L'Oréal Paris Age Perfect Golden Rosy Eye Cream

This Golden Age Rosy Re-Densifying Day Cream delivers on what it is marketed for. It is packaged beautifully in luxe jars with gold lids. The contents is a surprise. A salmon-pink cream within the jar. This day cream does not promise to reduce fine lines or wrinkles but rather improve "the look" of the eye area. In this department it certainly delivers. The rosy coloured cream goes on smoothly, quite a thick consistency, but still is easily patted around the eye area. The cream states it contains peony polyphenols to revive a rosy complexion. This statement is true and I experience this lift in brightness upon every application. For those using as an eye treatment and/or using at night are just wasting the cream and their money if this is what they are looking for. If you were looking to cover dark circles or simply brighten your eye area (or entire face with the collection) this is your go to cream that can replace a concealer. I'm hooked. Also The Age Perfect range offers superior hydration for those with dry skin. I am 52 with good skin but use this Rosy Complexion cream in place of make up on many days!

My first impression of the cream was not positive - I did not like the colour nor the slight aroma however I noticed my dark circles to become less obvious after application. The cream when absorbed onto my skin did fill in my wrinkles and made them less obvious. My eye contour area plumped up with hydration and the cream's claims to instantly brighten and colour-correct dark under-eye circles and hydrate are validated. I hope with continuous use, the results will amplify strengthening skin density. Do yourself a favour and try this product because it works!

I received the Age Perfect Golden Age Rosy Radiant Care eye cream to trial, thank you! After the initial struggle to get it out of the box as it was glued down I was really impressed with with the packaging. The cream is in a lovely rose gold glass jar with a gold lid which makes it look more high end than the price tag would suggest. The cream itself is a dusky pink colour which was a surprise as I've only used white eye creams previously. It has a velvety texture which I love as it doesn't feel at all greasy and it glides over the skin beautifully. It also absorbs well and my dark circles definitely looked instantly less noticeable. After using the eye cream twice daily for almost a month I have seen a marked improvement in the texture of my eye area and my dark circles have lessened. I'm not sure if my eyes look less puffy but I will continue to use until the cream runs out and hope for good results. Overall I have really enjoyed using this eye cream and would recommend it for dull ageing skin.

I enjoyed using this product and the texture is good and not too heavy. It absorbs quickly and works well under foundation. The area around my eyes felt very hydrated and i believe it did assist in helping reduce puffiness. Overall it feels great on and i will continue to use the product.

Absolutely loved L’Oreal Paris Age Golden Rosy Eye Cream. It is a velvety textured cream, that lightly conceals dark circles, giving your eyes more of a natural brightness. Easy to apply with even coverage. Sometimes though I would need to use more hydrating cream underneath this cream. Will definitely be using this cream regularly from now on, as it minimises fine lines too.

This is absolutely fabulous. I have very pale skin and this added a beautiful colour. I actually used it all over my face when I ran out of my moisturiser and it made my face look fabulous. I’m so impressed that I will buy more from this range. It glides on seamlessly and does not feel sticky or greasy. I highly recommend this product

Thank you BeautyCrew for the opportunity to trial and review L'Oréal Paris Age Perfect Golden Rosy Eye Cream. I have been using the eye cream twice a day since receiving it (16th Jan, 2020). I was surprised to find the thicker texture to this eye product, I’m used to a silky-type texture that is applied by dabbing...The instructions for this eye cream is to swipe it gently from the inner to outer eye and then eyelids and contours. I also discovered that due to the thicker texture, I need to apply more than usual with every application. I do a very gentle swiping action with enough eye cream so as not to pull the delicate skin around the eyes. The cream is a pretty pink colour and it’s this colouring that can make the dark eye circles less visible. It has a subtle scent that I don’t find at all offensive. I have applied this cream all around my eye, including lids and haven’t had one negative reaction...a massive bonus for me as my body’s thermostat can’t control itself and I spend 90% of my life in a hot mess, looking like I have just stepped out of a shower….because of this, I have to be wary of what goes around my eye area, as it all ends up in my eyes when I sweat. Immediate results that I noticed was a slight lessening in the darkness of my circles. And my eyes felt amazingly refreshed, cool, hydrated…a much better experience than what I was expecting. This cream creates a perfect base for eye makeup, no dry patches to be seen. Results I’ve noticed after 20 days of usage…. I love the way I can swipe this lovely, hydrating, veil, under my eyes and create brighter, younger, looking eyes. My entire eye surrounds feel completely moisturised, I still get the ‘refreshed’ feeling and the ‘cooling’ sensation. And I have also realised that my under eye and side of eye, look firm, It hasn’t rid me of my unwanted wrinkles but it’s made the eye area appear firmer, which in turn has given me a kind of ‘pulled the skin tighter’ look and my laugh lines appear more superficial. I look forward to continuing using the product and hopefully I will keep seeing the benefits. I’d happily recommend this to any women that are mature-aged, say from 50 years up.

Lovely packaging, solid heavy-weight jar with luxe gold lid. The eye cream has a soft, creamy salmon-pink coloured texture and was light and easy to apply and blend in. It is unscented which is a positive. The only downside, if there was one, was that the cream tended to settle into fine lines like a concealer does, and needed further gentle patting in to blend it so fine lines didn’t appear obvious. A very fine sheen around eye area with microscopic light-reflecting particles. The under eye area definitely appeared brighter although it didn’t completely conceal dark circles. Overall, very nice to use and I would re-purchase!

Looks unusual and enticing with its pink colour. Smells lovely but not too perfumed. Blends really well ( I was worried it wouldn’t because colour is dark). Hides dark circles well. However it is not as cooling and soothing to bushfire smoke tired eyed as others I have used. Perhaps better for winter.

I love this cream - it hides those depressing black circles and lines that just will not go away. It feels nice and light on and so worth it. Plus a little goes a long way.

I was delighted to receive this eye cream to review and I was not disappointed!!! I love the colour and no fragrance. It was silky smooth and easy to apply. A little goes a long way. I saw a reduction in the darkness below my eyes and will keep using til the end. I will buy thus product and am very happy to recommend.

There’s a lot to like about this cream, but a few negatives too. It goes on well, works under makeup and had no real scent. It improves the eye appearance instantly. In the downside, I’m not sure if it’s skincare or cosmetics? It had quite a sheen with a slight glitter effect. This is ok during the day and under makeup but a bit disconcerting as a bedtime treatment. I’ve used it daily for about two weeks and while it’s quite nice on the skin, I cannot say it has made any difference as a skincare step to the area around my eyes. If it’s just for cosmetic purposes, there are better concealers I could use without the sparkle.

I liked the feel of the age perfect eye cream and once applied, it minimised the look of dark circles due to the colour of the product. I’m still undecided as to whether there has been an improvement in my skin around the eyes so I will happily continue to use.

Love it and it really does a great job under the eyes as I have terrible dark circles. It comes beautifully packaged and It blends in beautifully..... it’s not greasy, just perfect is all I can say. After trying so many different eye creams, this one Really does what it says. Makes one feel more confident. I’ll definitely buy this cream again and I highly recommend everyone with dark circles and sagging to give it a try. Barbara Campling

I have mixed feelings about this eye cream. First, the positives. There isn't any perfume, which is great. The texture is good and not too heavy. It absorbs quickly and provides a good base for my concealer. I do think it helped reduce my occasional slight puffiness. On the other hand, I didn't notice any reduction in my dark circles and I didn't notice any benefit from the pink colour. To be fair, I feel this cream is suited to more mature skin. I am 62 but my skin isn't wrinkled or dehydrated. I tend to use skin care aimed at women in their 40s. I will use the remaining sample but probably won't be purchasing it. The cream was pleasant to use but I got better results from other eye creams.

Have used this product for 2 weeks and and am delighted with the results. It has quite a Thick consistency but it absorbs straight into your skin without leaving any residue which I find a Lot of other eye creams do. Your other moisturiser or makeup can be put on Straight over the top of this one. I have noticed a difference in the dark circles under my eyes. L'Oreal always produces high end products at affordable prices!

This eye cream is definitely worth including in your skin care routine. The texture, colour and fragrance of this product impresses as upmarket . What impressed me most was that you could use the cream around the eyes and not feel a sting inside the eye. The product "absorbs" rather than "melts" I'm not 100% sure it has made a huge improvement in the darkish circles around my eyes, but there has been a change for the better. I'll continue to use the product for a longer length of time and see the progression. Overall, it's a lovely product at a great price point. Definitely worth using!!

I really love this eye cream, it disappears into the skin and leaves a powder like the feel. My skin felt smoother and this product has done everything it says with a very pleasant scent. I would definitely buy this product, nicest eye cream I have used.

Lovely cream to use! Very soft and easy to apply and doesn’t have any oily after effects. I have put my foundation over it and it makes the foundations base look better than my normal routine. Use sparingly! A little goes a long way!

As I have only received my product I can only submit a brief review. I noticed that the product is quite thick but on applying soaked in nicely with no residue. I noticed an instant blurring of fine lines and felt a slight tightening. Would definetu say give this product a go. Hoping that the instant results will last or even improve with further use.
