Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment

I recently gave the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment a go, and let me tell you, it's a total lifesaver for my dry and damaged hair. This stuff is the real deal! It's like a superhero swooping in to save the day. After just one use, my hair felt softer, smoother, and way more manageable. It's like it gave my hair a big ol' drink of hydration. I also noticed a reduction in breakage and dryness, which is a huge win for me. . If you're struggling with dry and damaged hair, do yourself a favor and grab this treatment ASAP. Trust me, your hair will thank you!

I have been using Redken products for years so I was excited to trial their new Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment. My hair is colour treated and heat damaged so it can use all the help it can get! This mask is extremely thick and a little goes a long way! I applied this in the shower after using the shampoo and conditioner in the range. I left it on for 5 minutes and then rinsed out before brushing. It worked immediately to help detangle my hair and add shine. Overall my hair looked immediately shinier once dried and styled and my hair smelled lovely. I noticed less fly aways and a healthy bounce to my usually drab and lifeless locks. I would recommend this product in combination with the shampoo and conditioner products to achieve healthy and shiny hair.

I have dry ends from years of colouring and heat damage but an oily scalp. I was pleasantly surprised by this as I have been using henna as a conditioner to repair this damage. With henna it naturally coats the hair and the colour/product can be on your hair for weeks/months. I was really surprised at how soft my hair felt. I used this in conjunction with the other products in the range but it's hard for me to tell whether it was the conditioner or the treatment that made my (usually dry) ends softer. Pros: Hair feels healthier and softer after use but I need more time and use to see a proper difference. Cons: More hair loss after use of these than usual.

What a product! I used the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment after being invited to trial it as a part of review crew. I used it alongside the Acidic Bonding Shampoo and Conditioner. After the first application I noticed SIGNIFICANT positive improvements to my hair. I had damaged colour treated hair that was frizzy and lacked shine. After the first wash it was smoother and softer. After completing the trial period, what a difference. It was shiny, easy to manage, easy to style. I started receiving compliments on my hair again! Would I recommend? 100%. Will I continue to use? 100%!

This product is a game changer! At first I was a bit apprehensive with a hair treatment that is to be used before shampoo and conditioner. But it works a treat! I have very damaged hair from bleach and heat styling. It made my hair very soft, smooth and improved the condition of my hair dramatically. Its really easy to use and a little goes a long way! I like the packaging and the smell of the product too. I recommend using this product with the shampoo and conditioner in the same range to get the full benefits!

I was very excited to be given the opportunity to trial Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment (along with the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo and Conditioner) on my damaged, chemically treated hair. I used the Intensive Treatment two to three times a week for just over 3 weeks, prior to using the Shampoo and Conditioner, and concentrating on running it through the full length of my damp hair, from root to ends, as directed. The treatment was thick and luxurious with a pleasant fragrance. Only a small amount was needed to coat my long, damaged hair, It rinsed easily and left my hair feeling very clean, smooth and moisturised. Over the course of my trial, my hair has experienced a visible difference in its condition. It looks healthier and smoother, and it feels stronger with less noticeable frizz. I have also noticed a reduction in the amount of breakage (mainly after heat styling). Heat styling, including blowdrying and use of hot tools is easier and quicker too. I have used two other similar and well known brands on the market and so far this range is providing very similar results. I would definitely recommend this range to family and friends and I am looking forward to continuing to use this range to experience the longer term results.

Really wanted to love this product. It made my hair dry as straw and brittle. I thought maybe I was using it incorrectly so I used it for a few months to try and see results like other reviews. The treatment was probably my most favourite thing of the Redken Bonding Concentrate Range. Makes hair feel smooth and silky without adding an oily mess. The smell is devine and I noticed I did not have to wash my hair every day, every two days was fine. You can feel how much stronger and cleaner your hair feels when you style it. I noticed my hair looked cleaner and more natural to (not sure if it changes colour) but didn't look a brassy or greasy looking like most hair care ranges do. I definitely recommend the range if you have damaged hair especially if you have had a baby and need to bring it back to life and grow back.

I had recently bleached the underneath part of my hair to a pale blonde (my natural fine hair is darkest brown) , which was quite damaging. This treatment did wonders to maintain softness and strength in the hair follicles, to minimise breakage. Even when I only left it in for fraction of the recommended time. It was really easy to work into the roots, and had a fresh but not overpowering scent. It also didn’t leave too much residue in the shower base or on my skin, which I find to be pretty common with hair treatments and masques.

I’m a lover for a deep treatment, they add so much benefit to any hair routines. Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment is literally magic in a bottle! It’s super nourishing, little goes a long way, giving you a beautiful silky salon results in minutes. I have dry, heat damaged hair and require my hair to be sleeked back at work so think crazy amount of hairspray haha. My hair has suffered enough, so using this treatment has been a god sent. It’s recommended to use on damp hair and left for 5-10mins. I did exactly that and combed through. Sometimes I let this treatment on longer to really give my hair the absolute pamper. After washing out, I could immediately feel a difference. My hair felt silky, smooth and moisturised. When dried, my hair appeared less frizzy and tamed. I’m super impressed with this treatment and the whole range. I can’t wait to continue using and seeing how further I can fix my hair.

This shampoo/conditioner/treatment regime was amazing. Aimed for processed and demanding hair….and I couldn’t think of a better way to describe my hair before using these products. After using the products my hair was smoother, softer and it left a fantastic smell. While using it smelt like skittles but had a refreshing citrus scent when my hair was dry. I’ve honestly never used a product that has done such wonders to my hair. Most definitely would use again. The only con was that sometimes it was difficult to get the product out of the bottles towards the end due to the design of the bottles but still well worth it. A life saver!

I have to admit, it took me some time to get used to the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment, as it is a pre-wash treatment. I wash my hair in the evening, and I make sure to give myself enough time to use it. Using this treatment has become part of my self-care routine, so I don't rush it. To apply the treatment, I dampen my hair, it doesn't have to be soaking wet, and then use about a 50 cent coin size amount of the product. Once the treatment is in, I use a wet brush to distribute it evenly throughout the length of my hair. As a whole system, the treatment, shampoo, and conditioner work extremely well together. I received these products to review, but I have been using them for some time, and they truly work wonders. My hair is severely damaged from bleach, with loads of breakage, dryness, brittleness, and lackluster appearance. But now, it is much stronger, softer, and the shine is back. I credit this transformation to this system of products - hands down, it saved my hair. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who uses bleach, as it is a must-have to keep your hair strong and healthy.

I am loving the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment. I used this treatment along with the matching shampoo and conditioner in the Redken range. It comes in a plastic bottle. Has a slight citrus scent and the texture is smooth and cream making the application easy to apply. This treatment is fantastic for damaged, dry and bleached hair. From the first application I could see the treatment was making a difference to my hair. It helps make it feel stronger, shinier, and so much smoother. It has reduced the hair breakage I have by a lot. Once my hair is dried its easy to brush and my hair feels silkier. I love how nourished my hair feels when I am using this treatment and have bene so impressed with it.

This treatment has to be applied before the Acidic Bonding shampoo & conditioner, so it's perfect for a session in the bath where you can let it soak in before continuing on with the next two steps. After four weeks, this treatment, the shampoo and conditioner have helped restore shine, smoothness, strength and body to my hair. The change was apparent after the first wash, as I'd been struggling with dryness and shedding previously. I have fine hair, but the system didn't weigh my roots down, and left my lengths moisturised and strong. My hair felt smoother, softer, and more manageable, and I experienced less breakage and fewer split ends. It is a fantastic product that I will continue to use in my hair care routine.

I have been trialling the Redken Acidic Bonding Treatment, with the rest of the acidic bonding treatment range, for about a month now, and absolutely love it! My hair feels strong, smooth and looks so shiny after each use. I have really noticed that whilst using this system, I can get an extra day or two between washes. I have been washing my hair 3-4 times per week with this bonding system and using the treatment about once per week. I really notice the difference when I have added in the treatment, my hair feels so soft! I will continue to use these products and love that my previously dry dull hair is now so silky smooth and strong.

I've been using the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate range for around 4 weeks now and I'm loving how soft, shiny, strong and bouncy my hair feels after using it. The intensive treatment is applied pre-shampoo (which takes a little getting used to!) but it's worth the extra time - my scalp feels healthier and cleaner and my hair has a little more volume at the roots compared to using the shampoo and conditioner alone. It also feels smoother and looks shinier whether I air dry or blow dry it, and looks cleaner as I get towards hair washing day than usual. It is worth noting that the citric acid featured in this range, being an alpha hydroxy acid, does make your scalp a little more susceptible to sun damage. I did feel my scalp was a little more sensitive on a very sunny day, so it is worth packing a hat for outdoor events if you are using this treatment regularly.

Usually I am not someone who's a fan of hair masks or thick treatments for hair because I find they leave my hair to easily get dirty, but this product was definitely completely different to these. The treatment was so good after a few uses, that I didn't even need to straighten my hair afterwards like I usually do after blow drying the frizzy bits. I plan to definitely continue the use of this product in conjunction with the shampoo and the conditioner because it really helped and lasts some time.

Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment was a formula I had never used before. I used it alongside the acidic bonding shampoo and conditioner. It was a pre shampoo treatment, applied to damp hair for 10 minutes and then washed out with the shampoo, and followed by the conditioner. It felt very light and left no residue on the hair. The scent was not overwhelming, especially as it was a treatment. I would recommend this product to anyone seeking a professional treatment for their damaged hair.

Miracle treatment. I have been lucky enough to trial this product with the shampoo and conditioner and the condition of my hair has improved so much, less dull, feels like more hair, less breakage and finally some shine. My hair has been lifeless and dull for so long and I have been steering clear of heat styling it for these reasons. I havent heat styled it with this product but the texture eof my hair has improved so much that I'm feeling more confident to style it intermittently or for a special occasion. I would purchase this product, alongside the shampoo and conditioner and use together.

I’ve used this treatment in conjunction with the shampoo and conditioner from the same range. Now, this is a pre treatment that needs to be used BEFORE shampoo and conditioner. Using this treatment on damp hair, working from the roots all the way down to the ends. I applied a decent amount as my hair is super dry, brittle and damaged from heat. I kept the treatment in for 10mins then washed it out. During showering, I could instantly feel how smooth my hair was. It’s normally filled with knots when I use other treatments but this one, I was able to run my fingers through without any issues. I use this treatment every 2-3 days or whenever I feel like my hair has gone through a lot on the day. It’s beautiful and really goes a great job. I’ve only ever used this treatment with Redken shampoo and conditioner as I want the best results possible. I’m yet to try with other brands but honestly I probably won’t as my hair hasn’t looked this amazing in so long! I’m in love!
