Neutrogena Hydro Boost Niacinamide Serum

I’ve never used a Niacinamide Serum before but I really liked this product! I don’t have much of a skincare routine and find it hard to use a lot of products, so i usually just wash my face twice a day and moisturise, but this is one i would love to keep in my routine, it is so easy to put a few drops on before applying moisturiser, and it really makes my skin feel a lot more moisturised and healthy. I have combination/oily skin, and i often find after being in the office all day that may face gets oily by the end of the day, but after using this it is a lot better and it helps to balance out my face. The only downside i have is sometimes it took a bit to get enough out of the bottle using the dropper, and i feel like once the bottle gets emptier it would not be a long enough dropper to pick up product from the bottom of the bottle Overall i would really recommend this product to skincare noobies or even people who love skincare, it really gives you beautiful plump skin

I have given this a 5 star as I have tried another prduct from neutrogena which doesn't adhere to skin so well but this product is amazing. Sinks right in, skin feels hydrated, softer and refreshed. Unsure of texture and pores but overall I love this product. Lightly fragranced. No colour. Can wear under makeup. Does not cause makeup to pill Works well with most makeup products. Can be applied any time of the day or night. Reduces fine lines and rough scaly skin so it is defintely my go to. Can layer up with other products if needed but works well by itself too. The dropper was easy to use. Helped get small quantity as required and I squeezed it straight on to the face to avoid wasting time and transferring it with hands etc.

I really enjoyed the texture of this serum, being combined with hyaluronic acid, allowed the niacinamide to be less irritating and tacky on the skin. my favourite combination was using this with some aerosol water facial spray to increase the hydration. After using this for a few weeks, I noticed marks on the skin were lightened, and my skin was more hydrated and plumper. This formulation was effective yet gentle enough to use every day. The opaque packaging meant it doesn’t need to be kept in a cupboard which was also a bonus for me due to travelling a lot. Overall really enjoyed this product and would definitely use again.

Packaging: I like how Neutrogena's packaging all has the same iconic blue Packaging as it makes products from the range easy to find. The actual dropper application I dislike it sometimes doesn't collect the serum in the vial and doesn't get all the way to the bottom of the serum making it hard to get to. The serum itself is clear, has no discernible smell and is on the watery dide making applying to the face easy and little bit goes far. Aborbs easily into the skin. I found the product easy to use and it sunk into my skin and left it feeling plump and hydrated The inclusion of Niacinamide is wonderful and good to see it more readily available.

First of all, thank you to BeautyCrew and Neutrogena for the opportunity to trial this product. I was really looking forward to trying this serum and it did not disappoint. The first thing that I noticed about the serum was that it was unscented. I am a sucker for a beautiful scent but when you’re using multiple products and they’re all scented it can get to be too much, so I was super pleased that this product had no scent. The serum was very light and absorbed into my skin almost immediately upon application. It didn’t leave a tacky or oily residue like some serums do so that was really pleasing. Almost immediately my skin felt softer and more hydrated and with continued use my skin feels plumper and has a really nice, healthy glow. Overall, I’m really pleased with the results of this serum and would definitely recommend. I will continue to use and will be purchasing when I run out.

I was very excited to trial Neutrogena Hydro Boost Niacinamide Serum as I actually currently using Neutrogena Skincare from this exact same range so it was the great fit into my skin routine. I was amazingly surprised how great this product is especially for the price you pay. As soon as I apply it on my skin my pores immediately look smoother and skin fells hydrated. Packaging is nice, nothing over the top and it is very easy to apply, . This serum doesn’t leave my skin oily which is normally my main concern, absorbs very quickly. It has no smell which is great for people who are sensitive to strong scents. I apply it every morning and night before applying day/night cream. Skin visually looks plumper, softer and more hydrated. I absolutely love this serum and most definitely will repurchase it myself. Highly recommend this serum!

It was a light serum which I would place on my skin each morning and after every shower. This was the first serum which didn’t give my skin a slight irritation at all This made my skin noticeably shine and glow. I noticed my skin was a lot more smoother and hydrated. Love this product, great results. I have been using different Niacinamide Serum products and this one has to be one of the top ones, I can say I definitely have seen results when using this product, it didn’t have a strong scent which is great and it went on very smoothly, a tip put it in the fridge so when you put it on your face it’s nice cool and smooth feeling. I really enjoyed this product and I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants a product that can help with your blemishes. $45 is a normal price for this kind of product, it is a must for your skin care routine.

I really enjoyed this product - it doesn’t have a strong fragrance which I appreciate and makes me think that they made this serum for its intended purpose rather than adding commercial touches. It is hydrating and was a great addition to my skincare routine. It absorbs well without leaving a tacky feeling and has a nice smooth texture. Also, a little goes a long way so it doesn’t feel as though you have to use a lot to feel moisturised. The serum helped with hydration but I don’t think I used it long enough to see the added benefits of the niacinamide - I saw a slight change in my overall complexion but I’m keen to see how it improves over the next few weeks.

Absolutely fantastic product. I've been using this daily within my usual skin care routine and have found the results to be noticeable. After several weeks I could see the difference. It left my skin and pores feeling hydrated, softer and smoother. While the bottle is only 30mls, I only needed 1-2 drops for full face, neck and decollage coverage. The fact it's not scented was also a bonus for me, as this meant it didn't clash with any perfume I chose to wear on the day. The serum absorbed quickly into the skin and didn't leave a greasy after feel or shine. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to add some luxury into their daily skin care routine.

I have been using this product daily, every morning and evening for the past few weeks. I love the dropper (more hygienic) - just a few drops on each side of my face will go a long way. The serum is very light so it can be used during warm days without feeling heavy which makes this serum ideal for both day and night (ie if serum is too thick or oil based, I would only use at night and not when it's 100 degrees!). The serum glides on and is absorbs really well into the skin with no sticky, slimy and oily residue after. In terms of improvements on my skin, I haven't noticed much but my skin is hydrated which gets the thumbs up from me. I do think I would have to at least finish the bottle before I see obvious improvements to my pores, wrinkles and skin texture.

It doesn't surprise me in the least that I have absolutely loved using this - I find the entire Hydroboost range to be filled with products that are worth picking up! This promises to help exfoliate and brighten dull skin, while also hydrating it. This comes in an opaque white bottle with a dropper applicator, allowing the user to titrate the amount of product that you would like to apply to the skin. I love that this doesn't have a scent to it, and that it has a runny consistency, so that this is easily absorbed by the skin. I find that after I've used this twice daily for the last few weeks, my skin has felt softer, with a better tone, and that it's just that little bit plumper. This definitely feels like a great product to accompany the Hydroboost moisturiser, and I'd definitely be finishing the serum!

Amazing! I loved this product from the moment i used it (my husband then started to use it every night too). The packaging is really nice and its not going to break very easily either - the dropper is really well sealed at the top and you arent going to be wasting any product either. From the first use my skin felt soft, hydrated and it was super clearing on my skin. It has no scent at all any my super sensitive skin had no reaction to it whatsoever. I'll be buying this one again for myself and my husband to use in the future!

I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and I must say that I very much liked the serum. It has no fragrance, it is lightweight, absorbs very quickly and it doesn't leave any residue which is great for wearing make up on top. Some products I've used in the past caused my skin to break out which wasn't the case here. After using this product for about 2 weeks my Skin felt very soft and well hydrated. I also like the dropper applicator as it gives the perfect amount per application. I would recommend this to friends and family, and I would definitely consider purchasing again. The only negative thing I could say is that the bottle is made of heavy glass and I was afraid I might drop it on my tiled bathroom floor - but it was easy enough to hold so I shouldn't have worried!

Neutrogena Hyrdo Boost Serum is an incredible product! I really like this serum as it helped to hydrate my skin and make it looked a little more plumped. I used this product with my other skin care products and they all seemed to layer really well with this serum. It doesn’t really have a distinct scent but that can be a good thing as you don’t want something that is too overpowering. I have been trialling this product for a few weeks now and can definitely notice a difference. I highly recommend this product if you are need a little hydration in your life.

I have been using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost + Niacinamide serum for about 3 weeks. I stopped using any other serum which I use from time to time and put in a regular skin care regimen as follows: Cleanser (sometimes double cleanse) Neutrogena Hydro Boost Niacinamide serum followed by SPF or moisturiser (depending on whether it was morning or night). I love the packaging, I prefer a glass bottle to a plastic one and the dropper works well. The serum it’s self fells smooth and glides beautifully onto the skin. It absorbs quickly and leaves almost no residue (the skin is not tight sticky or greasy). Foundation goes over it well. Having only used it for about three weeks I did not anticipate seeing significant changes in my skin however since using I have noticed that my skin looks clearer and fresher. It is gentle on my skin and did not tingle or leave any redness. So far I really like this product which combines two great skin care products. It is a good price, and the packaging has a nice and clean look being a white glass bottle with pale blue and purple writing. If you enjoy niacinamide or were thinking about trying it I recommend giving this a go.

Thank you beautycrew for the opportunity to trial this beautiful serum. First impression of the packaging is love it. Was excited about the dropper but I found it sometimes didn’t draw up product and I would have to go in a second or third time. That was annoying but not a deal breaker. Maybe I had a faulty dropper. The serum itself is a thick clear fluid. Not tacky and it glides on the skin smoothly and instantly feels hydrating and refreshing especially first thing in the morning. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and sometimes only once per day and I can definetly say there has been an improvement in my skin tone and texture. My skin appears brighter, more even and I look so much more refreshed. This has been the only thing I have changed in my routine recently and if I had been even stricter with it, I’m confident I would have see even better results. A great serum that I would definetly consider repurchasing and incorporating into my skincare routine.

I really enjoy how this feels on my skin and pairs with my moisturiser. I've been pretty slack moisturising my face/taking care of my skin as much as I should. This was a great reminder to do it. After I shower, I rub this in with circular motions, then I moisturise. I feel like it takes the redness out of my skin a little. Like it tones it down. I haven't broken out at all either and usually if a product doesn't agree with my skin , I will break out. This hasn't done that. I really enjoy it. It's helping me improve my skin.
