L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Pure Retinol Night Serum

This serum really irritated my skin, especially on my eyelids and chin. I had red blotches and peeling skin. One thing that really annoys me about this product, apart from the aforementioned irritation is that it has citrus extracts and fragrance, both are known to be skin irritants and ask a dermatologist about it and they'll most likely tell you that these ingredients are some of the most irritating for skin. In fact, these ingredients make your skin more sensitive and over time you may need to visit a dermatologist to treat this problem, trust me, it happened to me. I don't recommend this product for these reasons and think there are kinder and less expensive products on the market.

Love this L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Pure Retinol Night Serum, it absorbed quickly into my skin, leaving it refreshed and feeling younger. It has a nice fragrance, not over powering, and did not leave a greasy residue like some other serums do. Will buy this again and for my mother in law also as she likes these serums and this one works. I will keep using it and see if it gets even better. I am happy with this product so far, the results are good. It lifts the skin and makes your face especially your cheeks appear younger and rejuvenated.

I had never used a retinol night serum but after using L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Pure Retinol Night Serum I have changed my mind. I didn't need a lot of the product, just a small squirt that covered all over. It didn't have an overpowering smell at all, actually it was quite nice. I noticed an improvement in my skin and will definitely buy this product in the future. I was so surprised that I could see results as quickly as I did. I have recommended this product to my friends already as I know they have been looking for something that actually works.

I have a chronic illness, and at times you can see it in my face - my fatigue is etched in my skin and I look how I feel, which like crap. Seeing this mirrored back to me always freaks me out, so using products or treatments that disconnect my skin from my illness are always high on my list. This is a good project and long story short, it give me some plumpness, some glow, some brightness, which not only looks better, but makes a big difference to how I feel about myself. The serum is kind of milky-looking, spreads easily on the skin and absorbs easily. I had to remember to wear sunscreen the next day, but that was a fair trade. Good stuff.

After having used Retinol products in the past, I gave up due to getting constant breakouts and dry skin. Then BAM! Along comes RevitaLift Laser by Loreal. My skin has never felt more smoother, even textured and glowing. Lines appear to be less promenent and I have recieved compliments from family and friends about my skin. The product glides on easily like silk and doesnt sting or feel heavy like other Retinol products I have used in the pass. Thank you Loreal you have yourself a RevitaLift Laser fan!

I received L’Oréal Revitalift Pure Retinol Deep Wrinkle Night Serum to trial and it is the closest non-prescription retinol I have tried. And the bonus is that you get the benefits of a prescription regional without the side effects! It has a very pleasant smell and absorbs really well. I found it gentle on my skin when I introduced it gradually. After a week I noticed an improvement in wrinkles and dark spots. And my skin keeps improving the longer I keep using this serum. I will certainly buy it again and I recommend it to friends and family.

My skin felt moisturised and soft. The product smelt beautiful. I was able to wear this product daily/ nightly. I did not experience any tingling redness or dryness as suggested which was pretty disappointing. I loved the glass dropper. I was surprised how well the product absorbed quickly and was non greasy on my skin. I have normal skin. I don’t think the retinol is strong enough for my aged skin. I would probably recommend this product to someone much younger in their 30’s . In terms of hydration fantastic product .

Thanks to Beauty Crew for giving me the opportunity to trial L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser Pure Retinol Night Serum. Having tried retinoid creams in the past (prescribed by Doctors) I wasn't sure well this milky white serum would perform. But it exceeded my expectations and I'll certainly purchase again. It arrived boxed and the product is a good size, a little goes a looong way and it absorbed into my skin beautifully without leaving a greasy or tacky feel. After 4 weeks my skin certainly feels smoother and it seemingly controlling my breakouts. I'm 42 and have started to get pesky hormonal breakouts along my jawline and near my mouth. When using this, it's extremely important to use SPF 50+ sunscrean on your face for everyday use. If you don't you will be undoing all of your good work in using a retinol serum. I cannot yet comment on how well it is fading my hyperpigmentation as I believe it too early to see an improvement with that. But I recommend this product for a skin smoothing solution.

Wowza. Is this stuff potent or what?! At 30 years of age, this is the first time I've gone head first into a specific anti-aging product like retinol and I must admit I am very pleased with the results. Please, please follow the instructions on the pack. This is certainly a strong serum and it's worth noting the staggered approach to getting your skin used to it. Pair with a really good sunscreen with a high SPF to protect yourself too! I noticed visibly smoother skin after a couple of weeks of use. Initial irritation around my eyelids disappeared (I was a bit heavy handed to begin I think!) so be mindful and do a spot test. Fine lines and those squinty lines around my eyes seemed to have filled out a little and seem less prominent under makeup where as previously it used to collect in the seams so to speak! It's a worthy product to add to the regular skin care routine, easy to use, no chemical smell and applicator and consistency of the serum is great. Really pleased with the results and will continue to use!

I love trialling this L’Oréal Paris revitalift laser serum ! It has definitely made my skin look smoother and my skins texture has good much better! I would normal put this serum on my skin before bed and would leave this on my skin overnight! It feel like nothing on my skin , the fragrance of serum is bit strong when you apply but disappear within seconds after applying and doesn’t irritate your sleep! I wouldn’t like this if I could smell this in my face all night but that’s not the case with this serum! It get absorbed easily on my skin without leaving my skin greasy or sticky, which is another plus from me ! It’s a pure retinol night serum! You only need couple of drops to cover your whole face , so little goes the long way which justify the price of this serum! The packaging of this serum is very high end I love the rich blue colour of the bottle and it comes with a dropper lid which makes it much easier to apply on your face and makes it less chance to contaminate! It’s easy to travel with as of the bottle shape! It’s easily available at almost all supermarkets, pharmacies and departmental store ! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends to give it a try if suffering from any skin related issues such as rough skin surface or wrinkles! It makes my skin looks much smoother and skin texture has improved a lot ! I will keep using this serum after the trial and look forward buying more and add this to my night skin regime!

I think this product has worked quite well at brighting and plumping my skin as well as diminishing the look of my fine lines and large pores. I like the fresh scent and texture that just melts and adsorbs into my skin. The packaging is not the best I'd rather a pump pack rather than a dropper bottle for hygiene and cleanliness. I never felt any tingling or irritations but I ignored the directions and started using it too often too soon which caused my skin to flake some but once I cut back my usage and used more moisturizer my skin was fine. I would recommend others to try this serum.

A delightfully easy to use serum that is fantastic for newbies to retinol as well as seasoned users of the ingredient! It does take some time of regular use to see the results, but it definitely made my skin feel smoother and softer as well as my pores appearing smaller. Worth the investment and regular usage - would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a retinol. It’s not super harsh and best of all - easy to purchase! I use it twice a week in the PM, however have read that you can also us it in the AM too. Please make sure you wear SPF after using!

This is the first time I have used Retinol and I was really happy with the results. I found I had to ease in to the product (as per the instructions) as my skin was not used to the product at first. Sunscreen during the day was a must to protect my skin (again, this is stated clearly in the instructions). My skin felt smoother quite quickly. The fragrance was nice and the texture lovely too. The dropper made it easy to measure and apply the correct amount. The glass bottle added to the luxuriousness of the product. I think this is an excellent way to achieve silky smooth skin, in the comfort of your own home and a fraction of the cost of other more invasive alternatives.

I’ve used retinol before but not for as long. I initially used too much resulting in toning but then pulled only used a few drops . The packaging is good, easily to use applicator which allows you to obtain a few drops as needed without contaminating the bottle. It’s a nice consistency with a pleasant smell. It leaves you skin feeling refreshed . Best to use an intense night moisturizer about 15 minutes following application. I’ve noticed a positive difference in my skin. Will definitely add it into my routine

First, a little background on my skin. I am 31 years old and this is one of my first "heavy duty" aging skin care products. I have used AHAs and BHAs mildly in the past. I have very fair skin with pink undertones and it is a combination skin type which is mildly sensitive. I wear an SPF every day. I quite enjoyed trialing this product. It has a classy, professionally styled dark blue glass bottle with red and white writing which stands out. There is a pipette for application which makes it easy to dispense the right amount of product to easily cover your face and neck. It spreads easily so you can use only a few drops to thinly cover your face/neck or if you prefer a heavier application then you can use a full pipette which is still not an excessive amount. I am not a fan of pipettes due to the product having possible contamination/decomposition due to contact with the air and and bacteria around. I'd love to see this product in a pump bottle which doesn't require opening in the future. The product itself is a white liquid which easily melts into your skin upon application. It is important to follow the guidelines for application which are listed on the packaging (only 1-2 applications in the first week slowly building up each until week by week 4 you are applying it each night) as there can be irritation, redness or breakouts if you start using the product too quickly. You must also use an SPF sunscreen after using this as your skin is more susceptible to burns. Use the retinol at night and the SPF next day. I personally experienced a few minor breakouts but no irritation, tingling etc that are listed as possible side effects for others. The reason I had breakouts and sometimes oilier than usual skin, I think, was because I was speeding the process along a little too quickly and was being impatientby applyingit to my skin too frequentlyin the beginning. However, it could also just be the natural process of my skin adjusting to the product. Now I am at week 4 I am happy with the results and I am finding my skin feeling smoother to the touch. In my honest opinion it is also brighter than usual. I also feel that it is starting to look plumper. I would recommend others to try this out. It really is more than a usual night cream or serum.

Thrilled to get the chance to review L'Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser Night Serum! Product comes with a very easy to use dropper, used at night after my shower, I used the serum sparingly on my face over the course of the month and I am thrilled that I found that it brightened my skin and I felt it plumped up my deep wrinkles. My skin has more elasticity than previously and also the texture has noticeably changed with my pores becoming finer and looking less noticeable. I Would recommend this product to friends and family and I will purchase when I run out. Little goes a long way.

I have used retinol products in the past so my expectations were high. I wasn’t disappointed. The dropper applicator allows you to apply just the right amount. Don’t be over zealous with the application - a little goes a long way and if you haven’t used retinol products before less is more to start with until your skin adjusts. The consistency of the serum is lightweight and it absorbs really well into the skin with no residue or sticky feeling. I’ve been using the product for a few weeks now and the results have been pleasing. There’s a visible difference to my skins texture and firmness. As with any retinol serum the results become apparent over time so I’m excited to continue using this wonderful product to see some longer term results. The product is excellent value for money and I’d highly recommend it to those looking for a reliable entry into the retinol world.

I loved this product! After using it for about 1 month, I definitely saw a reduction in my fine lines on my forehead. I didn’t experience any redness, stinging or discomfort through the process at all. I thought the packaging was great and the dropper top was excellent in reducing any product wastage. I fit into my nightly skin care routine well and I think it will become a permanent product in my bathroom cupboard. I’ve already recommended it to my mum and a few friends. I’m really looking forward to continuously using it and seeing the results!

L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser Pure Retinol Deep Wrinkle Serum is a budget friendly 0.2% pure retinol serum that delivers. Having not used the product for long, I can say so far I can see a small improvement in my skin & wrinkles. I am hoping with a few more months of continued use, I will see further results. I love the blue glass bottle & the dropper preserves the product & makes it easy to apply. It has a pleasant almost floral smell & a divine milky like consistency which I love. It felt quite moisturising & absorbed quickly with no sticky feel which it great for time poor people like me! I haven't experienced any tingling, redness or dryness after using for a few weeks and I have skin that is normal/combination. Really can't go wrong with a decent strength Retinol product that also contains Hyaluronic Acid. Well done L'Oreal!

I am relatively new to the retinol game, having only tried it for the first time last year, but my intro to this anti-aging world meant I weas really excited to try the L’oreal Retinol Night Serum. It came with a warning that, even if you currently use retinol, to introduce this gently to the skin and I am very glad I did. I started with twice a week and for the first 2 weeks I noticed my skin struggle with it a bit. Nothing major, but a texture that wasn’t ideal, some redness etc. However, by the third week I was using it every second day and my skin has settled into the product nicely, no longer causing those side effects, but smoothing out instead and allowing a nice glow to come through. The dropper applicator makes it super-easy and the serum absorbed into my skin straight away. I tried to allow a few minutes from retinol to other skincare and notice a better effect the days I do that.
