greasy finish. It absorbs quickly but doesn't feel like it disappears like other creams do. My skin looks and feels healthier. I'm so impressed by the results in the short amount of time I've been wearing this cream. It's doing wonders for my very dry and sensitive skin. Angie J

Lucky to be chosen by BC to take part in Trial & having never used the brand before. The product is a lovely pale grey colour & more like a balm than a cream, light to touch non greasy, easily absorbed & left no residue after applying on face & throat. A small amount all that was needed. Skin felt smooth & refreshed however fragrance quite strong at first & took getting use to. Being using the cream for a short 2 weeks now & hoping to see more results as time progresses! Would love to explore other products from this brand to see how effective they are

This was a beautiful product to apply it absorbed very easily into my skin,it was thick but not greasy at all ,it left a subtle fragrance, I have normal skin. There were no marks left on my pillowcase. I would definitely recommend this product,it is in the mid price range, but for what you get it's just lovely to splurge on yourself sometimes. I would like to have tried other products with this line to see if a night and day cream pair up for better results. But so far so good ,I will continue to use the product and and under eye cream might also do the trick. If you have oily skin I don't think this would be suitable. My daughter did start using this and her skin is obviously younger and she loved how it felt aswell,she however would not recommend this product to her friends because of the price ,but I would,it is And has shown some visible appearance to my skin

I really liked this cream. I found it to be very light and absorbed into my skin very easily. There was no residue left behind whatsoever. Love the after glow and the results started to be visible within the first week. I found my skin to have an even tone, my pores were minimised and the fine lines on my forehead can barely be seen now. Loved the subtle fragrance and found this product did not itritate my skin in any way. Love the frosted bottle as it adds value to the product inside it. I love applying this before bed to allow it to work its magic and by morning my skin looked divine. I would recommend this product definitely but the price is a bit high. Hence 4 stars. I have much cheaper serums that do the same job for less the price.

Such a luxurious cream, I'm very impressed! I have used the SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic Serum for roughly 7-8 months and genuinely don't understand the hype surrounding it......I think it should be around this product instead! It sinks in so quickly (which is great as who has time to wait?) and I found a little goes a long way as I am using roughly half the amount I would usually. After almost three weeks I feel my skin is so much softer and smoother and I noticed a difference from the very first application! My skin feels hydrated and my skin tone more even, I have even gone a few days without foundation, which says a lot for me! I feel the only downside to this product is the price, but I suppose you get what you pay for! I would also prefer it in a pump pack as I feel everytime I put my fingers in to get some out I am contaminating it with germs as I have long nails. I will definitely be purchasing this again even if I have to eat two-minute noodles for a week!!

Honestly in the day and age of influencer endorsed skincare and the oversaturation of the market in general, SkinCeuticals has been a brand that I have trust and am willing to spend more on. Having used some products in other ranges I was very keen to trial this A.G.E Interrupter Advanced cream. Although I was scared at first that the cream would be too dense and break me out, it actually managed to both moisturise/nourish my skin without suffocating it. Applying it once a day has left my skin (particularly forehead and cheeks) feeling soft and almost bouncier? I can definitely see with the naked eye that my skin has been looking younger.

I enjoyed using this product as part of my nightly routine to help plump up my skin It helped to smooth away some rough patches I had on my cheeks while also lessening some fine lines around my eyes I love the sturdiness and weight of the packaging which makes it feel lux, the consistency of the moisturiser is like a balm which melts into the skin, a little goes a long way so I feel this product will last a long time making it cost effective. I actually enjoy the faint smell which reminds me of apricots. I found that wearing this moisturiser just by itself during the day can make me look a little greasy but under makeup it gives me a nice glow I would use again but the cost may limit me personally.

SkinCeuticals is a brand I’m familiar with through name only, having heard about its amazing benefits through user testimonies. Unfortunately, my budget doesn’t allow buying higher priced skincare without sampling it first, preferably for a few days at least, so I’ve hoped for a chance to try the brand. Not only did I get to try the brand, I got to try it for a few weeks (and counting) due to receiving the full size of A.G.E Interrupter Advanced. The jar feels premium, heavier than other glass jars I have used. The smooth screw-lid is tough plastic and opens easily, though would become slippery if hands have product on them. I recommend using a small spatula to remove product (for hygiene reasons) and closing the lid before applying so this isn’t an issue. I would love to see products made with consideration of those with less mobility in hands (such as myself). A few small ridges on opposite sides of the lid would make this a non-issue. The seal-lid is loose and almost falls out, which is something I haven’t encountered before, but I like this because they can be a hassle to keep them (though technically unnecessary) if they are tricky to remove. The cream itself is luxurious, dense and has a lovely feel to it. I found the density to be great as I can easily get a small scoop on my spatula without the product falling off/sliding due to staying in form. I liken the texture to a cleansing balm though not as thick and far creamier. It has a lovely mild scent, which I am grateful for as the most wonderful products will be deserted if the smell is overwhelming. It has a slight slippery feel though not greasy, and a little goes a long way as it quickly spreads with warmth of fingers while applying. I use a small, pea-sized scoop for my face and another for my neck and décolleté. It absorbs wonderfully, which is something I prioritise when looking at heavier creams. I can’t stand products sitting on my face for a while before absorbing. The effects have been impressive, with immediate benefits and improvements over time. My skin is instantly hydrated and my deep “angry” forehead lines are less pronounced thanks to the plumping effect. This is not something I experience with every cream, as the effect is longer-lasting compared to others that may plump somewhat at first. My skin also feels soft and smooth, appears brighter and generally looks healthier. These effects have increased over time, and also reduced my blemishes and breakouts. I had experienced some flaky redness around my nose (perhaps due to the much cooler weather where I am) and it has calmed this right down. My breakouts have also decreased which is a big relief as products targeted for the issue hadn’t been working (with wrinkles and other signs of premature ageing making me look older, the acne/breakouts are a confusing look for me..). I am most appreciative for having experienced this product and if it wasn’t for the price, I would definitely buy this again soon. Overall, this cream is a great addition to anyone wanting to mute the signs of ageing and give their skin an overall boost of youthfulness.

So far so good! I will have to review this product fully after further use, but after just 3 weeks continual use I have definitely noticed a change in the amount of redness and irritation in my skin. The fine lines around my cheeks and crows feet area appear smoother and less defined which I attribute to the cream's intense hydrating effect. The cream is indulgently thick and is a pleasure to apply from the glass jar especially at night as part of my night time skincare routine as it feels like such a treat for my skin! The fragrance is very fresh and uplifting too with notes of Berry and fruit. Will leave a more in-depth review after 3 months use.

I was very fortunate to try out this gorgeous cream. I wouldn't usually pay this much money for a moisturiser. However, this one is worth every cent. The packaging is excellent; it feels luxurious and heavy. I would prefer that this cream comes in a tube; it's just more hygienic. The cream has a thicker consistency, but it changes to a lightweight, easily absorbed texture when I want to apply it. Every morning and night, I look forward to massaging my face with it; it's such a soothing ritual. Moreover, I know I'm doing something great for my skin. I have noticed a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. My skin is more radiant, youthful and hydrated.

Absolutely love this product, and what it did for my skin. It's a lovely, mousse kind of texture - thick and rich but still light. I used the product after cleansing my skin at night, applying a small amount because it spreads beautifully. It soaks in without a greasy feel, and my skin feels hydrated and softer straight away. Over time, I noticed my skin looked firmer and more supple. The fine lines around my eyes and forehead had noticeably reduced, and I love the way my skin looks. I found this product non-irritating and so luxurious, and it definitely gave my skin a more youthful, healthy look and feel. I really recommend it if your skin needs a boost.

I have been using Skinceuticals A.G.E. Interrupted Advanced now for a few weeks and have found it actually works! I noticed a difference in my skin after only a few days. I noticed all the finer lines disappear, where I had larger pores around my nose was noticeably reduced, my skin was definitely feeling tighter and my skin was more evenly toned and so hydrated. This moisturiser is thick yet doesn't feel thick on your face. You only need a very small amount and the whole tub would last me approximately 3 months with using it every morning and night. It leaves a nice dewy hydrated finish which I like. It made a very nice base under my primer and make up and I noticed my makeup stayed looking fresh for much longer than usual. It has quite a price tag so if you can afford this it is well worth it! this product really works and I would definitely recommend it. This product has a very subtle fresh fragrance which was nice.

Thank you so much to beautycrew and skinceuticals for this amazing moisturiser for trial. My first impression was WOW the texture! It is so soft, airy and simply a pleasure to apply. It spread easily and a little goes a long way. I have a tendency to over apply moisturiser but with this moisturiser it is not necessary. The fragrance is subtile. It absorbed into skin well and I feel that I can use it both day and night (cold weather during trial). My skin instantly feels smoother and more silky to touch! I love it and it can almost duplicate as a primer. In terms of skin improvement I found that 3 months is fairly short to come to a firm conclusion. I do find that my skin seems to feel smoother even after the moisturiser has been washed off although not much difference to pigmentation. I do use a serum and a face oil before using the moisturiser. The catch? It is $274. $274!!! About 8 to 10 times more than my current favourite moisturiser. I cannot say that it is worth every cent. I love it, but I am not sure if I can justify a full price purchase to replace my usual moisturiser.

This product definitely lives up to its name. Age Interrupter! I followed the directions and applied twice a day. I loved the thickness of the cream and the fact it absorbs into the skin nicely, there is no oily residue feeling which is a plus and it feels so refreshing. In about close to two weeks i noticed my skin looking fresher, tighter and brighter. I actually felt better and not so tired looking, which is the usual being a mum. The fine lines around my eyes did minimise and i was actually quite impressed how much in just three weeks. The only downfall is the price, I personally couldn't spend that much money however i highly recommend this brand and product. It is worth it.

At first glance the packaging is quite luxe in comparison to drug store moisturisers. I have sensitive skin but this did not break me out at all. I did however find the fragrance a little strong, not to the point where you can't smell anything else but took me some getting use to. The cream is a dream to apply -smooth and easily spreadable. it melts into the skin and even though it is quite thick, it does eventually sink into the skin. I honestly did not notice a change in my skin texture, tone, or firmness however I did notice a difference in the hydration of my skin with less dry spots and easier to apply makeup (even sunscreen). Long term use may have better results though.

This is a beautiful, thick, hydrating moisturiser. I feel like my face is definitely smoother since I started using it. My fine lines seem to have become even finer and I’m only a third of the way through the tub. I hope to see a big difference by the time it’s empty. My only issue is as it is so thick it tends to pil under my makeup, so just ensure you leave a good 5-10 minutes before applying foundation. It’s not for the rushed girlies! It’s also difficult to use this with any other cream skincare products. Again, doubling up will cause it to pil. So I have just ceased with my cream retinol while using this. But I can imagine this doubled with a retinol serum would work wonders. The product is luxurious as is the packaging. It feels special to have, which is shown by the price tag. Will repurchase if it continues to work like this!

I was excited to try this product, being over 40, I am always on the lookout for products that help with aging. I started out using it morning and night but found that my skin felt greasy during the day with makeup as well as the cream. So, I started using it at night during the week and on the weekend when I was wearing little to no makeup, I was putting it on in the mornings as well. I haven't noticed any drastic changes yet, but my skin feels more hydrated than ever before, when I wake up in the mornings, my skin isn't feeling as greasy as it normally does. I am going to keep using the SkinCeuticals A.G.E Interrupter Advanced to see if there are more obvious changes. Would definitely recommend this product, while it is a bit pricier than what i would normally spend, it is definitely worth it.

I haven’t tried the Skinceuticals brand before either, so was looking forward to gaining experience with the brand. SkinCeuticals A.G.E Interrupter Advanced treatment, to my surprise, comes packaged in unassuming colours and packaging, considering the price of the product. A mint green box, housing a frosted glass jar with a black screw top lid, is what contains the corrective treatment. My excitement was instant, once I read the wording in the email invite for this review, “…. improves accelerated signs of aging….”. Naturally I jumped at the invitation. I would love to improve the sight of my deep forehead wrinkles. The first thing I did when I found out I was accepted into this trial, was to find out what A.G.E.’s stands for. It stands for Advanced Glycation End products. OK…that meant nothing to me, so then I had to find out what A.G.E’s is. Here’s where I suggest that consumers research the topic briefly. There is way too much information for me to put into this review, but I will say that Glycation isn’t a good thing and can result in skin ulcers and open wounds in skin. I’m 53 and have deep 11’s and marionette lines and have super-dry skin. Instructions say to use after your serum, especially if using a Vit C product in the morning, or a Retinol product in the evening, you must apply this treatment after, not before. I always use a facial essence and facial oil in my skincare regime but for this trial, I only used a serum, SkinCeuticals A.G.E Interrupter Advanced and an eye cream. I usually used this twice daily, after my serum, and before my eye treatment. I have a pet hate when it comes to skincare housed in jars, very rarely does a brand throw in a spatula that one can use to remove product from jar, save plonking your grubby fingers in the product and spreading bacteria, and considering the price of this product, I think they should throw one in. SkinCeuticals A.G.E Interrupter Advanced looks solid but the spatula can easily cut through the gorgeous, malleable cream. When massaged between the fingers, it feels soft and satiny. It’s easy to apply to the skin. You only need to apply a thin layer to the face, neck and décolleté and the treatment spreads effortlessly as the mixture seems to melt as you massage. My skin is dry and immediately after application, my skin feels like it needs more, then as the minutes tick by, my skin feels more and more moisturised and hydrated. The view from my eyes – I see matte skin, as the product does dry matte, but I also see a lovely, healthy, glow to my face. My skin is looking even textured, firm. My wrinkles look no different when I initially apply this, give it 10-15 minutes and they definitely appear lesser. It is like a light veil has been gently placed upon my skin. I love it. I also love the scent…. I’m not big on scented skincare but this one’s a winner! My skin is also left feeling soft, smooth and plump. I do really like this treatment cream. It’s improved the look of my skin and I do think it’s made my skin look younger and healthier. I’ve mentioned the expensive price of this product a couple of times through this review. It’s a price I’d never normally contemplate but when you equate it to how long the jar will last for, it almost seems reasonable. I am going to finish every skerrick of this cream and will probably begin to put some money aside every fortnight, so when I do finish this jar, I can carry on using and buy a jar. I would recommend this product, especially to the more mature aged person with all the wrinkles.

Have been using this SkinCeuticals A.G.E Interrupter Advanced for 3 weeks now. and very happy with the results. I have been using it for both day and night skincare routine and only need to apply a thin layer to the face, neck and decolletage. The product itself it's in a heavy frosted glass jar with simple black screw on cover which is simple and luxurious feel to it and I think it will protect the product better in a warm environment. I can see and feel the good result on my skin. Not only has this product left my skin feel hydrated and look good. My wrinkles and fine lines become less noticeable and brighter. I love the texture of this cream. It is light and fluffy mousse texture which glides on easily on my skin.It has a very light fragrance which does not bother me at all as the smell goes away almost immediately or not noticeable at all after application.I find that this cream is great to be used under makeup too. It somehow makes my skin smoother and my makeup application last longer. The price range is a bit dearer but the results of it makes it totally worth it for me to purchase and continue to use it for long term. I would recommend it to anyone who have mature aging skin as I have similar skin and had a great result after using and belief it will help anyone who have a similar skin situation as me.

When this arrived at my door step I feel so giddy and happy like a lil kid. I love skincare and obsessed with anything in the market that can help my skin. I have a combination normal to dry skin sometimes I do get sensitive with some products after few days. This cream has a luxurious balm texture that seems to thick but it absorbs fast in the skin, I would recommend using it sparingly and add more if necessary in the areas you need more. It leaves my skin nourished and soft. Personally, I do choose this at night routine coz of its more thicker consistency layered with my morning routine would be too much with it. Packaging is great but being a jar would be prone to contamination with fingers, so a small spatula would be nice specially having this price point. For its price, people would think it is too expensive but with the amount you only need to use I think it’s in between. Would I recommend it yes specially for dry and maturing skin.
