Rimmel London Professional Eyebrow Pencil

Having quite full eyebrows I needed just a little something to fill in any of the slight patches, this is a basic pencil that does the job. I would have liked a twist top so I didnt have to sharpen but overall it does the job. It seems to stay in place all day.

For me, this is one of the best drugstore eyebrow pencils available in Australia (I have another favourite I got in the UK from Soap and Glory but that is not available here yet).  I keep this around for days where I am in the rush or on-the-go as I usually would use a powder and gel, but this can be a bit messy if applying in transit!  It's a really good texture in that it is neither too hard or too creamy and it really lasts all day. That being said, the downside is of course in the shade range. This is the problem with just about every brow product in the drugstore. There are only 3 shades in the range and they are: hazel, dark brown and black brown.... So, not much variety there! If you have light blonde hair this is probably not going to work for you unfortunately.  I have balayaged and highlighted hair so I would say my hair colour is overall dark blonde with gold (if you get the vibe). I can use the Hazel shade however, even for me it can throw a bit red (as is the problem with so many brow products). I can deal with it in a rush and after blending it in with the brush on the end, but it is not IDEAL.  If you have darker hair and are on a budget or need a backup brow product, I recommend trying this :)

I have this in blonde and feel like this is too much of an orangey undertone so it looks weird. Don't know about other shades but I wouldn't recommenced the blonde unless you have more strawberry or light orange hair. overall though it has good application.

I was very disappointed when I couldn't find my perfect match in this shade. I soon realised though that its a great product for filling in the front of my brows where I don't want them too intense. The pencil itself is very easy to use and the brush at the end if very handy, although a bit stiff so good for getting those stubborn hairs. It's a nice product to have in my brow collection and the good thing is you can try it without breaking the bank!

Fabulous eyebrow pencil! Since my brows are on the scanty side, due to over plucking for many years, I am always on the lookout for a good eyebrow pencil. This pencil is well priced, which means that when there's a sale, I stock up these bad boys. The colour goes on smoothly, not shiny as some eyebrow pencils can be. Once I apply, if I think I've made my brows too dark, I just use the attached brush to lighten the colour a bit, and then it's confident brows all the way! I suggest using a light touch and gradually building up colour and shape, so give yourself a few minutes to do this properly. This brow pencil does not let me down, I have repurchased several times.

I love this product! Quite a few shades to choose from. Nice pigmentation and I like the fact there is a brush on the cap to help tame eyebrows and blend product to create beautiful brows. I would definitely purchase again
