L’Oréal Professionnel Metal Detox Mask

Absolutely love the smell of this product, it makes you feel like you have salon quality in the home. My hair colour looks silky smooth once blow dried. I feel like my hair is lighter, softer and moves gloriously! Like in the television adveritsements, but for real life! It washes away all the produce after a big night and returns your hair to that salon fresh feel. Definately recommended for washes in between visiting the salon or when you want to push that haircut and blow wave out that extra few weeks.

I lov a hair mask and as i only wash my hair once or maybe twice a week i use a mask rather than a conditioner. This mask does not disappoint - easy to apply and a small amount goes along way. Hair detangles in seconds and when rinsed out and feels amazing. Fragrance is delightfully so would highly recommend. Price is on the high end but but (dependant on hair length) should last some time. I really liked this mask. I used it both after freshly highlighted hair and also on hair that hadn't been treated in around 12 weeks. It was fantastic on both versions. It really left my fine hair really silky and tangle free and smelt really lovely too. Would definitely recommend and will definitely keep using. A little goes a long way and it does need a little longer rinsing but the results are definitely worth it. This size container will last me months. It definitely took away any smell post hair appointment and left a light fragrance post was

This new product was great. It left my hair feeling silky and well nourished. Really easy to use. Although we do not have hard water it still worked a treat on my coloured hair. There was less loss of colour and no brassiness as the weeks went buy. In fact, it possibly made my colour last longer than it ever has. In my opinion this product is great for anyone who is thinking about a change in their hair washing regime. In my opinion it is well worth the change and my even save you money in the long run due to its colour enhancement. I truly appreciate being able to trial this new product and hope that anyone else who tries it is as happy as I am with. O.M.G. AMAZING 👏 😍 It's been a while since I've used any masks on my hair. My hair is always bleached because I use Fashion colours. When I opended it smelled like citrus, and reminded me of the hairdressers. After the 1st mask I noticed how a little goes a long way. I noticed how it was nice and thick but easily spread through my thick hair. Afterwards my hair felt refreashed it felt like it had loads of volume & felt cleansed. The mask when rinsed out properly didn't weigh my hair down. I Will be purchasing this product again I give it 10/10

Having fine, bleached hair.. I am constantly trying new products to find that perfect fit! And I may have just found it. Whilst hair masks are often a heavy conditioning treatment for those with normal hair - those of us with fine hair tend to find our hair weighed down and even sometimes oily with super hydrating treatments. But not this one. The mask is thick and luxurious, and a little goes a long way. I left mine on for approx 5 mins to ensure it absorbed to its full potential. Afterwards my hair felt manageable, soft and nourished. It was less frizzy, not weighed down and smelt divine. This is a luxurious but still affordable option - and highly recommend for thin, fair haired people. Worth a try!

I absolutely love this pruduct. I used it together with the metal detox shampoo and cannot believe the difference it has made to my hair. The mask is very thick, easy to apply and has a lovely fresh scent. From the first use it has made my hair feel super soft, shiny and full of volume. My hair is quite thin, coloured and tends to be oily. Previously I was washing my hair daily, but after using the shampoo and mask, I can easily leave it for 3 days and it still feels lovely. I highly recommend this product and will dedefinitely purchase.

L'Oreal Professionnel Metal Detox Mask is for use after colour, balayage or bleach. It claims to protects the hair from metal particles. I don't really understand what that means and there is no explanation on the package. It has a thick consistency, which I liked, and using only a small amount it spread easily thoughout my short bleached/coloured hair. The scent was subtle, where I prefer a longer lasting scent on the hair once it is dried. My hair felt nice and soft after use and styled well. After a few uses, I haven't found the condition of my hair to be any different. However, at the going price of $35 or more, I wouldn't recommend it as I think there are better masks available at a cheaper price.

After not having any colour in my hair for over 8 years, i recently had some light foils put in around August. It was a huge adjustment for me as i have very auburn/red hair. As with any colour especially lightening, i did experience some damage. So i was very keen to try something to soothe and nourish my hair within my existing routine. I tried this once a week and loved the results. It gave my hair a nice freshness and smoothed out some of the damaged/broken pieces. The smell was joyous as well, and i would reach for this again. I am not sure on the price, i think overall its overpriced for a supermarket brand, but i am sure people would see its worth once they try it.

I have very fine hair that is bleached regularly (foils) so can become dry and brittle quite easily. This mask is very rich and I only needed to use a very small amount (I do have very fine hair though). I used the mask in conjunction with the detox shampoo which gave me an even better result. I will continue to use this product even though it is costly due to the fact you really don't need to use very much. The only reason I gave the product a 4 was due to the fact it has a very strong smell which could irritate a sensitive scalp.

The L’Oréal professional metal detox mask has a light cologne like scent which I liked. It was really easy to distribute throughout my hair with a nice creamy texture. After leaving in for 5 minutes or longer have my hair a nice smooth result how we being that my hair is highlighted it does need something stronger and hydrating, so this would be a great mask for someone with darker colour as it is very condition and not heavy. As far as changes I didn’t notice any benefits compared to more normal hair mask therefore probably wouldn’t buy it again.

Firstly I love the size of this packaging. I like to use a healthy amount of masks or conditioner on my hair. It’s curly and naturally frizzy so it drinks up any moisture. I also love the open container, it makes it so easy to use. The texture is luscious and super creamy. I leave it in my hair for as long as I can to really get the most out of it. My hair is so silky after rinsing. I use my usual after hair products but noticed how much lighter and weightless my hair feels. I could definitely use this product on the regular. A big thumbs up recommendation from me!

I’ve used a lot of hair masks in the past so I didn’t know what to expect, I must admit this would have to be the best one I have ever used. The consistency is silky and thick, and the texture absolutely felt beautiful all over my hair. I have very long hair and found that a a small amount was ample enough for all of my hair. Sometimes I find that after using a mask I have to follow up with a conditioner as well but I definitely didn’t need to at all. After rinsing my hair was soft and so easy to blow dry, usually I’m still brushing out not and my hair is on the drier side, but not after using the mask. In conjunction with the metal detox shampoo my hair has never looked and felt more healthier ever, I’ve even noticed that my hair colour has lasted longer than usual. Highly recommend this wonderful product.

Deliciously creamy this hair masque did not seem to weigh down my very fine hair. Each strand felt hydrated and once dried stronger. The amazingly sleek shine remained through til the next wash, and the texture and hair density did not diminish. The product is so effective that I found I used far less conditioner than other products for a far superior result. Between the shampoo and conditioner combo I now feel like my hair looks and behaves like virgin, untreated hair. Can't recommend the two products highly enough.

I tried this in conjunction with the metal detox shampoo. I wasn't really sure what metal detox means but nourishing my hair whilst also clarifying/detoxing specifically my roots was a really exciting proposition. I've got really thin and dyed hair that can be a bit limp but oily at time. I found that the sweet spot for this is 1-2 times a week. Its thick and creamy but light, smells amazing, you don't need much. My hair feels smoother for having used it and will continue to use it long after the shampoo is gone.

Admittedly I have never used a hair mask so to try and compare this one wouldn’t be fair. But I can say I loved it! And will be adding a weekly mask to my self care routine from now on. The texture is great, a slight fresh smell that reminds me of being at the hairdresser and most importantly does not leave hair greasy. My hair was super soft and shiny - which does mean it was a lot harder to style ( I have short, naturally wavy hair so it did go a little poofy!) but nothing a hair straightener couldn’t fix. After only one use I can’t notice a huge difference, but I’m definitely going to keep using it and am very interested in seeing the results after more long term use.

Wow and Double Wow. I used this in conjunction with the Metal Detox Shampoo - awesome duo. I have very fine hair with both natural and bleached highlights. This mask was amazing. You only need a small amount. I used this both as a mask and as a conditioner and was really impressed with the results. A lot of conditioners are either too heavy for my fine hair and weigh it down, or don't condition enough and cause it to knot and tangle. A five cent piece amount of this product was enough to cover my shoulder length hair. It left my hair fresh and bouncy; and the highlights look fresher. It is so easy to comb and brush my hair - they just glide through. I usually struggle with my hair feeling limp and greasy. The shampoo and conditioner combo left my hair clean - I could go a second day without washing - but didn't dry out my hair or scalp. Love these products, would purchase.

I have been using the metal detox shampoo and mask for a few weeks now, and once a month I have a full scalp bleach, which can really be hard on your hair and subject it to breakage, so it’s the perfect product for me. This metal detox mask leaves my hair feeling SO soft. It feels like my hair was never bleached at all! It’s nourishing, but not heavy, smells divine. I’m going to keep using it based on the results so far, and a little bit goes a long way, so it’s also great value for money, not that you can put a price on gorgeous shiny long locks!

After coloring my hair was damaged. I tried the shampoo and mask duo from the metal detox range. After a few weeks of use my feedback is very positive. This mask is very effective, the texture is rich and creamy. It is enriched with glicoamine and ionene, which provides fiber protection. My hair is nourishing and shiny and healthy. I love the citrus scent that stays on my hair for a long time. I would highly recommend this product. This mask has made my hair soft and supple, shiny and cares for it very well. My hair has regained a healthy texture despite highlights. Very pleasant fragrance. Highly recommend.

This hair mask is the most ultra Lux item I've ever used at home for my hair. The smell is divine, I feel like I'm in a salon everytime I use it. And my hair is the healthiest it's ever been. Super shiny and just an overall super healthy feel! I only ever have these types of results after leaving the salon, but now I can have them everytime at home! I'm excited to see the results after my next colour/foils and how much better my hair will react after using the metal detox range. I will definately continue to use this professional range!
