Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge

Fabulous! It's so hard to find an amazing lipstick, and the Lancome L’Absolu Rouge is right up there. The colours are rich and gorgeous. I have a deep red with the most gorgeous subtle gold shimmer in it. The lipstick is very hydrating and doesn't bleed or dry your lips out through the day. The staying power is really good, with only a couple of touch up throughout the day (usually after eating). The price is a bit expensive, but a good lipstick is always worth it.

This is yet another great lip product from Lancome. I have L'Absolu Rouge in the shade 132, which is a bright red shade - it is perfect for a glamorous nighttime look. The lipstick is creamy and feels very comfortable and hydrating on my lips. I have used it with and without lip liner and it does not bleed out of my lip line, which is great. It has a good lasting power, which means I can go about my day without having to worry about reapplying my lippy all the time. The tube is very classy and sleek looking with the black/gold colour combo.

Simply divine, a must have for any lipstick junkie. I love this to bits. I adore Lancôme, such a high quality French brand, this l'absolue rouge lipstick is really luxe, such high quality with gorgeous pigmentation. With 27 gorgeous shades I am spoilt for choice, I especially love rose ni as it suits my olive complexion perfectly. This lipstick lasts really well, even after lunch or a coffee it still remains. At $50.00 I must admit it's a little pricey but well worth it for the quality. I love the luxe black case, so classy and it feels like a treat, the formula itself is super hydrating and creamy with great moisturising properties and feels so light to wear, it won't bleed, smudge or feather and has a pleasant scent. This is a high quality lipstick well worth the investment, I adore it and highly recommend it. Lancôme L’Absolue Rouge Lipstick comes in a beautiful sleek black packing. I got in 132 Caprice which looks orange based red on my lips. It has pleasant sweet smell which last for some time even after application.   The lipstick is highly pigmented and one swipe is enough to show intense colour. It provides medium to full coverage which is buildable. The formula is creamy and it glides smoothly on my lips. It instantly gives me smooth and plump lips. This lipstick is very comfortable to wear as the formula is hydrating and it moisturises my lips very well. It does not settle into line and does not accentuate dry areas. Even it makes my lips fuller and plum with intense colour. This lipstick does not bleed or feathers and stays well on my lips.   Sadly, this lipstick does not last very long on my lips. I had high hopes for this as it comes with such a price tag. It is transferable, and I can find it on teacup sand glasses. It disappears after few hours if I eat and drink. It does leave a pretty pigmented stain but still after paying 50$, I do not expect only a stain. I need to properly seal it for long lasting finish. I hope that other shades last longer than that one.   Overall,  Lancôme L' Absolue Rouge Lipstick  has sleek packing, it is hydrating, creamy and pigmented but does not last long. Still it is great for everyone specially for those who have dry lips or want fuller and plump lips.

I am  a compulsive lipstick buyer, always looking for that perfect shade and formulation, and in the Lancome L’Absolue RougeLipstick , I have found it. I decided to give this one a try because I was intrigued by the classic style of the lipstick tube and range of shades they have to offer. I'm so glad I did! The shade I  purchased was the gorgeous "pale coral" which is such a warm stunning colour that blends perfectly with my medium to light skin tone. This creamy lipstick has the perfect balance of pigment and moisture that lasts and keeps my lips feeling soft.  The Lancome L’Absolue Rouge Lipstick glides skillfully onto my very lips and feels extremely comfortable to wear on all day or night.  My lips have a fuller and more volumised enhancement especially when I use the lipstick in conjunction with their phenomenal lip liners available. 

Lips-alicious! I really enjoy wearing this lipstick, I buy Rose Nu and it is a perfect neutral for work. The formula is very moisturising and it lasts for at least a couple of hours, even through a couple of coffees.
