Manicare® Salon Firming Face & Body Sculptor

Having never used facial/body 'sculptor' products before, I was quite apprehensive to try the manicare device. Problem areas I deal with are facial skin tightness (particularly under chin, cellulite around thighs and butt as well as stomach flabbiness. For the face, the EMS setting on the third level worked the best. You definitely have to be very patient and dedicated to the process, as 3-5 minutes on each area is needed. Using the device in conjunction with a moisturiser/serum is vital as it allows the product to glide on a lot smoother and the results were a lot more obvious when I brought that into routine.

First of all, thank you to BeautyCrew and Manicare for the opportunity to trial this product. I was so excited to be chosen to trial the Manicare Salon Firming Face and Body Sculptor and I can happily say that it did not disappoint. Using the LIPO body setting helps to firm skin and reduce cellulite and the EMS face setting firms and plumps skin and can even reduce fine lines. I have used the face and body sculptor 5 times a week since receiving it around 6 weeks ago, and the results are quite pleasing. I have found that the cellulite on my legs and bum is less noticeable than before, they feel less wobbly and the skin is smoother. My face feels firmer, I’ve noticed that the fine lines on my forehead are becoming less noticeable and overall my skin looks and feels smoother and more even. The secret to this magic little machine is moisturiser. When using it you need to make sure that your skin stays well moistened otherwise it won’t work correctly and can sometimes even cause discomfort. I love that the face and body sculptor is rechargeable and is compact enough to take along whilst travelling. Overall, I’m so impressed and pleased with my results so far and will definitely continue to use. I highly recommend to anyone that has cellulite that they want to reduce or want to firm and sculpt their face.

The product looks well made and comes with essential accessories and in pink color which is pretty. Even though I used it on my face almost every day for 5 mins during trial period but I didn’t see any big improvement and sometimes it caused breakout on forehead. I was not sure if it was because I pressed too hard to massage my face. It felt nice and relaxing while using the product but unfortunately no result for me. The instructions are short and unclear as well , had to figure it out for a while to understand it. On the body, it felt nice when using it and felt the suction but still didn’t see any big improvement too. I really want to like it but unfortunately seems like it is not for me.

I’m on the fence about this product. As this item was embargoed before its launched date I was unable to find any additional information than that which was supplied with the product. As another user pointed out, the instructions were unclear and very little information was provided, which meant that I’m unsure about its usage. If feel that this item has great potential, it has EMS and Lipo suction. Both these inclusions are effective treatments for skin laxity and age related concerns. I feel that if I had better insight into how best to utilise these functions, that I would have had better results. As with most at home devices, results are based on cumulative treatment and continued use. If this product can bring home the effective treatments that are available in clinic and make it possible to get results at home, I think it would be a great item.

I’ve always been a huge fan of all things Manicare…. But this one I didn’t really love. But it totally could be user fault. I’m rather uncoordinated and once you add a ton of moisturiser to the mix I became slippery and unco. It took a while to get use to using it correctly. I didn’t really see any change and I used it for a number of weeks, hoping for some miracle. Again this could have been the user. It’s meant to be used 3-5 minutes on the same target area but for me that a LARGE area and probably would take an hour just on one leg ok so that’s a tad dramatic. But the use of so much moisturiser just made me so slippery. I did find the stronger settings felt a little strange and preferred the lower settings but wasn’t seeing results so went bag to the higher settings. I doubt I’d recommend this product as it wasn’t a straight forward process and always felt like I needed a shower after use with needing so much moisturiser to get it to glide. I got to trial this as a reviewer and feel quite bad that I didn’t love it or even like it. My kids thought it was funny to watch too. Which didn’t help with my self esteem but when mum disappears for such a long time they get curious.

The face component was easy. I used the 3rd EMS setting and it was tolerable. I noticed after the first week my skin was very well behaved and it seemed like my sensitivity redness was lessened. I found my skin firmer in appearance too. The second third week I had a remarkable difference in the redness. It was hardly there. The body component (lipo) was fantastic. It feels so nice like a massage. It made my skin appear more uniform in texture and looked really smooth after I used it for a week. My cellulite was a bit better after week 3x I didn’t have rest days as I kept forgetting but no issues on either face or lipo. I would use this continuously and incorporate it into my skincare regimen for good. It definitely makes some difference at this early stage. I cannot wait to see after 6 months how things go. I would recommend it friends and family. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to fret cellulite, stretch marks, saggy skin, redness or pigmentation in face, wrinkles and even my pimples healed faster after I used it. I’m really impressed and honestly was skeptical.

I was excited to receive this product - who amongst us doesn't have the dreaded cellulite and always chasing the unicorn of plump and smooth skin? I'm always a bit hesitant to use suction type products on my face as I worry about damaging my skin, but if you follow the instructions correctly and make sure you moisturise appropriately, this can be very beneficial. I found the suction a bit strong, but it just takes getting used to and then its quite enjoyable in a way as you feel that the strength will make things work. I used this every second day to begin with for the first week and then every day afterwards for ten minutes at a time, as well as increasing the settings as I felt more comfortable with it. I have seen some difference in the lumps and bumps on my stomach; and my jawline does feel that little bit more defined. I will keep using it but I think its an ongoing commitment to maintain the results.

I was very excited to receive this product to review and I was looking forward to seeing great results. Unfortunately I am not sure if it has made a noticeable difference. I started using it on my body first because I was a little nervous about the feeling on my face. You need to use a lot of moisturizer because the suction is strong. It feels quite nice and relaxing, I will continue to use it on my body although I am not confident there has been any real improvement in skin firmness. I did start to use it on my face as that's where I wanted the biggest results. Again I can't say that I have seen any great differences but I will continue to use everyday as part of my skincare routine and see what happens, if nothing else its very simple to use and you can sit in front of the tv and relax while using it.

I have received this device as part of the review crew and was initially very excited with the idea of a 2 in one device for face and body. There were very little instructions in the box and I did what I imagined would be correct. The body function is very strong at any of the levels, even with a lot of moisturtiser. Using the attachments provided for suction your fat gets strongly sucked it into the cups and it just cannot move. You need to have your finger on the release button at all times for the device to slide. I found that the best way to do it was to either not use the suction cups or use them and keep releasing them. If anything IO believe using this device could help with drainage, massage and potentially a better looking skin, smoother and tighter, however because the device is small it would take quite a long time to use it in all target areas. So, I alternated body areas every time I used. On the other hand, I enjoyed it more on my face. Again, I was not sure what it was meant to be. I imagine there's microcurrent on it? I could feel a little (very mild) buzzing or shocking sensation. I enjoyed the facial massage and the fact that there's red LED light which could be beneftial to the skin. I found myself reaching for the device most mornings and nights to use on the face and I quite liked it. Also, not a deal breaker, but the charger that came with the unit did not work. I just used my laptop charger and it was ok. The device seems to be sturdy and high quality. I am not sure I will use on the body very often, but will use on the face. Also, for the price it is quite a good option as microcurrant devices can be very expensive. So, assuming the buzz I felt was microcurrent, this is affordable.

I am a 40-45 year old female. I recieved this product to review, I was very excited to trial this product as I thought it may be able to help with firming under the jaw and with toning my arms, legs and stomach etc. The first thing I noticed however was the lack of instructions, I went on to the Manicare website and watched a demo video. The control panel on the device is also poorly labelled and very confusing to use. If fact I'm not actually sure if I was ever using it properly! To start using the device you must start by applying a significant amount of water or oil based lotion in order to lubricate and to act as a conductor for the device to work. I tried many lotions both water and oil based however they dried very quickly making it very difficult to pass the device over the skin and creating a lot of pulling and tugging which is uncomfortable and a little painful. The other problem is the device is difficult to operate therefore trying to adjust or turn off when it becomes painful is quite difficult. The suction is also incredibly strong and it just seemed to suck my skin into the device quite painfully. As for the facial part of the device, I found it slightly more pleasant and slightly easier to use however, I still found the current quite painful though this was slightly easier to use. I also had the same problem with the creams and it dragging and pulling at the skin. I didn't really enjoy using this product and I definitely didn't see any improvement in my skin in terms of firming or toning. All in all the device is not too expensive and this may have just been my experience and may work really well for other people. Just not me.

I used this tool consistently hoping to have some positive effect on my cellulite, pigmentation on my skin both body and face. These were my main concerns anyway. I found the tool easy enough to use and no real discomfort. A couple of weeks in we had some nice weather and when I put lotion on my thighs and legs I noticed they were more uniform in their texture and colour. Enough for me to notice and feel ok wearing shorts that warm day. I noticed my arms where they’re is hyper pigmentation it looked much more consistent in colour after using it. My face is especially prone to redness, I’d say that decreased by 65%. Most noticeable the next morning after using the tool on my face. Upper lip pigmentation was far less noticeable. My more stubborn cheeks look better too because they’re not as red. This is a nice tool and far more comfortable than the masks that use this technology. I love that it’s for face and body. It’s small enough to take away when I petsit. I feel like I started to really rely on if after I had a breakout and it was healing, I feel like it healed it faster and again the next morning I’d notice it was healed faster if I had used the tool. I’ll definitely use it on the regular to keep up these results. I would definitely say it’s part of my regime now.

Instructions were a bit vague, so glad that I was able to rely on website for guidance. Love how you can do this from the comfort of your own home and how it’s ergonomically designed to fit neatly into the palm of your hand. Cordless and rechargeable is perfect and makes for a must pack when travelling. I did notice an improvement in both the texture (less bumpy, more smooth) and appearance of my skin – felt firmer and a healthy glow was present due to increased blood flow. It’s a bonus that this can be applied to both the face and numerous parts of the body. Different settings available which can take a little getting used too.

This little device is a powerhouse! I use it both on the body and face. For the face, I tried this product with a regular moisturiser but didn't notice a whole lot of benefit so instead, I decided to use an aloe gel moisturiser (no oils or occlusives in the gel) and wow. That's when the magic happened. The device glides over the face giving a slight prickling sensation as it stimulates the muscles. I very gently massage the face with the device in slow circular motions during the process for around 3-5 minutes. After the first two weeks of consistent use (3-4 days per week) I noticed that my skin was looking firmer particularly around my mouth/jowl area. My upper eye lids are also looking significantly lifted! I don't apply this device directly to the upper lid though, the benefit is coming from the muscles that are stimulated near my temples and forehead and I have appreciated a lifted appearance. What I can say for certain, is this device offers benefits that topical skincare alone cannot. It really compliments my topical skincare routine. The device has three setting levels that can be used on the face. I started at the lowest setting initially and then progressed to the second setting which is where I have remained. It's the perfect strength for me. I think consistency is key with this device and to achieve and maintain these really noticeable results, ongoing use would be the way to go. I thoroughly enjoy using this device and would repurchase again without hesitation. I also use this on my body. The trick is to really lather up with your moisturiser and slowly glide the body attachment along the skin. It took me a few tries to get this right, but once I got the hang of it, it was super easy. I focused on my thighs to address some cellulite and it has definitely improved the area. I will continue to treat the area to maintain the results. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to really level up their skincare routine (particularly for the face), especially a mature aged routine. For me, it delivered benefits that my topical skincare alone just cannot do but combined together, I saw extremely fast and noticeable results. It's not a gimmick, it really works!

Some people expect a quick fix. They will get irrate if something does not work the first time, but, nothing really does. I have been using the Manicare® Salon Firming Face & Body Sculptor for a little over a month. Do I love this at the moment? Not quite, but, as I patiently wait, keep using, and taking note, I have started to see changes. My skin seems to look brighter and smoother. This might be also for the fact that you need to use moisturiser with the item, but I am guessing, it goes hand in hand. It is easy to charge, easy to use once you get used to it, and takes very little time each day. I have not tried another similar product, but to be honest, I don't really need to. Happy with the product and the price is amazing and very affordable. I recommend sticking to it, make it part of your routine, as I will continue to do. With already seeing such changes in so little time, I can't wait to see ehat the next few weeks will bring. I have been using this 5 days out of seven a week, and will recommend to all my family and friends who want firmer and more glowing skin.

Discovering the Body Firming Face and Body Sculptor has been a game-changer in my skincare routine. This cool device uses EMS for the face and lipo for the body, and after using it for about six weeks, I'm genuinely impressed. My face feels tighter and less puffy with just 5-minute sessions 1-2 times a week. On my thighs, there's a noticeable reduction in cellulite, which has given me a boost of confidence. I'm 42, and I feel like this product understands my skin needs. It's simple to use, and though the changes are gradual, I'm excited to keep going and see more. Love this thing! It was a little scary at first because the suction on the body attachment is stronger than I expected but quickly realised the secret is lots of moisturiser. I found it most difficult on my belly but it was easier on the butt and thighs. I especially loved this on my face. I look immediately more sculpted after using it and it only takes 5mins all over. I used it everyday and I have noticed a massive difference in my skin feeling softer and looking smoother. Also seeing more definition in my cheekbones and my jawline. If you aren’t feeling the buzz (like a small electric current) on your face and can’t tell if it’s working, again add more moisturiser.

I find the instruction to operate the product is a bit confusing. I tried to use for my face, but I don't feel anything. I am not sure if the product is actually on or working. For my body, I can feel the suction, especially if using with the suction attachment. But if used by itself, I feel it feels like light massage. Do I see any result? I can't be sure. My cellulite is still there, so it is not eliminating it. Is it lesser? probably. Do I see any firming to my face? Maybe but is it definitely giving me a firmer face? Probably not. All in all, do I see myself buying this and using this for long term? I will have to say no and will give this a miss.

Overall I liked this product and found that it was effective. It does take a little getting used to with some of the settings but you adapt pretty quickly and it's a great way to really get moisturising products into your skin. I found that the appearance of my legs cellulite wise looked better if you stick with the product. It last quite a while before you have to re-charge and I like that it's for both face and body in the one product. The product was well made and easy to use. I do think it's a little harder to stick with it in winter with the cold weather when using it on your body but I wouldn't have this issue in summer. I like that there are different settings you can use depending on what you want to target and what outcome you are looking for and that you have more control as a result of this. This is an easy addition to your skin routine and helps with overall better looking and feeling skin.

Great product, I was really amazed with the results for my face. It looks much firmer, and there is certain glow that I couldn't see before. It is very easy to use and so far the best product for massaging the skin. It can also be used for reducing the cellulite on arms and legs. it is very convenient to use and handy. Also, it reduces the fine lines on my forehead and you get more volume in the face. I would definitely recommend it to the ladies who are over 35. I would buy it as well. It is also great quality product and it gives great results. My skin is a combination skin type and it works great for me, even though I tried many things over the years and this is the best one so far.

I used only the body setting and I loved it. It has different speed settings. It is easy to use I ised it daily in my skincare routine and loved the massage feeling. It is easy to recharge and carry around. My skin appeared better and more toned and it was all over very relaxing. I highly recommend it to everyone. The packaging is good too and not too heavy to carry around on trips. It is a great accessory to be used as part of a skincare routine. I think it is great to massage the skin and make the creams or products used to seep in more. I used it after applying my cream/ moisturiser. I ensured my skin is dry - do not use during the shower. I feel like it is value for money and will gladly keep using it. It will last a while and is cheaper than going for a treatment to a salon. The cost is justified. There are instructions provided which are very easy to follow. I really liked the body massage setting and i think it has be to be used everyday regularly to see visible or noticeable effects. There is also a face setting for those who want to try it. Again this too has different speed settings. There are huge pins like a showerhead which rotate and provide this soothing effect.
