NYX Professional Makeup Pore Filler Primer

I used this product some time ago to help fill my pores as they are enlarged around my nose. Whilst the product was great to apply, was so soft on your skin and came in an awesome size tube, I personally didn't see too much difference on my nose area. I love NYX so was a little disappointed that this one wasn't as good as I was hoping. That aside, the marketing on the tube is really cool.

Definitely a holy grail in my books. Product is easy to apply, absorbs and mattifies the skin creating a great base for foundation. I honestly feels like it does cover the pores very well and washes off well too. I don't ever break out after using this product. It's very helpful in the make up routine! Highly recommend it at an affordable price too!

One of my go to primers. Great quality for the price. I even have my mum using it now as well.  My foundation Wentworth on so well after using this primer, I haven’t tried many primers so it is on of my favourites I always talk about this when I tell friends and family what I use 

I really like this product. It's inexpensive and makes your skin look really smooth before you put on foundation. As an everyday primer is great, especially if you have larger pores because it makes them disappear. It feels really silky on the skin and easy to apply (I use my fingertips and apply like a moisturiser.) At first I was a bit concerned because it seems quite thick but a little goes a long way.

This product is really good! I consider it to be a dupe of the Porefessional from Benefit! I have oily skin and always struggle to find primers with a good finish that will not break out my skin, this one is perfect for oily/acne prone skin! Also, the price is great! Highly recommend it!

This is the best primer I have ever used. It is definitely worth the price as I have found that compared to high-end primers it works so much better. I have recommended this product to others who have all told me that it is now their go-to primer. The texture is amazing as the product just glides over the skin. It fills in your pores which leads to fewer breakouts when taking your makeup off. The colour of the product matched my skin tone enough to reduce redness. My foundation looked flawless after using the primer

Whilst this pore filler does somewhat reduce the appearance of pores, it doesn't mix particularly with water based foundations. It has quite a strange consistency so I would definitely recommend warming it up with your fingers before applying it. If applied correctly it gives a nice smooth base. I have quite oily/porous skin and did not find this product particularly effective so I don't plan on repurchasing it.

The Pore Filler primer from NYX is a great budget primer. It is very affordable and does a very good job reducing the appearance of pores, particularly around the nose area. It helps to create a flawless base for my foundation and also helps the foundation to last longer and look fresher throughout the day.

Although i don't suffer from large pores i do have patchy dry areas particularly around my chin and cheeks.  With the majority of primers targeted for dry areas i find they are overly oily and i end up breaking out in areas that were previously fine, not to mention my makeup looks less dewy and more oily.  This product was great at covering up my dry spots so my makeup doesn't end up looking crusty. because it wasn't specifically designed for dry skin my skin didn't end up looking oily more just dewy which was great because it didn't draw attention to any dry spots.  Tip: Less is more with this product - more = makeup sliding off PRO; Cheap Available in major beauty stores (easily available) that often have 40% off sales Fantastic for dry skin sufferers CON; Oily consistency feels like your skin is rather oily and congested  Designed for enlarged pores but honestly those pores that are enlarged didn't look any different

I actually really like this as a primer, just did not see any positive results for pore minimisation! Nice satin-like smooth texture, easy to apply and a little goes a long way (even though the price is already super cheap!). I have dry skin but this doesn't dry me out and even adds a small amount of hydration.  A lot of primers feel a bit like a mask but this is lightweight and still lets my skin breathe. 

This product works wonders for my shockingly large pores. I applied it under my makeup and found it to be a great pore opener and good as a makeup base. The primer is a soft velvet texture and applies easily to my porous skin. The container in very conspicuous and I found it a great "purse item" which I reapplied a couple of times each day. I love the size because its very compact but also finds the balance so that I don't run out easily. The best Pro of this Cream is that it doesn't clog my pores, resulting in pimples which a have found to be a common occurrence in other Pore Fillers. Instead this makeup, within days gave me a tangible healthy result of minimized pores. I love this compact and effective Pore Filler and would highly recommend it to others.

I am someone with crazy big pores and combination skin so I'm always on the hunt for a quality primer that does what it actually needs to. When I saw "PORE FILLER" I was hooked immediately like omg I must try. Not only is the packaging so cute and easy for travel and use but the product itself is amazing, it doesn't dry me out like some primers do and it doesn't make you too oily! I would say though a little goes a long way so no need to smother yourself in it, as it is then that the product begins to not work effectively. it glides on so smoothly and sits perfectly under all my different foundations.

Love this product! One of my favourite primers to use on my t-zone area. It fills in your pores and leaves your skin looking so smooth and poreless af and makes my foundations look flawless. Highly recommend, and definitely a holy grail for me. Also a must in makeup kits and makeup bags. 

I had been looking a product that would help minimise my pores for a long time especially being talc free as i really don't like that ingredient in my skincare and cosmetics.  It made my foundation stay put and not one bit of oil all day long and my pores were no were near as visible then other days. I am so impressed

Had high hopes for this as the NYX HD Primer has been my go-to for a long time. I was looking for a primer with more smoothing and refining capabilities so tried this out. Initial application seemed good. The product has a slippery to dry consistency, goes on easily using the fingers and left my skin visibly smoother after application. When I applied foundation over the top (I use MAC Face and Body, also applied with fingers), it just did not sit right and started to pill. I've tried the primer several times now and continually results either in pilling or patchy foundation (clinging to dry spots) within a couple of hours. I have normal skin tending to oily in the T-zone in summer which is when I tried this out. Unfortunately this did not work for me. PROS Very handy packaging - small, narrow and easily fits into any makeup bag Cheap Does help to smooth out pores CONS Pills - did not work well with my liquid foundations Drying - I wouldn't recommend for dry skin RECOMMENDED? No  

The words "pore filler" had me from the start. I was looking for a nice primer and as I suffer from an oily t-zone and noticeable pores any product that offers a reduction of this is a winner for me. This product does exactly what it says, straight away after application my pores were visibly reduced in appearance. At under $22.00 this product is a godsend for me, so easy to use, I just spread it on with my fingers and a little goes a long way so great value for money. There is no oil in this product which is a bonus for anyone who suffers from oily skin and it creates a lovely smooth matte canvas for me to apply foundation. It feels nice and light to wear and delivers the same result as a much more expensive brand. This won't clog pores or irritate skin and to have visibly reduced pores sells it for me, love, love, love it, I highly recommend this, five stars.

The NYX Professional Makeup Pore Filler is perfect for preparing the skin for makeup application. It is a smoothing cream primer that helps reduce the appearance of pores and skin imperfections.  I usually suffer from oily skin, but the NYX Pore Filler primer is talc and oil free - so no blotting excess oil off my skin throughout the day! I would recommend being careful to not use too much product on your skin at once though, a little is enough. The product has a light, pleasant fragrance - and when applied to your skin it absorbs well.   Considering how well this product works, I think its value for money is absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend this product!

This is probably one of the best purchases I’ve ever made, I bought this when there was a cosmetic sale at a local pharmacy. I use this product as my base like a primer before my foundation. The product has such a smooth texture, it is easily applied and absorbed by the skin. texture of this primer is similar but not quite like some of the high-end brands. But considering how affordable this product is, I will definitely repurchase it. 

I'm a big fan of primers and I really like this one from Nyx. I think it is similar to the Smashbox photo finish primer in that it leaves the skin feeling velvety and smooth. The bonus is that Nyx is half the price of Smashbox and really has some amazing products in their line up. I like using my fingers to apply as I find that the heat transfer from my fingers really helps apply the primer.

This is an affordable daily use primer that goes on smoothly and isn't dry or heavy on my skin. It glides onto my skin, leaving my skin feeling light and feeling very touchable. I sometimes leave the house wearing only this primer as this is perfect for non makeup days when you don't want to wear any makeup but still want a nice clean look for your face.  I've used more expensive brands and this one works just as good as those primers. I like how it keeps my skin oil free all day long and doesn't clog my pores or irritat my skin. It removes easily at the end of the day with a makeup remover wipe. Pros: Low priced Easy to apply with fingers Cons: Don't use a lot, just a small amount is enough otherwise the skin can feel weighed down Recommendation: This primer is great for an every day use primer because it keeps my skin feeling light and looking smooth.
