Kérastase® Blond Cicaplasme

LOVE using the Kérastase Blond Absolu Cicaplasme! This little beauty goes perfectly with it's matching shampoo and conditioner and will amp up the silkiness (as well as locking in the fragrance for hours after!). Best to start applying it from the ends and combing it up towards the hair roots (as you would with conditioner)

I have used this product for a week along with the shampoo and conditioner. Only used it on the ends of my long hair and smoothed a small amount all over. It stopped my long wavy prone to frizz hair from frizzing even on humid days. It’s wuite light in texture and doesn’t feel sticky or weigh hair down. Like the shampoo and conditioner you only need a small amount of product donuts cost effective.

I’m always a little wary of leave in treatments as my hair is quite fine and this type of product often leaves my hair feeling greasy and weighed down, however, that was not the case with this product. I only applied to the ends at this point but was delighted with the results, it left my hair feeling very soft and hydrated. Also perfect to tame the ‘frizzies’ Between washes. Loved it. 

I just trialed the Kérastase Blond Absolu range with this product Cicaplasme a leave in heat protectant cream treatment. The packaging was very chic and functional with the pump lock making it easy for travelling. The colour is a lovely pale luminous mauve and smells adorable, very light and fresh fragrance. I don’t usually like leave in products but loved this one. I blow dry my hair everyday so love the protectant and the cream left my hair soft and shiny, no hint of heaviness or feeling of residue on the hair. This was my favourite of the 3 products and I shall continue to use it. Love this product range.

I used this product after using the shampoo and masque. It did a great job at protecting my hair without making it feel oily. Overall, my hair ended up very glossy and shiny and I was even complimented on it. I felt that a little bit on the tips was enough to give all of my hair a boost. Likewise to the other products I would definitely buy this again.

I really love this product and would gladly recommend it to other blondes who are after a conditioning, lightweight, heat protecting leave-in treatment. I am very fussy with hair products, as I hate even the slightest feeling of my hair being weighed down - I found a light application of this product was enough to deliver a beautiful, frizz-free and hydrated finish, without my hair feeling greasy or weighted.

I have been looking for a heat protectant/ leave in treatment like this for a while! It’s the perfect consistency where it doesn’t feel too heavy or make your hair look oily after use. I liked putting it in after towel drying but it was good for taming dry ends between washes too. It definitely assists in making the hair feel natural and not sizzled after curling or straightening. Thankful to have it!

This product tamed my thick and frizzy hair with ease.  I was concerned about my hair looking greasy after using this product but I shouldn't have been.  This is my favourite product out of the three I have tested.  I loved the fragrance and I highly recommend this product!

WOW! This is a routine-changing product! If you’ve ever been left wondering how a hairdresser can manage to lock in moisture and prevent damage in your hair even when styled with lots of heat, this is your answer. I ran this through my almost-dried hair prior to gently blow drying and curling, and my hair has never looked nor felt better! This is a must purchase for anyone wishing to take the best care of their hair and to lock in a style for days.

Can not get enough of the Kérastase Blond Absolu range! Oh my blonde haired goodness is this stuff legit! This leave-in is the perfect step to my hair routine! I use a generous amount for my curls and it makes them lush! No greasy residue or sticky hair from too much product, it’s honestly great! My hair dries super soft, my curls are defined and bouncy and it has a really nice subtle scent. Get it!

I have super fine hair (and lots of it) that gets weighed down so easily by a lot of leave in products and conditioners. This is certainly not one of them! I used this as a leave in treatment and before blowdrying my hair and it works wonders both ways. My hair feels silky soft (and smells delicious). I didn't see much of a difference toning wise though, but I'm going to continue to use it and hopefully it will start to tone the ends of my hair where the most colour is. 

Was keen to see if this product lived up to its claims. Was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. Just a small amount rubbed through my hair left it feeling soft and a very pleasant smell. After blow drying and styling my hair was left inngreat condition. I followed the regime for shampoo, conditioner and treatment. Very happy with the overall results. Highly recommend this product.

I trialled the Kerastse Blond Absolu Bain Lumiere (shampoo) together with the Masque Ultra-Violet (mask) and Cicaplasm (leave-in serum). I have professionally colour-treated hair which takes me from salt-and-pepper brunette to cool-tone dark blonde. I visit my hairdresser Sarah every seven weeks when the brassiness sets in and the roots get too hard to hide.  At first, I was a little apprehensive about testing Kerastase’s purple hair products, and messing around with all of Sarah’s hard work. However, since it had been six weeks since my last salon visit and I still had another week to hold out, there wasn’t much to lose. After one wash, a quick minute with the mask and a squirt of the serum, my hair felt clean, fresh and manageable, but there was no discernible difference to the colour.  A couple of days later, I tried again, and left the mask on for a few more minutes.  I could certainly see an improvement then! The brassy tones were neutralised and there was a nice shine to my hair.  It’s the mask that seems to make the biggest difference I feel, and the instructions say you can leave it on for as long as 10 minutes.  I’m not sure how the products would perform with ongoing regular use, but I’m definitely going to make room for them during the week 4-7 period when I need a freshen up between salon visits. The Blond Absolu range seems to help prolong the crisper cool tones in my hair.  The serum is light-weight, easy to apply and comes in a handy pump bottle. 

I have been anticipating this range for a while - a salon quality product that tones down my blonde tipped mane. This product looks lovely in the bottle, smells and feels luxurious, not sticky at all. A little goes a long way, I noticed my flyaway fine strands have lessened. I mainly towel dry my hair,  but what a great product to use in both instances if I want to blow dry it. Overall I can’t  wait to keep using it and seeing the glow from within.

I was lucky enough to get to trial this product range on my bleached platinum blonde and white/ grey hair. I'm not sure the trial was long enough to fully evaluate the products so I will continue to use them. So far, I am very happy with the results. The products smell lovely and leave my hair feeling nourished and soft. I have noticed a decrease in the small brassy patches i had and my hair is lovely and shiny now, where it had been looking a little dull previously. I've used other "purple" products in the last and this range is by far the best I've tried.

The product smells lovely and is easy to apply.  I do not feel that it did anything for my hair and after straightening my hair it was quite fizzy still.  I have thick, wavy hair it would seem from other reviews this product is better suited to finer hair types.

This leave in hair cream treatment is the perfect finisher to the rest of this beautiful Kerastase range.    I appreciate how the bottles are all individually shaped to make them easily identifiable from each other and they all dispense beautifully too, including this leave-in treatment where you can easily dispense a very controlled amount of this luxurious feeling serum which glides very easily through the hair.    I find this is much nicer and more effective to use as a protectant on my hair than the heat protector sprays I had previously been using.    All three products have proved to be very beneficial for my hair concerns  and made me feel like I was actually putting the love back in my hair.

The Cicaplasme leave in treatment is wonderful! As i used the whole regime together it is difficult to split out the benefits of each element. However, i found my hair was both easier to blow dry and was in a great condition after blow drying. The pump means its easy to get the correct amount of product and the purple again helps to balance brassiness.

Another fabulous product in the Kérastase Blond Absolu range. I received this to trial along with the Bain Ultra Violet and the Masque Ultra Violet, and all three products were amazing for my long, coloured blonde hair. I applied the Cicaplasme after shampoo/conditioner and can honestly say it is one of the best leave-ins I have used (and I have tried many). I particularly like the violet tint, and the fragrance which didn't bother my allergies! The product left my hair shiny and soft after blow-drying and straightening and I received compliments on my colour - my friends thought I had just visited the salon! Highly recommend.

This is a leave-in hair mask and smells lovely. It gives a nice shine to the hair and tamed some of my flyaway hair. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep their hair tamed. Just to add, this product states it protects your hair from heat up to 230 Celsius, anyone that has chemically treated blonde hair and ironing your hair  will cause damage no matter what.
