La Roche-Posay Retinol B3 Serum

I really like the texture and feel of this retinol, it sinks into my skin well and doesn't have a sticky or drying feeling after. I have only been using it for a few weeks, so can't comment on the ability to reduce fine line and wrinkles, however I'm really liking it so far so will definitely continue using. Highly recommend for those wanting to try a retinol serum for the first time.

This serum has been working wonders for my acne prone, sensitive skin. I have been using it twice daily for just over 1 month now and I have noticed much improvement in my skin condition, less reddness, less breakouts, less irritation. This serum is great value compared to other brands on the market. I'm really happy with the results so far and will continue to use ongoing.

I was lucky to review a sample of the La Roche-Posay Retinol B3 Serum to try out. It's hard to provide a full review at this stage, as retinol takes some time to work. This was a nice product to use though - the serum is a pleasant consistency and applies well, and most importantly it was not at all irritating, which is not always the case for retinol.

Retinol can be one of those dreaded but amazing products, great skin but sometimes prone to a breakout or flake out. This product is one of the good ones, no irritation, great for sensitive skin and I saw improvements within a couple of weeks of using. Would definitely recommend!

So the La Roche-Poway Retinol B3 Serum is a sigh of relief for 2020! Let’s just say, this year has increase fine lines and early signs of ageing from the get go. Enter ‘wrinkle killer’ in a bottle! This product not only feels nice but it is really pleasant to use and I found that I had no reactions or tingling from using it. It is a great size and super easy to fit into my daily routine. It didn’t dry out my skin or cause it to flake which is a win win. I would definitely recommend this product and buy it again. I’m interested in seeing the long term results as short term have been great.

I got to try La Roche-Posay Retinol B3 Serum. I used it at night and it was lightweight and easily absorbed. It made my skin feel lovely and smooth. After using it for a week, I noticed my skin appeared smoother and my skin tone was more even. I will continue to use this product and I recommend anyone with sensitive skin to try it.

As someone with very sensitive skin, I’m always hesitant to try new products, especially those with ingredients with a reputation for drying out or irritating the skin like retinol. Once again, La Roche-Posay have knocked it out of the park and I needn’t have worried about my delicate dermis. This serum smoothed on easily and was quick to absorb. There is no overpowering scent, although the long dropper made me wonder if I was using too much product. My skin did appear smoother, however I think prolonged use would be the test of the effectiveness of reduction of fine lines (I used for a few weeks).

I have been using this serum for 4 weeks now and I love it. I apply it every second night followed by my moisturiser and eye cream. My skin is much smoother, softer and my overall skin tone is more even. A little of the product goes a long way and it lasts ages. I will definitely continue using this in my skin routine.

Having been a pharmacy grade Retinol user in the past, I was super happy to see that the La Roche-Posay Retinol B3 Serum delivered some serious results! What was even better was that this serum seemed to avoid the dreaded retinol purge that comes with higher strength products. I had no dryness or flaking, only lovely smooth, hydrated and plumper skin. My skin tone was more even, and had a nice healthy glow about it. Pores were minimised, and my fine lines seemed a little "finer". Really great "allround" retinol product, especially when I added my night time La Roche-Posay Teloriane moisturiser and Pigmentclar Eyes. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to try out retinols for sensitive / sensitised skin.

I've used retinol products in the past, but i have never seen the results I saw with this product. It goes on really smoothly, is non-greasy, and really works. My wrinkles evened out and my skin tone improved significantly. My skin wasn't irritated which is very unusual for me, I'll definitely purchase it again, it's now included as a regular part of my beauty routine.

Oh wow! I've been using retinol since I was 16, first for acne and now for anti ageing. I think I've found a new fav!! Absorbed immediately. No tingle or patchy dry skin. My husband keeps taking it. I'm converted!!

Really lovely light serum, much softer than other retinol serums I have used in the past. Easy addition to my evening routine (I only used every other night). My skin felt and looked fresher.

This product was really good for my skin. I have combination skin and noticed a reduction in fun lines, especially around my eyes and mouth. My skin feels and looks younger and I didn't dry out. The bottle feels quite nice and is a good size. I would prefer a pump bottle but the dropper is still really good.

I have been using this product for a month now and I am really happy with the results! Retinol seems to dry out my skin usually, but this serum appears to do the opposite. I use it at night time before my regular moisturiser, it soaks right in. In the morning my skin feels plump, brighter and hydrated. Have not really noticed a difference to my fine lines, but it is only early days yet.

I haven't been using this product for long, but I already love the way that it feels and makes my skin look! It is quite a mild retinol which is great as I have sensitive skin that can sometimes react to harsh products or ingredients. This would be great for anyone in their early 30s who is trying to prevent ageing or wants to get rid of fine lines and/or wrinkles. I use it every other night and it slots into my skin routine perfectly and works seamlessly with my other products!

Update. Using this for four weeks now and very good results of wrinkles being less visible and skin texture being great. This serum is heavy enough to work but light enough to absorb quickly, not leave residue on the skin and not clog pores. Has not reacted poorly with the HA, Vitamin C, etc that I use at different times.

This product has been absolutely amazing for my skin, to be completely honest this would have to be one of the best products I’ve used. I’m in my mid 30s and have noticed deeper lines developing on my face, conscious of this I wanted to try a product that I knew had active and scientifically proven ingredients and this was the one for me. I would apply it evening on a cleansed face and let it work it’s magic overnight. Some people like to use it during the day but you need to be conscious of mixing retinol with the sunlight. The results have been amazing, my skin is cleaner and glowing but the best part is the noticeable reduction in my fine lines, this product is definitely a game charger and will be added into my regular beauty regime.

The La Roche-Posay Retinol B3 serum is a great starter retinol product. I put this product to the test during a period of time away from my regular tretinoin (a prescription retinoic acid) which was causing immense peeling. I found this LRP serum to be a nice entry level retinol, and I naturally ensured I paired this product with Vitamin C & SPF in the mornings. I noticed my skin felt smooth and I could see this product making an improvement in my skin over time.

I love this product. It's a nice milky texture and smooths on easily. I've always wanted to incorporate a retinol into my skincare regime but I've always been wary due to my sensitive skin with rosacea. This didnt irritate my skin whatsoever and hydrated my skin the next day. I've been noticing a great difference with my skin and can't wait to see the benefits with prolonged use. Definitely recommend.

This product is nice. I feel like my skin is clearer and has more of a glow, although I have been ramping up my exfoliation routine so I’m sure that helped too. It feels nice to apply and soaks in easily. I’m not sure if I would purchase this again as I don’t know if the effects are as dramatic as I would like. But definitely a gentle retinol option for sensitive skin.
