Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Coconut Water Hydrating Facial Sheet Mask

I had expected to like this sheet mask – I tend to like sheet masks in general as they are so convenient and a great way to make yourself relax. Specifically, I really like Palmer’s coconut scent products and a hydrating mask is always welcome to anyone with dry skin. Unfortunately, I did not love this product much at all. Firstly, it was one of the most ill-fitting masks I’ve ever used – I had to reposition it about 4 times, by which time its sticking ability was a bit reduced. The chin area was so small that the lip strip above went over my mouth, and the eye area was way too large and hard to fit. For the mask itself – coconut oil and Vitamin E, as well as hyaluronic acid, chamomile and aloe are all well-known hydrating and moisturizing ingredients, which it promises to deliver, so I’m at a loss to explain why this mask actually stung a bit and did not feel comfortable. I removed it slightly before the recommended 10 minutes because of this. Perhaps I had a bad or out of date product? So, although I wanted to love this mask and like Palmer’s products in general, I really can’t recommend it for either performance or comfortable fit.

I cleansed and dried my face first then applied the mask and left on for 10 minutes as the instructions directed. I found the sachet easy to open and the smell that greated me was beautiful. The sheet is white and I found this a lot easier to unfold than the Palmer's charcoal mask. The sheet was easy to put on and smooth over my face. Even though it was slightly bigger than my face it fit quite well and was easy to smooth down. I did the dishes while the sheet was on and probably would have been better off laying down with it on to let it lie flat on my face. It felt cool and soothing and no excess liquid ran down my face. After peeling off the sheet I rubbed the liquid into my face and squeezed out the remaining liquid onto my neck. My skin was soft and hydrated and didn't need moisturiser applied that night.

I absolutely love this sheet mask from Palmer's. As well as being affordable, it is super hydrating & leaves my skin looking plump, smooth and soft. I have combination skin that gets dehydrated from time to time & this sheet mask is perfect to hydrate without causing any breakouts or excess oil.  Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Coconut Water Hydrating Facial Sheet Mask contains one sheet mask in its sealed packet & contains 20mls of serum.  The purely cotton sheet mask conforms to the face easily. It's a decent size mask that fits nicely to my facial contours however  a few areas end being a bit large on me but I've found it easy to stretch the excess fabric to all skin areas I.e covering your neck. The sheet mask is instantly cooling and soothing on the skin with a fresh  coconut smell. It smells just like summer!!  The fragrance also does linger during application time but it isn't overpowering or offensive.    The ingredients in this hydrating sheet mask include coconut oil, coconut water & hyaluronic acid which completely nourish and hydrate the skin. A few antioxidant's and oils are added in for extra protection and smoothing. All very beneficial to the skin.  As per the instructions I apply the cotton mask straight out of packet onto dry skin & then for ten minutes it soaks in while I relax - there's enough serum to absorb without it dripping everywhere. The excess can also be used on your neck and hands. After using this sheet mask my skin looks great. Skin is hydrated and plump. The serum never leaves skin sticky or oily either.  It also has a natural glow without looking oily.  My pores also appear smaller and smoother. I like the way my skin feels hydrated, soft and has a natural glow. Dry dehydrated skin is a thing of the past.   Ideal for?   I think this mask would be great pre event too especially before foundation.  Dehydrated skin. Combination skin. Dry skin.  I would avoid for acne prone skin due to the coconut ingredients in this. It does contain fragrance.  Would I repurchase this mask? I have already repurchased a few times & I think its one of the best sheet masks I have ever used.  Made in USA

I loved this sheet mask. The smell of the coconut was definitely present and it wasn’t a bad smelling product. The mask itself was easy to apply to the face and wasn’t to unproportionate to face size so it was easy to wear. Left my skin feeling and looking radiant and fresh and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. Would definitely definitely repurchase this mask and do recommend.
