L’Oréal Paris Lumi Magique Foundation

I love this foundation!! I have dry dehydrated skin and this foundation goes on perfectly. Even thought it has light coverage, it's buildable without caking. I usually apply it with a damp sponge instead of the applicator that it comes with. I don't need to set this with a powder (as I am so dry) unless its really hot out, but I've never had any trouble blending out bronzer. Has such a beautiful glowy finish.

I have been repurchasing Lumi Magique foundation since its release date and I am absolutely loving the way my skin looks and feels. I have a normal/dry skin that just loves the light formula and buildable coverage that is so comfortable. I'm impressed with the fact that the foundation doesn't make me look older like some foundations that have a thicker texture. I don't wear powder because it makes me look older but I find there is no need for a powder because to me there is no need to take away that beautiful glow that powders cover. I am pale so I have C2 Rose Porcelain, it blends so perfectly with myskin tone (I find using the warmth of my fingers with this foundation helps to blend the formula so much better than with a brush) and I don't look pasty at all because of the healthy glow the foundation gives. I don't have blemishes at the moment so I find the coverage perfect for day and night use. There is an SPF of 18, which I always look for in a foundation and it also boasts a 12 hour hold (when I get home from work my foundation still looks that good I could goout with no re-touching). For a foundation that does so much, makes me feel confident, gives me a healthy glow and has lasting power, I don't mind theprice of $33.95 - it's up there with the best of them! Along with the LumiMagique Concealer there is a light that brings out the best in my complexion. Way to go L'Oreal!

I purchased this product knowing ahead of time that I do tend to get oily on my T-Zone after a couple hours, but the affordability and coverage it is meant to deliver - made me want to at least try. I love the dewy look that I get but note that I have a fair bit of redness across the midline of my face (which is why I've added in a BB cream to apply first, into my routine).  This foundation will NOT cover imperfections or blemishes. It does bring out that naturally glowing skin that is oh-so-in at the moment.  I set my foundation with Nyx Dewy Finish and use a sponge to press the product down.  Would advise to bring a blender brush of sorts if you are planning on wearing all day into the evening just to help blend the T-Zone areas/frown lines that some women complain about.

I purchased this foundation after hearing how radiant it was supposed to be and I learnt after the first application that it was!  However my skin is too oily for this foundation and it would slip off most of my face within 2 hours. Each time I wore it I was complimented on how glowing my skin looked, it just didn't last sadly, even with powder. I think it's a beautiful formula but I would recommend it for people with more normal to dry skin types. 

I love this foundation. It works so well on my oily skin. It does not slip, fade or transfer to other surfaces. I am the lightest shade and find that using this with the matching concealer makes for a flawless base application. One pump is the perfect amount of product for your whole face. I like to use a beauty blender to apply this, to aid in the airbrush finish. This foundation really makes you look as if you're glowing from within!
