QV Face Nurturing Night Cream

I love the QV brand, and the QV Face Nurturing Night Cream is another standout. The price point is great, the texture is rich without being greasy, and the packaging is clean and practical. I really like the improved formula with ceramides, vitamin B3, and safflower oil—it deeply hydrates and soothes my skin overnight. I wake up with soft, smooth, and nourished skin, and it’s especially great for winter when my skin tends to get dry. It’s gentle, non-comedogenic, and perfect for sensitive skin. I’ll definitely be purchasing this again.

I received this night cream as a review member. I like the consistency of it, but i found it was a little to thick and heavy for my skin especially at night time going to bed. I would be good for super dry/dehydrated skin, but it wasn't the one for me. It had a pleasant smell which is good. I actually passed IT ONTO MY HUSBAND TO USE WHEN HE GETS DRY SKIN SO IT CAME IN HANDY AFTER ALL. Overall its a good budget skin product, just not what I'm particularly after at this point in time for mu face.

I have been using this moisturizer for a couple of weeks now and have noticed that my face is a little more moisturized than usual. I was expecting the formula to be a little thicker like other night creams that I have used but I didn’t see any difference in absorption. It suited my skin which is more on the sensitive side as I find that sometimes even sensitive moisturizers sting and irritate my skin which I was surprised that this didn’t. When I applied the moisturizer on its own around my nose while it was irritated due to a pollen allergy, it did sting a little but that subsided after a few minutes, which at this price point I will tolerate. When using it with a facial oil and serum underneath, it did not sting. Overall, I have enjoyed using this night cream and would recommend to others wanting a budget friendly night cream.

This cream has a nice and thick consistency. It goes on smoothly and leaves little to no white residue or cast, allowing it to work on a variety of skin tones and depths. Easy to work into the skin, its non-greasy and feels pretty luxurious when rubbing into the skin. After a few weeks of using it, my skin looks noticeably smoother and more cared for as well as hydrated. I find that after using this cream, my makeup also seems to sit better and lasts longer in the day without needing to reapply. Especially nice for for dryer and mature skin, especially during the cooler months when you need a bit more moisture.

The night cream has a nice balm texture, a very heavy cream that doesn’t tug on your face, a nice luxurious oil-infused hand crème texture, yet it didn’t spread well down my neck and décolletage so felt I needed to use more than I’d like for someone who still gets pimples occasionally. Unfortunately, it stung around my nose and made my face quite red. I thought it may just be part of a compromised skin barrier and would resolve as the cream began to work after a week or so but it continued throughout my trial period. I don’t like open pots due for hygiene reasons. Scent free which I appreciated and didn’t sting my eyes.

This night cream contains natural safflower oil and a vitamin B3 complex, the cream also works to improve skin elasticity and minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in even the most sensitive of skins. Also, the cream is fragrance free which is great for people with dry and sensitive skin. After few weeks of use, I have noticed my skin look pumped, my fine lines have reduced. The dullness layer has disappeared and replaced with a healthy glow. Such a great night cream to use during autumn and highly recommend.
