This is the very first liquid eyeliner I ever mastered!  It's very user friendly for beginners as the tip is so thin, it's easy to go over again and build up your line or cover any mistakes.  It doesn't smudge or flake at all, so the precise look you create in the morning is there all day!  L O V E

Mastering the perfect winged eyeliner was something that eluded me for years until I discovered this liquid eyeliner from Lancome – the Artliner 24Hr! It has been a real game changer. It makes liquid liner easy to apply and I’m able to create the perfect winged eyeliner every time. I think the secret lies with the formula of the product– the liquid liner is not too watery, but the perfect consistency to glide on without any tugging of the sensitive eye area. It is blackest black and just one stroke will suffice. I have struggled with other eyeliners where I have had to go back and forth to build up the colour and this eventually causes the eyeliner to be too thick and flakey. The design of this product is genius. It comes in a twist off ink pot and it has a precise felt tip applicator attached to a handle which is the perfect size to maintain control over drawing an even line. The applicator tip is flexible enough to hug the lash line so you can get in as close as possible yet sturdy enough to draw a steady even line. I have found that if I draw with just the tip I can create a very fine line or if I angle it I can draw a thicker liner which is perfect for creating the outer corner flick. I have to remember to give the product a shake before applying to ensure the formula is evenly distributed. One of the reasons I love this eyeliner is that it is waterproof and lasts the whole day without any flaking /fading AND that it is also easy to remove! I have struggled to find a product which is long lasting, yet can be removed easily at the end of the day. I use an eye makeup remover by Neutrogena and it comes off with just one swipe of a cotton bud. My eye area can be quite senstitive and I am a contact lense wearer and have had no issues with irritation at all. The Lancome Artliner comes in a sleek, all black tube with gold writing that looks very elegant and sophisticated.  The eyeliner is felt tip and in the shape of a pen which makes creating a precise, winged eye very easy. Once applied to the eye, the felt tip glides easily along the eye.  There is no tugging or pulling and it creates a deep, pigmented colour that is uniform and bold.  The tip is thin so you can stick with a thin line for a more subtle look or you can add more to it and create a thick, dramatic winged eye.  Once the liner is drawn on it dries very quickly.  It did not smudge or fade during the day and the best part was that it was waterproof.  A great eyeliner for those who prefer the liquid version like myself and want it to last all day!
