Herbal Essences Coconut Milk Shampoo

My sister recommended this to me after using it so I gave it a go. Love the scent, coconutty/ tropical and sweet smelling. The cap is really easy to slip open and the shampoo lathers really well. It glides through my finger tips, hair and scalp without hesitation and rinses off just as easily as it was applied. My hair feels so soft and clean without feeling stripped and feels hydrated once it has been rinsed out. Gently leaning my hair clean it feels softer than it did before I used it. I will repurchase it again, and I have and will recommend this to friends and family.

This shampoo is great for dry or damaged hair. It is a deep cleansing shampoo that gets rid of product buildup without stripping hair of moisture. I love that it has no parabens and it really protects my coloured hair. It smells amazing, like coconut oil on a tropical holiday and the scent lasts in my hair. It has a really creamy consistency and lathers up well for a great wash. It leaves my hair really shiny and smooth and it feels silky and soft after styling. It’s a great price for the results so excellent value for money, it’s actually up there with more expensive salon brands. I have very thick hair and this shampoo really worked for me. I would recommend it

This is a great “deep cleanse” shampoo for someone that mostly uses co washes and very gentle shampoos. This is not a shampoo that I would use more than once a week and ordinarily probably no more than once a month. As someone with very curly dry 3c hair this would be too stroppy for a regular wash. But when I feel like I’m overloaded with product, have been exercising a lot, swimming, and feel like no matter how much I wash my hair just isn’t taking product, if you need to reset this is a good bet. A great inexpensive shampoo, cleanses and resets without completely stripping everything. The scent is nice and coconutty without feeling too cheap or cloying!

I only buy salon hair products rather than supermarket brands. However this stuff is amazing for the price. If you are on a budget, you should definitely buy this. My hair is so dry and damaged from bleach. It is hard to find a product that suits my hair type and that actually works. The smell is amazing, It reminds me of being on holidays and coconut oil. I absolutely loved it. I washed my hair twice per week and already feel the difference. My hair is smoother, it was so much easier to blow dry and the days when i didn't want to blow dry, it dried nicely with very minimal fly aways. 0% parabens were a bonus as i only buy products without this ingredient. My three daughters have long and thick gorgeous hair and i used it on them too. They loved washing their hair, which is usually a battle. They loved the smell and the fact they had a lot less knots when brushing. You honestly need the smallest amount which was great.

Absolutely loved this shampoo. From opening the parcel and seeing the bottle and packaging design, to the scent, how strong the shampoo is & how well it busted through the excessive oils and dirt/dust build up all the way to how my hair felt. More floral scented than coconut, but nonetheless, smelt amazing. Lathered well. Didn’t leave my hair feeling like wire/straw, but did dry my scalp out a little. Would definitely recommend as a once or twice a week wash for people that are have oily type hair. However wouldn’t recommend to anyone that is suffering from an already dry scalp. Personally I would buy this again myself ☺️

I didn't know what to expect using Herbal essences coconut milk shampoo, however, I was pleasantly surprised! I used both the shampoo and conditioner for a few months and I am in love with the wonderful coconut scent (reminds me of summer). My hair is wavy, thick, long and tends to be a little dry and this shampoo added moisture without making it feel greasy. The texture is rich and creamy, which works into a beautiful lather and rinses out without leaving any residue, making my hair feel soft and smooth.- and the clean scent stayed on the hair. This shampoo was so gentle and the scent so enticing that even my husband loved it. Another thing that is appealing is that it has no parabens and includes sea kelp and aloe. I have noticed a difference in my hair and will be purchasing the the Herbal essence coconut milk shampoo ( and conditioner) again. I recommend this product.

This product smells absolutely delighful!!! It's summery and fresh and sweet all at once yet not overpowerful. You only need a really small amount of shampoo and it lathers up beautifully. It leaves the hair feeling clean, fresh, soft and smooth and it definitely helped keep the fly aways at bay. We used it on thick hair with waves and thick hair with curls and it controlled the curls and left them nice and soft. I would recommend this product as a great cheaper option for sure. Our whole family really loved the smell of this shampoo and the conditioner to the point that it was always oooohhh'd and ahhhhh'd over each time we used it!

This is really cocunutty...it you like a lot of coconut you will like this ....similar smell to coconut sun cream so you can be transported to a tropical holiday if this is your wish. For me it was a little too overpowering...My 20 year old loved the smell though. It has a good consistency without being too runny so you are not wasting product. As I double shampoo it lathered well after the first wash and my hair felt clean without being too dry. It was easy enough to wash the product out of my hair. Despite the original overpowering smell of coconut it did leave my hair with a nice perfume. I was using this in conjunction with the conditioner which resulted in a nice shiny finish. I would recommend this shampoo/conditioner set to others looking for a well priced product. I would keep an eye out for it at supermarkets when it comes on special.

First time using Herbal Essences bio: renew Coconut Milk Shampoo. The product had a wonderful Smell of coconut, vanilla, aloe vera. Once the product is washed out of your hair, the scent does not imprint onto your hair. The texture of the shampoo is silky smooth and can easily be squeezed out of the bottle. This product would be fantastic for those who want to try and alternative shampoo that is free from; animal cruelty and products, parabens, colourants, mineral oils, phthalates, DEA, paraffins. The shampoo easily removed dirt and oil from my hair and recommended to use the conditioner to hydrate your hair

I was impressed with the quality of this for the price, the scent is lovely without being overwhelming and won’t interfere with perfume you’re wearing. A little goes a long way and is easily spread though the hair. It foams nicely and left me feeling clean without my hair feeling stripped. I would have preferred a little more shine in my hair afterwords but otherwise this is a great alternative to more expensive shampoos. The bottle top is flat which makes it perfect for storing upside down when it gets empty, genius!

I am trying Herbal Essences: Coconut Milk Shampoo for the first time. The shampoo is a milky gel packaged in a beautiful bottle with a tube that holds 40ml of product. The fact that it's free of colourants, parabens, and gluten particularly appeals to me. It is known that these chemicals dry out the hair, which is why I want to avoid them. I found the shampoo to lather up quite well and rinse out nicely. The way it cleans my hair is gentle, without irritation and I love it. Aromatically, it is pleasant and dainty. In addition to removing dirt well, the shampoo also leaves my hair soft and clean. Highly recommended!

As someone who cannot use supermarket products due to extreme hair loss I still have this a try but it made my hair super dry and I felt a film on my hair. I suffer from alopecia so I very cautious when using different products. My daughter tried it and loves it she has super thick frizzy hair and it has left her hair feeling soft and given it shine. Her hair it looking and feeling really healthy. It also smells so good it’s not too overwhelming. Would definitely recommend if you have frizzy thick hair as it’s worked amazingly on my daughter’s hair.

I love the packaging, I appreciate when shampoo and conditioner bottles looks nice in my bathroom. The smell is lovely, and not too strong but still enough to remind you of somewhere warm and tropical. The texture was nice and creamy. The shampoo was easy to wash through my hair and the conditional was thick and easy to get all over my hair. My hair felt nice and clean after washing it, but not dry which is a must with my dry hair. Over all it was a good shampoo and conditioner for the price point.

Loved this product and felt so lucky I got to trial it. It had a lovely smell of coconut that I tend to reach for when i get the choice. It was great. I liked how the shampoo lathered. I am one that shampoos twice and was impressed at the lather it made on the first wash making it incredible on the second wash. It also was easy to rinse out and had a lasting smell for a decent amount of time! I did get some compliments from friends and family on the smell. It was a good sized bottle as well so I think it will last quite a while.

I absolutely love coconut scented products for my hair and body so I was so excited to try this set. The shampoo provided a good lather and was thick and creamy so not a huge amount of product was needed even on my long hair. After using my hair smelt amazing and was static free and soft. I really liked the bottles and the fact that all the nasties are left out of this Formular. Generally I usually buy salon products for my hair but after using thus is would recommend this product to anyone on a budget.

If your a fan of coconut scents then this one is for you. Smells so good and isn't so overpowering!! My hair felt hydrated even after the first use! I used this with the Herbal Essences Bio:Renew Coconut Milk shampoo and my hair feels soft. It's been a long time since I used herbal essences brand, so thought I'd give this a shot after receiving a trial. I used the shampoo and the conditioner every second day for my hair, as when I started with it my hair was dull, dehydrated and brittle and this shampoo/conditioner has been helpful in aiding that, my hair doesn't snap when brushing it now, it no longer feels dry. I recommend for dry/coloured hair. Not so much on normal hair as I currently have a ombre hair colour. I noticed it using this on my normal hair and it was too heavy.

The shampoo smells so good and lathers so well without drying out my hair. I have just used the vegan shampoo & conditioner, my hair feels like and like silk , the ends feel so smooth, I will definitely be buying this all the time now. My partner and i have wild curly hair that isn't always easy to control but my hair has been so soft with no frizz. When I opened the bottle I loved.the.smell I put on my hair with the happy feeling of knowing there are no harsh chemicals it left. My hair feeling exceedingly clean and fresh will definitely buy again

On initial glance this shampoo caught my attention for the fact it has 0% parabans and colourants. this is such an important fact when picking my shampoos and too find a shampoo that is affordable and free of these chemicals initially wins me over. I love the tropical vibe the bottle gives off also. When opening the bottle the amazing scent that comes out leaves me excited to wash my hair and feel like I am in a tropical oasis. It is not overpowering but gives that holiday fresh scent that I love when washing my hair. When applying this shampoo the lather is nice and even and is easily rinsed out. I always do 2 shampoos and on the second it washed out just as easy leaving my hair feel squeaky clean and fresh. Once dried my hair was increasingly shiny. Considering I have bleach platinum hair I was amazed how soft and glistening my hair was. Typically I tend to buy salon quality shampoos to maintain my hair, however after 2 weeks of using this product I am converted to a more affordable and just as good quality as the expensive products I used to use.

This was a surprising shampoo for me because I’ve not tried a natural based shampoo before that actually worked- but this one did. It lathered up really well and easily. their coconut smell is on point (bring on summer!). But what surprised me most was that my hair felt well cleaned but not stripped of moisture like with others I’ve tried. My hair had that great clean feeling but didn’t feel like straw. It was in an easy to apply bottle which is always helpful. I would definitely recommend this shampoo for anyone seeking a natural based shampoo that works and doesn’t dry out hair. Obviously the summer smell is a great little bonus.

I have a mix of wavy and curly hair and while my roots can get quite oily, my tips tend to remain dry. This shampoo is stronger than my usual brand, and I found that using too much dried my hair out quickly. If you have dry or curly hair like mine I'd recommend using a smaller than usual amount of shampoo, and lots and lots of conditioner. Really, I feel like the conditioner is the real hero here. Both have a very nice scent that isn't quite coconutty -- it's more floral but that's just a nitpick. And as an added bonus, because the shampoo is so strong, it lasts for longer too. I've used this for a month and wash my hair every 2 or 3 days and I've barely made a dent in the bottle. Would buy again.
