L’Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Clay Re-Balancing Conditioner

I used this conditioner as the final step of the range including the mask, shampoo, and dry shampoo overall from the whole range it is probably my favourite but only because it hydrates tips. I noticed after a few washes that the tips of my hair did seem a little more hydrated and not as dry. I don't have as many fly-aways when using this conditioner but that is pretty much the only difference I noticed as it did not help much with oiliness overall even when used in conjunction with the rest of the range.

I use the pre-shampoo mask, shampoo and conditioner from the L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Clay range. Like the rest of this range the conditioner comes in a beautiful turquoise colour bottle. I particularly like the slim design of the bottle and I think it looks great in the bathroom without taking up much space! The conditioner itself is a lotion of thin to medium consistency that is off-white in colour. It has a hint of the "clay" smell but it is very freshly fragrant, without leaving an overpowering scent in the hair. Because my hair is dry, damaged and coloured, I use a larger amount of product (a 20 cents coin size) compared to the shampoo from the same range for my shoulder length hair. Upon applying the conditioner, I feel that my hair is instantly smoothed and hydrated. The conditioner is easy to rinse off without leaving behind an unpleasant residue. After towel-drying my hair I can comb it through straight away without any knots. I usually wash my hair everyday.  After starting using this range of shampoo and conditioner, my roots look a lot more lifted. I also found that this conditioner is quite hydrating for my dry hair, and yet it is very lightweight and does not weigh my hair down at all. It is a conditioner that is suitable for daily use. I haven't experienced any product build-up at all. Because I have long and dry hair, the conditioner runs out quicker than the shampoo.  For my next re-purchase, I would probably buy 3 bottles of conditioner and 2 bottles of shampoo in order to finish both products at (or around) the same time. I would this range (pre-shampoo mask, shampoo and conditioner) to those who has dry hair and oily roots, and wanted more lift and volume from the roots.

I've got oliy roots for my hair, and I used this shampoo and conditioner together at the same time,  it didn't change anything while I am using these products. I don't feel like my roots has been cleaned and detox, not recommend and won't purchase again.

This is the perfect conditioner for those with oily roots who want to control the oil while still hydrating ends and giving hydration and shine. I adore L'Oréal products and this gorgeous conditioner, enriched with a combination of green blue and white clay this controls oil and deeply conditions. This is easy to use, I recommend using the matching shampoo first for professional results. This product leaves my hair looking cleaner and fresher, it rebalances my hair, smells pleasant, is great for those who suffer from oily roots and dry ends, and it can be hard to find a product that combats these both at the same time. I loved this product, it does not weigh hair down, eliminates oil and the effects are long lasting, I see no negatives with this and highly recommend it.

I love the scent of this conditioner and the best thing is that it is silicone free. I used this after rinsing out the clay pre-shampoo mask and after rinsing out the clay shampoo. The conditioner has a nice consistency and does not weigh my hair down. I did notice however, that it claims fresh and lightweight roots for 72 hours but I still washed my hair every 48 hours unless I used dry shampoo in between washes. The conditioner left my roots and length of my hair hydrated. It comes in a stand up bottle with flip top lid. You don't need much product and it's a good size that doesn't take up too much room in your shower. I would repurchase after finishing this. I left this in for a couple of minutes before rinsing out. I always finish it off with a few seconds of cold water on my hair to lock in the conditioner.

I used this L'oreal Partis Elvive Extraordinary Clay re Balancing Conditioner with the Shampoo in the same range, as well as not together. I love the packaging of this conditioner, it looks like all the other L'oreal hair products so you know it's L'oreal and I absolutely love this colour of teal. It's beautiful and really eye-catching. As a bonus as well, I love the fragrance of this conditioner. It's really pleasant and lovely, which unlike other L'oreal products - they are really strong and can be over-powering. I find the texture of this conditioner lightweight and I am not sure my hair tips is getting enough moisturise because after one application, it feels a little frizzy and coarse. But after a second application, I think my hair tips are happy.

This conditioner helped with my oily roots without drying out my ends, which is important as I have very fine hair and my ends tend to dry out very easily. It also didn't weight down my hair like some other also conditioners can. The fragrance was also quiet pleasant.

My hair felt so soft and smooth after using this product, it made my hair smell really nice and was nice and thick so easy to apply onto my hair in the shower. the packaging is eyecatching and easy to use. My hair was quite easy to brush after using this conditioner too, I'll definitely be using it again.

I loved this product - excellent for my oily roots! My hair felt cleaner fresher for a longer period of time than my usual conditioner. I used to have to wash my hair every second day to combat the oily roots, this product has saved me lots of time and my hair looks better. I highly recommend this product.

I liked this conditioner. It smelled nice, easy to apply and didn't weigh down my hair. My hair after washing feels smooth and silky, although I did pair with my usual hair oil to make it feel a bit more nourished on the ends. I would've liked a bit more scent after washing.

Great Product! Fantastic on stopping oily roots and kept my hair feeling great... Amazing product didn't have to wash my hair every day and kept it looking clean and smooth due to there not being so much oil!  Took a few washes to detoxify my hair from normal products

Excellent product. Smell is not too overpowering and doesn't leave my hair heavy like most conditioners can feel. Easy to wash out and great to team up with the shampoo and hair mask. Would consider buying again in stores with the shampoo. Silicone free too which is a bonus.

Quite pleased with this product, as it left my hair feeling cleansed and soft. Scent is pleasant and texture feels fresh and light whilst conditioning your hair. Wasn't as hydrating on my ends as I would have hoped and not sure it did anything extraordinary in terms of treating oily roots and rebalancing. Good product overall but does not specifically treat oily scalps.

It is one of my favorite conditioners at the moment. As I have thick and coarse hair most of conditioners are just not enough to nourish them, so I always use hair mask instead, So I was very surprised that my hair looks so shiny and silky after using it and it smells amazing also. Will buy it again. Very happy with it.

I have to say that paired with the Elvive Shampoo, this conditioner was great! I felt that it smelled wonderful, was really soft and silky upon use. It made my hair really lightweight and was so easy to comb through post-shower. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and colleagues as a great conditioner to consider.

This is a great conditioner when you still want to hydrate your hair without weighing it down.  It's hard for me to find the perfect conditioner as my hair is more on the normal side but can get oily every once in awhile so I need something that will keep it smooth and manageable without making it feel heavy or greasy.  The L'oreal clay conditioner is fresh, lightweight and great for everyday use.  I applied it all over my hair but especially the middle and ends  and it instantly made my hair manageable, soft and smooth. The clay ingredients allowed it to properly cleanse the scalp and remove any excess oil while adding hydration at the same time.  It didn't strip my hair or leave it feeling dry.  My hair still looked healthy and shiny! It's definitely something I will continue using and recommend it for those who have normal to oily hair.

I really wanted to love this product, the packaging is great, good size and value for money, smells delicous but made my hair look like a giant fluffball after using it in combination with the shampoo. Did a great job of drying out my roots but left my hair too dry as well. Would not buy this product again.

A real crowd pleaser. Leaves hair feeling soft and having a nice sheen to it despite being for oily hair types. Isn't a great de-tangler but in terms of softening the hair it does a great job. Certainly gives other supermarket brand conditioners a run for their money.

A fantastic conditioning product with nothing else like it on the market!  It worked really well for my oily roots when used with the clay shampoo and I could go two days without washing my hair for a change!  My hair felt soft and left me with very few flyaways.  Thank you Lóreal for developing such a great product!

This conditioner is a thick and easy to apply product, that provided the ends of my hair with softness and silkiness. It is easy to apply and there is a slight scent to the product. Some days after using it, my hair did feel a bit heavy but that is usually to be expected with my oily hair. After using, my hair did feel more nourished and sleek.
