I received the shampoo and conditioner as a part of the beauty crew trial. Main points: - When washing it out it felt really soft and smooth but when all the product was gone, my hair didn’t really feel as nice as I thought it would. - Lovely smell, liked it better than the shampoo. And the smell lasts for ages too. I could still smells the coconut the next day. - I brush my hair in the shower and loved that my hair wasn’t as knotty or hard to brush as it usually would be when using other conditioners. - I would’ve liked it way more if my hair wasn’t so frizz after using it. - I’ve used a few herbal essences products and my holy grail is Herbal Essences Rose Hips shampoo and conditioner and because I’ve used it for so long and absolutely love it, I had big expectations of the shampoo and conditioner and well, after using it it feels like such a let down. The shampoo made my scalp itchy on the first use and the conditioner didn't make it worse so the only way I can see myself using this is if I use it along with another shampoo.

Thank you Beautycrew for choosing me for this trial, I really enjoy the amazing fragrance of the Herbal Essences range and I really enjoyed the coconut water and jasmine fragrance too. I used this conditioner along with the shampoo and the combo didn’t work too well for me as I didn’t find it hydrating enough for my fine dry hair. It didn’t do much to make my hair manageable however it did provide some detangling effect so it was a bit easy to comb my hair after using this conditioner. I also like that the bottles of the shampoo and conditioner are not the same so it’s easy to distinguish in the shower.

I really enjoyed this product, and that's saying something as I tend to have a really sensitive scalp and oily hair. It's doesn't take much to aggravate, but I found these products worked really well in conjunction with other treatments in my routine. My hair definitely felt more hydrated, particularly along the ends, after using this product. I really enjoyed the fragrance, it felt really high-end and luxe, which surprised me given the price point. The shampoo provided an excellent clean and gentle wash, even on days where my hair was particularly sweaty from the gym or full of product. I would definitely purchase again, for the price point packaging is exceptionally generous with the volume of product. I have also recommended to my family and friends as it is a great and enjoyable all rounder.

This one is better than the shampoo version. As this is for dry hair, i expected this to be hydrating. Well it is but not enough, at least for my hair. The smell and the packaging gets the stars for me. Aside from i like the color, very classy, i also like the scent. It is very fresh and not overpowering, however it is not long lasting and rarely stays on all through out the day. I just wish it keeps my hair fresh all day. I like it but not so much that ill repurchase as i think there are more hydrating conditioners out there compared to this product.

When I first saw the chance to review herbal essences I jumped at it. The brand, packaging and smell is so nostalgic to me as it’s what I used growing up! After years of loyalty to a particular “salon” shampoo and conditioner system and seeing no results I was looking forward to trying this and seeing how my hair felt afterwards. I’ve used it 3 times since receiving it and love it. My hairs smells amazing and it’s shiny and soft without being over drying which is a concern for me as I have long thick balayage hair. A little goes a long way as well which is great bang for my buck. Hubs used it also and said that he approves. I would definitely recommend this to others and would definitely purchase again!

I really liked using this conditioner and love how clean and silky smooth it left my hair. The packaging is so pretty and the smell is absolutely divine the coconut and jasmine scent leaves your hair smelling amazing too. I love how hydrating it was on my hair it’s has seriously bought my dry hair back to life. My hair has never felt so clean and hydrated and it’s not dry at all and that’s after only using it once. I used this conditioner after washing my hair with the jasmine and coconut shampoo. Totally recommend both the shampoo and conditioner.

I trialled this conditioner as part of the Review Crew and alongside the matching shampoo. My experience was very positive. I liked the coconut smell, which made me feel like I was on holiday each time I used it. It was easy to squeeze out the right amount and was easy to apply. After use my hair felt soft and shiny. I don't have particularly dry hair so I can't really speak to the 'hydration' properties of the product. However, I do straighten my hair each morning and blow dry three time a week and my hair doesn't feel dry or damaged. My 12 year old daughter also used this product and would happily continue to use it. If you do have significant problems with your hair this conditioner probably won't cut it and you are best with intensive treatments. However, if you're after an affordable everyday conditioner I would recommend this to you.

I love the small compact packaging. it means i could easily stack it in my shower caddy without it crowding my shower caddy up. Love that it says clearly that it is for dry hair because that is generally what my hair type is and that is what I look out for. The conditioner is concentrated, and I needed a small amount to cover my long hair. It rinsed out well without leaving any greasiness behind. My hair is fine and flat so I was glad this product was not too heavy for my hair. I could still maintain some volume. My hair was tangle free and I could easily comb my hair later after it dried. left my hair smelling beautiful and easily manageable. Love the tropical fragrance of this conditioner.

The fragrance of this coconut water and jasmine is quite lovely and nice. It smells good and light. The jasmine floral fragrance is subtly light and the coconut water adds some sweetness. And my hair smells clean. It's not heavy or greasy like some other conditioners I have tried. The scent is good. It doesn't leave my hair limp and lifeless. I’m so happy to find something that hydrates without weighing down my natural volume. If you’re looking for something that’s not heavy but delivers in the hydration department, then look no further. I was picked to trial this conditioner and I’m very impressed with the results. It didn’t feel heavy on my hair and was very easy to wash out with a great smell. It made my hair feel hydrated and soft. This conditioner is great value for money and I will definitely purchase in the future. I love the smell. I'm not a fan with coconut but jasmine make me interested. I use the conditioner after the shampoo. I found the conditioner is a MUST after the shampoo. It make my hair so smooth and soft even with just 50 coin size in my pal enough for my medium size hair. I have dry hair, coarse and thick, this conditioner work well for me. Good value and easy to find. Worth to try if you want to. Unfortunately, the fragrance very subtle and didn't last long like other product. I think after 1 day it gone. Overall, I like it. The conditioner is really good for my hair. It does what it says. It make my hair so smooth and soft for at least 2 days.

I tried this conditioner in partnership with the matching shampoo and would say the conditioner was the better product. The smell was very pleasant and I didn't need to apply a huge amount of product to my hair to still have the fully conditioned feeling. I have very dry hair as it is dyed regularly and I found the conditioner to be extremely moisturising. the only downside was my hair was unusually fluffy after use. Not necessarily a bad thing however as I already have thick hair I prefer conditioners that straighten. My hair was extremely soft and smelt lovely after use. I would recommend this product to others.
