Matrix Food for Soft Detangling Conditioner

Loved this, a great conditioner infused with nourishing avocado, it feeds my hair, detangles beautifully and leaves my hair so soft and silky. I would recommend using this conditioner with the matching shampoo for best results and lots of shine. It’s super creamy and spreads easily and I don’t need to use a lot so it’s great value for money. It smells beautiful and definitely helps control the frizz that often comes with my very thick hair. It makes my hair so much easier to style and to get a sleek professional finish. A winner for me, I would recommend this

I would describe my hair as frizzy/unruly and usually a bit lifeless. I received the Matrix Food for Soft Hydrating Conditioner (to use with the Shampoo) to trial and I was very hopefully that this would help bring back some life to my dull strands. I found the conditioner extremely effective in detangling my hair and nourishing my hair without weighing it down. There was none of that horrid oily weightiness that you get with some cheap alternatives. I received a number of compliments from friends and family about how healthy and shiny my hair looks so I am extremely pleased with the results.

I am an absolute fan of this conditioner from Matrix Food. I was lucky to be part of the Beauty Crew trial team and have been using this shampoo just shy of a month. The overall packaging and look of the conditioner is very eye catching and looks different to what is currently on the market. The conditioner smell is quite nice and not too overwhelming on the nose. And even got compliments from my partner saying my hair smells really nice. After using the shampoo, I applied two pea sizes of the conditioner from ear length to my roots, massaging the product into my hair and then using a comb to distribute it evenly into my hair. After about a couple of minutes for my hair to absorb the conditioner, I then rinsed it out with warm water. The effect after the shower rinse was very soft and shiny hair. Found it very light-weight and didn't leave my hair heavy. Fresh and shiny, would recommend this conditioner.

I've used this product for the past couple of weeks and can't find any fault for it. After recently having my hair bleached, this product did an excellent job of keeping my freshly damaged hair from getting further damage when washing it. Normally getting very tangled and frizzy after washing, my hair was smooth, and a brush glided through easily. As well as leaving my hair smelling lovely. Paired with the shampoo, I was very pleased with how it left my hair after washing. I really like this condition and have enjoyed using it for the past 2 months. I will definitely be repurchasing it in the future. I am also keen to try more of Matrix's haircare range in the future.

Matrix Food for Soft Detangling Conditioner was reviewed by myself for 8 weeks. I used the conditioner in conjunction with the Shampoo. It was a match made in heaven. I used them every 4-5 days as I tend to not overwash my hair to prevent drying. I used the conditioner on my mid to ends only avoiding the scalp and roots unnecessarily. I found it to leave my hair feeling soft and frizz free. I also have wavy/curly hair and prefer to brush my hair in the shower it really helped to get rid of any knots without the pain. I found the scent very pleasant and I loved that it smelt good even after the product was rinsed out. I only needed to use a little amount of product, as it goes a long way and that means the size of the bottle was very suitable and sleek.

This conditioner worked wonders! Having curly and thick hair my hair gets tangled very easily and the food for soft conditioner worked so well in making my hair feel smooth and fresh. This product smells amazing as well, leaving your hair clean and smelling good for many days after being washed. If you are looking into the food for soft products, I recommend the conditioner over the shampoo, especially as they are a little bit on the expensive side considering amount of product, however they both are incredible products. Overall I would 100% buy again

I have been using this conditioner for over two months for a trial and I have fallen in love with it. My hair is naturally very dry, frizzy and curly and tends to knot very easily and quickly when I don’t use styling products. As I was using this conditioner, immediately my hair felt so much smoother, softer and all the knots were detangled without putting much effort. This lightly scented conditioner made my hair and scalp feel refreshed, clean, soft and smooth. I like the results it provided for me and I will definitely be purchasing again and will highly recommend it.

I was picked to try this conditioner and wash my hair 2-3 times a week. The conditioner looked and smelled amazing and left my hair feeling very smooth. My dry hair was easy to detangle and manage post washing. My hair smelled great even a few days post washing. A little went a long way and I liked the consistency of the product as it wasn’t too thick easy to wash out. The packaging was beautiful, hip, bright and attractive. I would be very happy to purchase this product in the future and I was happy with the results.

Best Conditioner For Me Yet I have dry damaged hair that is very long and thick and unmanageable sometimes. I always pick up the next best "smoothing" product to try and tame it without weighing it down. This Matrix Food for Soft Hydrating Conditioner has been the best I have tried in many many years!! The consistency is creamy and it worked through the hair easily with a great scent, importantly it doesn't feel heavy and weigh the hair down and starts to detangle almost immediately as you work it through. he results noticeable the minute you rinse the hair out it is detangled and so soft and smooth! I was so excited to feel my hair so soft and smooth and once dried my frizz was visibly reduced and my hair was so hydrated. Be warned a little goes a long way with this product with my long thick hair I seemed to assumed I would need a lot of product (as I normally do) but this was not the case with the Matrix Food for Soft Hydrating Shampoo a small amount goes a long way. I also tried to avoid putting it too close to my roots as they can get oily easily but I'm not sure that was because of the Conditioner and not just my hair! I will continue to buy and use the Matrix Food for Soft Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner.

I trialled this conditioner for free as part of a trial program.The product was fine, although I was expecting more given the indicated price. The experience of using the conditioner was okay. I liked the texture of the products, the scent was quite light and somewhat underwhelming, although maybe I'm just used to more scented products. The conditioner had an average texture, and applied as expected. It didnt seem to actually help with the texture of my hair, which us on the drier side. Over all, I was pretty underwhelmed and somewhat disappointed with the product, but maybe it just wasn't for me!

I have dry frizzy hair, that gets oily a few days after a wash. This conditioner is fantastic! I was surprised at the hydrating effect it has on my hair. Washing my hair with this conditioner is quite enjoyable. The scent is soft but nice. It leave the end of my hair feeling lush and refreshed. I noticed my hair was easy to comb through after using the conditioner. Dandruff has also lessened over time. I've already purchased my second bottle. I would recommend this product as it has left my hair feeling refreshed, clean and hydrated.

I gave the Matrix Food for Soft Detangling Conditioner a good go for 8 weeks and I wash my hair 2-3 times a week. I have to say the Matrix Food for Soft Detangling Conditioner was very good. I have very dry and sensitive scalp hair normally and have tried many products to try and help this. Whilst it did not help my sensitive scalp it did make my hair feel very smooth and made it more manageable. My hair didn’t get really knotty when it dried which it usually does. It didn’t make it look greasy and I liked the consistency it wasn’t to thick and was easy to wash out. I really liked the packaging, the squeeze tube is easy to get the product out of.

Love this product leaves my hair feeling very soft and fter thoroughly rinsing my hair, I massaged in the shampoo, which had a pleasantly thick, fluffy lather and subtle fruity fragrance. I love scented hair-care products, but I was grateful that this collection’s scent is light enough so as not to compete with my extensive collection of perfumes and body lotions. After shampooing, I wrung out my hair and went right in with the mask — after a week filled with swimming and laying out in the sun, my hair needed all the hydration it could get. I was immediately impressed by the mask’s rich, buttery consistency and the way it seemed to coat every one of my strands from mids to ends. I let the mask sit for several minutes before rinsing and immediately noticed an improvement in my hair’s softness. Once I towel-dried my hair, I applied the serum, which has a lightweight, non-sticky feel. I like to let my waves air-dry, especially in the summertime, but if you’re an avid heat-styler, you’ll be glad to know this product provides up to 450 degrees of heat protection. I appreciated that it didn’t weigh down my hair or leave it looking greasy no matter when I applied it.

Did not do much for my oily scalp with dry and damaged hair. It claims to be hydrating but not hydrating enough, other conditioners did it better with lower and affordable prices. I mean it's not bad but it's not the best as well. Preferbly best for normal hair i think. I will recommend still for the packaging as it is unlike any other conditioner and it's pretty decent as a conditioner. It just takes more for you to feel that it is actually doing aomething to your hair. Hopefully they also improve it to be more hydrating as it claims to be.

I received this product to trial in conjunction with the shampoo. I loved the shampoo but this conditioner unfortunately didn’t wow me. For a product that claims to be hydrating, I didn’t find it particularly hydrating or rich. I have coloured hair with quite dry ends and found it wasn’t conditioning enough for my hair. Overall it’s a nice midrange conditioner, but I probably wouldn’t repurchase in the future. I think it would be suitable for normal hair that isn’t particularly dry or in need or nourishment.

I love this conditioner!! It smell so good and leave my hair silky soft after the use. You only need a little to cover the bottom of your hair. After shampoo, I would use this conditioner and let it sit in my hair for approximately 5 mintues and then rinsed it out. It makes my hair tangle free and very easy to comb out. I will definitely re-purchasing this product in the future. Along with the shampoo, my hair feels clean after the wash - i have oily hair and this works wonder for it. They have become the essential part of my hair care routine. Highly recommended!!

I used this conditioner for approximately 8 weeks in combination with the shampoo. While it did make my hair somewhat softer it also made my hair feel slightly weighed down. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and continued using it but unfortunately it wasn’t the conditioner for me, It does make your hair feel softer and less frizzy but the con of the feeling of heaviness I couldn’t look past. In my personal opinion it wouldn’t be something that I would be reaching for again. Also I wasn’t sure if it was the bottle I received that was faulty but the lid kept twisting off when I would go to use it. So unfortunately because of these reasons it’s not something that I would recommend.

I was lucky enough to test this product for 8 weeks. As someone who heat styles their hair after every wash and uses hydrating hair masks in every wash, I was skeptical to use a conditioner instead of a mask in fear that my hair would be dry and brittle but this conditioner proved me wrong! Detangling was easy with this conditioner. My hair gets easily tangled and this product made my hair easy and painless to detangle! This conditioner was super hydrating and kept my hair feeling soft and smooth. Heat styling was easy and my styles lasted longer than usual, looking super soft and smooth! The conditioner had a lovely smell and I found that a little went a really long way, I think in 8 weeks I only went through about half the bottle! I absolutely adore this product and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was lucky enough to trial this conditioner over 8 weeks, washing my hair roughly 3 times a week. Before using this product my hair was quite dry, frizzy and just had a dull look to it, since using this product I have noticed quite a change in my hair and it has left it feeling soft and not so frizzy anymore while also not looking so dull. The product itself has a pleasant smell and worked really well detangling, I also used this conditioner to help with my child’s thin curly hair that ends up matting and needs a good detangling conditioner, he didn’t once complain and it cut my work in half trying to get the knots out. Would definitely recommend this conditioner, it also isn’t badly priced which is an added bonus
