Nature's Way Beauty Collagen Mature Skin Tablets 120s

I purchased these once. They have great benefits listed on the packaging and sound very promising. Fairly easy to take and the tablets are not too big. Unfortunately my husband took the majority of the pack and I got to have some whenever I remembered to in between. They are meant for mature skin but we are in our 30s and still felt they were suited to us. I assume what makes them for mature skin is the higher dose of collagen. We didn’t take it long enough to notice the benefits fully and because of the price, they are a bit of an indulgence for two people to be taking regularly. But if you can afford it, definetly worth it.
