These are such an interesting concept. To apply the colour, you need to twist the brush into the lid. The brush isn't actually a brush its a sponge and the colour is a powder. When you apply it, it doesn't have an opaque finish. It looks more ombré. The pigment is relatively long lasting on the lips. I think this product is so unique and have to be wanting an ombré effect to really appreciate this product.
