Pantene Pro-V Nutrient Blends Sulphate-free ‘Fortifying Damager Repair’ with Castor Oil’ Shampoo

Really wanted to like this product! It smells absolutely amazing, lathers on great and did make my hair soft for a period after washing. But sadly it made my hair so oily after 2 days and had to wash my hair way more often then I usually would have to, which was really disappointing as it had such great potential. I kept using it hoping it would eventually stop getting so oily so quickly but didn’t improve even after using for 2 weeks so sadly have put this to the side and won’t be using it again.

Pantene Pro-V Made my hair feel really great, I struggle with extremely dry and brittle hair due to multiple rounds of bleaching and hair dye over the years, recently I took a break to let my hair breathe and let it heal and repair itself. It refreshed the natural bounce and body of my hair but it gently removed flaky buildup near my roots. And, it’s one of those shampoos that leaves your hair squeaky clean (which I love). With this product it made my hair smell really nice and felt soft afterwards, especially paired with the conditioner. The packaging is very cute, and I think you really get your value for your money with the consistency, scent, and design. Love it x

This is a great shampoo that ticks all the boxes. Firstly the packing is lovely and is very pleasing to the eye. I love the yellow and orange. the shampoo itself is great, it lathers up thick and fast and a little goes a long way meaning the bottle will last for a while. It smells great and leaves the hair with a lovely scent. that lingers for hours. My hair feels bouncy, volumous and buoyant after use and I have received compliments on how great my hair looks. All in all it was a very positive experience trialling this product and I will definitely purchase it moving forward.

This Pantene shampoo is by far the best shampoo I have used in my life. I have always struggled my whole life with frizzy, dry and damaged hair and I can easily say that my hair has truely never felt so amazing. I will definitely be using this shampoo from now on. I now feel more confident in wearing my hair out and styling my hair as it’s no longer frizzy and dry. Its always hard for me to change my shampoo but with this one I really want to give it a go turn out really nice product, it's been a while I am using this shampoo and my hair look shiny ,soft, no fizzy even I can see my hair is now better than previous.Love this product and definitely buy this again and recommend to everyone who want their hair shiny and soft. I also purchased this product for my sister and she also love it. I tried this shampoo with pantene conditioner which helps even more so my recommendation is use both together for better result.

Definitely recommend this product - it smells nice and lathers really well. If you have thick or long hair this will definitely work for you. It's light enough that my wavy hair wasn't weighed down too much but it didn't stay as fresh for as long as it usually does so I ended up having to wash more often than usual. The shampoo smells nice and does not smell too feminine if thats your taste. I didn't notice a massive difference in my hair health but it did maintain my level of moisture. I think this shampoo would work on most hair textures but I would steer clear if you have hair with a lot of natural oil.

I’ll start by saying my hair is very thick, extremely long and uncoloured. I haven’t used Pantene products for years, since I was a child I think! I was pleasantly surprised after using this shampoo! I’ve been using professional products in my hair and I’m a bit annoyed that I could have just been purchasing this instead! My hair feels great, I believe there’s less breakage too. The smell is great too, not over powering at all! Also, a little goes a long way! I will definitely be purchasing once I’ve run out!

It's still early days using this product, but so far so good! I used it coupled with the matching conditioner. I really like the packaging, it is cute in my bathroom and I like the size as it fits into my caddy. The shampoo lathers nicely and glided through my hair and rinsed easily, lots of ticks! The fragrance is subtle and sweet, made my shower more enjoyable. My hair was shiny and silky with a nice subtle fragrance when it dried and I'm looking forward to continuing to use this product!

I have been using the Pantene Pro V Nutrient Blends Shampoo with castor oil and the matching conditioner for the past few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I loved these two products. I have long, fine hair, but a lot of it and my hair gets oily quickly but also dry at the ends. I loved using this shampoo when I washed my hair twice weekly. It lathered up nicely and really cleaned my scalp and hair without over drying it. I particularly liked that my scalp felt fresh and clean and there was no residue left. The bottle design is nice and slimline so it sits nicely in your shower. The consistency of the shampoo is great also - not too thick or runny and I was able to really work it into my scalp. I am really impressed with both the shampoo and conditioner and will be buying it for myself going forward!

This shampoo the Pantene Pro-v nutrient blends sulphate - free fortifying and damage repair with castor oil shampoo is not my favourite from Pantene. The bottles are beautiful, the shampoo feels nice in the shower and it does smell like fruity flowers. However I found when my hair died it was left a little bit heavy and oily. I tend to have an oily scalp and dryer ends. This did feel like it repaired and hydrated my ends. I would recommend this product to others especially if they had extremely dry and damaged hair.

this product is amazing for supermarket shampoo but doesn't smell the best. leaves your hair soft and smooth but irritates the scalp. I wouldn't buy this product. I feel like my hair needs washing again 2 days later and has left my scalp bright red. beautiful packaging. easy to access bottles. it is safe to use after freshly coloured hair. good travel size. colourful packaging. fancy writing features realistic pictures of flowers definitely something I'd pick up from the shops if I couldn't get to a salon to buy shampoo . great for only using a small amount.

I was very excited to try this shampoo and conditioner. I’ve heard that castor oil is great for your hair and for hair regrowth in particular. First thing that hit me was the smell. It was great. I Honestly cant even explain it but I really loved it. It was light and fresh and didn’t feel overpowering. I used both shampoo and conditioner together and found that I didn’t need to much of the shampoo to get a good lather. I have quite long and dry hair so I did use a bit more of the conditioner. But it never felt too slick on my hair. I’ve used it a number of times now and my hair always looks healthy and shiny after. I also feel like it has made my hair feel softer. I would definitely recommend this duo.

Initially I was cautious of using a shampoo with castor oil as I have fine, coloured (damaged), dry hair and anything oil will weigh it down and make my scalp oily. But I was surprised to say that this shampoo didn’t do that. I actually really enjoyed how it felt on my hair and how it cleaned my hair. It was really nice and I appreciate the aesthetic of the bottle, one of the nicer drug store shampoos. The scent is light and nice but on my hair it fades really fast but I’m not one who really looks for fragranced shampoos. The shampoo itself is clear, so its more suitable to those that have oily hair, like me, even though my hair is dry it is actually more dehydrated but I have an oily scalp so this shampoo works well to clean my scalp. Overall, I would recommend this shampoo to others if they’re looking for something nice and simple, but affordable. It does lose 1 star because its not exceptional in doing much for hair but it is still one of the better, and nicer, drug store shampoos.

In my opinion, the Pantene brand has the best supermarket shampoo & conditioners on the market, so I was very excited to try this product. I need a sulphate free shampoo as I have Keratin smoothing treatments and this is required to ensure the treatments last. This shampoo made my hair feel clean without being too drying, it took a little longer to lather than other shampoo's due to not containing sulphates. My hair felt good after using it, however I wouldn't buy it again and this is simply because the shampoo has little to no smell, and I prefer something that has a lovely smell as washing my hair is a sensory experience and I felt let down that there was no fragrance! Pantene regularly updates and reformulates their products so I can only hope they do the same with this product and give it a nice smell, in which case I would be a regular user of this product! I would however recommend this to people who use Keratin treatments as a safe and low cost option for washing their hair to maintain their Keratin effect.

Can I just say I have never smelt a better smelling shampoo in my life? The scent is so amazing I didn’t want to leave the shower!!! The scent is meant to be a floral smell but I found the scent extremely similar to a grapefruit scent which I absolutely love. Not only am I obsessed with the smell but the Pantene Castor Oil Shampoo and Conditioner works absolute wonders on my hair. The shampoo lathers really well unlike other products where I get frustrated trying to make sure the shampoo mixes in with my hair and…it often takes ages to do so too (since my hair is long, thick and damaged) but this product lathers in no time and my scalp feels extremely clean and refreshed once all washed out. I think the combo with the conditioner is perfect - if the shampoo is step one of making your hair feel totally clean, the conditioner is the bonus finish making your hair feel totally smooth and kinkless!!! It’s one of my most favourite products reviewed to date and I think it’s super affordable in comparison to other more expensive products which don’t do a better job than this Pantene Castor Oil line. Highly recommend the product and loved the things it did to my hair!

Pantene pro-v shampoo contains castor oil which is a natural product to repair damaged hair and add shine shine. It did this and I’m delighted - my hair is smooth and shiny!! My hair is prone to dryness because it is bleached, and I also wash it regularly (every 2 days). I noticed results after 1 week of use. This product is affordable and easily sourced. I would definitely recommend and I’ve added it into my weekly rotation (I also use a blonde shampoo to reduce brassiness). I think using this in combo with the matching conditioner really worked. Excellent product!!

I have always been a fan of pantene products, using them on and off for numerous years and was thrilled to be a part of the trial team. I was a bit skeptical at first given it seemed to be a oil infused product and I generally do not want to add additional oils into my hair and make it seem even oilier but I did like that it didn't have a lot of the usual nasties such as parabens and dyes. The packaging was great however was quite a small size compared to the usual shampoo bottles available. I really liked the smell, a nice fruity/floral touch. It lathered quite well and I am one that always shampoos my hair twice. After a handful of weeks, I would say I haven't noticed a huge improvement in terms of repair (dry hair and has been coloured a fair few times) but it has left my hair feeling very nice so will continue to use and see how it fairs

Pantenes' Pro-V Nutrient Blends Sulphate-free 'Fortifying Damage Repair' with Caster Oil Shampoo really does restore your hairs vitality and strength! My scalp usually gets very sensitive and itchy to other shampoos I use, but to my surprise I had no issues with this one! A little goes a long way with this shampoo, and it left my hair feeling so fresh and clean! But not only that, this shampoo transformed my hair - it strengthened my heat and coloured damaged hair, made it more manageable with less knots for me to deal with than usual, it softened and hydrated my hair which made it look rejuvenated and healthy again! I will be purchasing this product in the future, and I will be recommending it to all of my family and friends!

I have dry, coarse and damaged hair. So I was super excited to try this castor oil shampoo as I’ve heard castor oil is great for hair. It was exactly this! The shampoo left my hair feeling well nourished, soft and smelling amazing for days afterwards. I appreciate that the shampoo is paraben and sulphate free as it’s something I look for in my hair products now. I liked the design and bright print of the bottle; which I also thought was a great size too- not too big and not too small- can be used for travel. Overall, I would recommend this shampoo if you have dry and/or damaged hair. The castor oil is great, and my hair was frizz free after using this.

Hair type: Sun damaged, dry scalp and greasy hair I enjoyed trying this product. I loved the idea of a shampoo with castor oil which some say helps with hair growth. I loved the scent of this shampoo. It smells very pleasant. However, I didn’t notice any benefits for my hair when using it compared to a previous product I had tried earlier. I felt that it did cleanse my hair well but not my scalp and unfortunately I didn’t notice any other benefits to using this shampoo beyond that including it repairing my noticeably damaged hair.
