Natural Instinct Nourishing Facial Moisturiser

I got this moisturizer in a kit as a part of a trial. Have used it about a week or so before having to give up. My skin is oily to combo, mid aged and with big pores. Also have sun damage-pigmentation. Prone to dehydration too.  This is basic white cream with scent of essential oil from the formula. Did not hydrate my skin or nourish. My skin would heat up and become red and splotchy in minutes after using the cream. Because I have heat sensitive pigmentation (melasma), the splotches were looking worse and darker. Tried to use it on its own. It was just coating my skin and again, feeling as it was heating it up. It felt coaty on my skin and as if I smeared vaxy white substance over it. My skin become dehydrated and under eye papery. Had to give up on using the product.  I noticed that they since reformulated and renamed the cream. This is a really hydrating moisturiser perfect for sensitive skin. All natural with no chemicals, it’s really gentle and soothing. I love the natural instinct range and this facial moisturiser is great value for money. The handy tube  with op up lid means no waste and it lasts for ages as I don’t need very much. The cream is light and silky, spreads well, however it takes a while to sink in. I would recommend to wait a while if your applying makeup so it stays out. This cream disguised fine lines and leaves my skin soft and hydrated. It smells beautiful, and the addition of rosehip and sweet almond oil mean it’s really nourishing to skin. I adore this and highly recommend it.

I received this as part of a 6 week trial for Natural Instinct. I loved the fact their products were all natural so I was quick to sign up for the package of goodies. The Natural Instinct moisturiser comes in a very generous sized plastic bottle with pop top lid. It is a light creamy texture which smells very earthy and natural and I absolutely love the scent. I only need a tiny amount to cover my entire face so this tube will last many months. Once applied it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated but unfortunately my mineral makeup doesnt apply too well over this moisturiser. It works fine on makeup free days or under a liquid foundation though! I love the natural ingredients, the value for money and the beautiful herbal scent. My only issue with this is that it does not work well under my usual mineral makeup and that I prefer a moisturiser to have sunscreen included. A great value natural product however. Just not for me unfortunately 

It’s darn economical, but it will be in my drawer for awhile at the rate I’m going. So, I like this, but I don't love it. I can't use this moisturiser for day or under full makeup as I find everything just slides right off (keep into consideration I was also using the rest of their products and for my foundation to just rub right off was a complete fail for me). I can leave my  moisturiser for a good ten minutes and it won't be enough time for it to 'sink in' enough prior to doing makeup. For me and my dry to combo skin, this moisturiser is best used for those makeup-free days or evenings. I like the floral - citrus scent, and I like the creamy texture (however it does feel a bit slimy on the skin). That being said, it's not the greatest thing I've ever used. It’s darn economical, but it will be in my drawer for awhile at the rate I’m going.

The moisturiser comes in a nice tube packing which keep the ingredients safe from light, air and bacteria. It is fragrance free, but it do contain very light smell, which is not overpowering. It contain skin beneficial ingredients, antioxidants, skin repairing ingredients and vitamins. In addition, It is free from parabens, sulphates and 400 potentially harmful ingredients.  It has creamy thick consistency and has light smell. I need to use very small amount for my entire face, which means the tube will last for long time. It applies and absorbs easily into my skin leaving it soft and hydrated. It is very moisturising and if you apply too much, it will make your face greasy. This moisturiser have not reacted to my dry sensitive skin. My skin is well hydrated during the use of this moisturiser and dry patches are disappeared. I  do not have wrinkles or pigmentation so can not comment on it. Overall, I love this natural moisturiser, I got it as part of their trial campaign but I defiantly I will buy it again.

I am quite impressed by Natural Instinct Nourishing Facial Moisturiser.  It comes in a handy tube that easily transportable.    I firstly use their Natural Instinct plump & renew serum with the moisturiser on top and surprisingly the serum helps the moisturiser absorb better into my skin.  It moisturises without being oily and it doesn't make my skin breakout.  It is almost fragrance free.   It is a product I would buy again.
