Herbal Essences bio:renew White Strawberry & Mint Shampoo

Really enjoyed using the Herbal Essences Renew White Strawberry & Mint Shampoo, i have been using expensive hair loss Asian products for over a year (I lost a lot of hair post pregnancy) so was a bit apprehensive about using a supermarket brand but my hair really enjoyed the experience. The fragrance was amazing and I can't get enough of it and makes the hair washing experience so much more enjoyable. My hair looked a lot healthier and shinier and it is sooooooo much cheaper than what I usually use so definitely will be purchasing this again at the supermarket. Love that you can pretty much get this anywhere and I don't have to order from overseas or anything. Cute packaging as well!

Product smelt absolutely amazing I had used it on my hair as well as my 8 year old daughters hair and my partner had also used it I had high hopes for this product I normally use olaplex but thought maybe I could use this in-between washes or when I run out of olaplex I have this as back up but all this product done to all of our hair was leave if feeling really really dry and tangled the only plus was the smell nothing else I liked about this product I wouldn't buy this nor use it again pretty disappointed that we all felt the same about this product

This is great for a supermarket brand. It smells amazing and really thoroughly cleanses my hair. I must admit I often buy shampoos and conditioners from my hair salon but I pay a much higher price. This herbal essences shampoo is a great cheaper alternative and really works. I love that it is parabens and sulphate free, that’s a big tick for me. This shampoo removes buildup and leaves my hair so shiny and soft, it looks and feels amazing and smells wonderful. For best results use the matching conditioner, a great budget friendly product

For a supermarket brand this has performed really well. I like to shampoo twice to make sure I give my roots and scalp the extra wash and TLC it requires. With this trial I shampooed twice and after just shampooing I noticed has clean and refreshed my scalp felt. A little goes a long way with this shampoo which means it's cost effective and you get long use out of the bottle. After a few weeks of trial I have noticed my overall hair health has improved. My scalp feels clean and less itchy, and my hair is glossy, soft and feels repaired. Highly recommend.

Love the smell of this product, and so did the kids, we found our hair was clean, soft, shiny and manageable. I would recommend this for family use as seemed to fit all of our different hair types and left our hair silky smooth, clean and smelling amazing. Definitely the scent was the stand out with this product and a real draw card for our teenagers and primary schoolers. This shampoo product kept the hair manageable for styling and left it shining in the sun. We reviewed this as part of a trial bit I would buy this for my family in future shops. We give it at least 4 stars.

I don’t usually opt for the Herbal Essence hair range but am so glad that I gave this one a trial! From the look of the bottle to the use of the product it excelled in most areas! I found the scent to be really nice and not too overpowering. I usually suffer from oily hair as well as quite bad dandruff. I feel like the product did help absorb the oils but didn’t help too much with the dandruff. If you’re looking for a new hair product I wouldn’t go past this one, it’s definitely worth a try and you can’t go wrong with a reasonably priced drugstore hair product.

Loved this shampoo, i have been using Aveda products for over a year so my hair welcomed the change. I was a bit apprehensive about using a supermarket brand but my hair really enjoyed the experience. It was a delight to use as the fragrance was fresh and uplifting. I did tend to use more product than i normally use as it was not as concentrated as my usual products. My hair looked fresh and bouncy and alot healthier so i would definitely buy this product.. The only thing i would change is the bottle design and put a pump top on it as it is very hard to get the product out when only half used.

This shampoo smells and feels really good in your hair. For the price point and availability in the supermarket, it is great. However, it still doesn't have the luxury that you might expect from a salon quality product. This product does make my hair feeling nice and clean, but it did leave it feeling a little dry. If you want a shampoo that is cheap, smells nice and leaves the hair feeling clean and fresh. This is the one for you! Another positive about this product it does have a lot of natural ingredients, which are great if you concerned about toil chemicals on your body/hair!

Thank you the opportunity to trial and review this shampoo. I have medium length,fine,coloured blonde hair. I have over the years used Herbal Essences and think they are a good solid brand. Firstly I like the fact it’s a clean product and it’s 90% natural origin made with real botanicals. The bottle is clear which is great so you know how much you have left. The liquid itself is clear and I didn’t need to use much to get a good, clean, foaming action. The scent is strawberry with a touch of mint but It does smell a little artificial in my opinion. Having said that I’m not certain exactly what white strawberry would smell like so I could be wrong but overall the fragrance is ok, there is no lingering on the hair afterwards so the scent is neither here nor there. Hair felt clean after one wash, but a little on the dry side. In summary If you like natural, inexpensive supermarket branded products try this one out.

For the last few years I have only purchased shampoo for my heavily treated hair at the salon but having just tried this Herbal Essences bio:renew White Strawberry & Mint Shampoo I have to say that supermarket / chemist brand shampoos have improved. I have been using for a few weeks and my hair is better than when I was using a product three times the price. My hair is clean, feels soft and easy to style, also I feel like this shampoo removes the dry shampoo build up that I can get as well. I would say though that the fragrance is very strong. I am not some one who usually likes products overly scented so it did put me off a bit but in saying that my teenage daughter who was also using the shampoo with me LOVED the scent.

It comes beautifully packaged and looks and feels a lot more lux than it’s budget friendly price point. The fragrance is lovely but after a little use it can be quite overpowering. I found these to be an excellent overall product for the price, it does a fantastic deep scalp clean and also lathers quite well which is impressive for a surface free shampoo. I love that it is sulfate, parables and silicone free- a massive tick for me! It’s quite hard to find affordable shampoos that have none of those ingredients in them. The only negative was the slightly drying effect it has over the longer term. I would recommend swapping this out for a moisturising shampoo every now and then. Otherwise would highly recommend!

Firstly, the bottle and label has a pretty and fresh, modern look to it. The shampoo itself has a strong fruity fragrance which I love. It lathered well and easily and left my hair feeling very clean, removing oil and built up product well. After blowdrying, my hair felt fresh and shiny. I continued to use this shampoo over the following weeks and results continued. Nice shampoo and reasonably priced compared to others I'm using.

I am very impressed with the smell of this shampoo, it has a nice summery smell. My husband also commented on how nice my hair smelt. It foams up really well and leaves hair very clean, bouncy and shiny. My scalp felt clean and not itchy at all. I did find my hair stayed clean for only 2 days, I would prefer if it was fresher for a bit longer, being a busy mum. The packaging is nice and easy to dispense. Looks like it's a very affordable shampoo aswell. Overall, pretty impressed with this shampoo.

This shampoo is so unique compared to other shampoos. Firstly the scent of it is amazing, it just made my hair feel nourished and hydrated heaps, the packaging is so nice it looks good in the bathroom not like your average shampoo, it really cleaned to oil and grease out of my hair. I’m keen to keep using it to see more results. I love the ingredients in it. The bottle itself looks so boujie and fancy. Herbal essences is a good natural brand, they have cruelty free and vegan options. It really renews your hair it makes it so silly and smooth removes any dirt and oil

I have thick hair that is prone to build-up so this shampoo worked great for me. I found I was able to get a good lather and my scalp felt clean afterwards. I also really liked the scent of strawberries and enjoyed the way my hair smelt afterwards. It did leave my hair slightly dry at times so I would recommend using a moisturise rich deep conditioner with this set. I enjoyed using this with the matching conditioner and found that it worked well for curly hair as well. The packaging also looks beautiful and classy for a drugstore product. Overall a great drug store option that I'll be re-purchasing!

Just love this shampoo its so refreshing to use .. it has amazing fragrance of strawberry and freshness of mint .. give lots of leather and removes all the oil and dirt from hair n scalp.. This is so amazing i totally love them .. This comes in a good size .. my hair feel so hydrated and smooth ..love the feel if my hair after.. It gives nourishment to my dry hair and gives shine to it Its an amazing shampoo to use twice weekly I would really recomend to try this amazing shampoo So lightweight it doesnot weigh my hair down

Absolutely loved the smell of this shampoo and the fruity scent was still there even after a few days. The scent was a big hit with my daughter also, we had no whinging at hair wash time like we normally do. The shampoo lathered up really nicely (a little goes a long way) and my hair felt so clean after the first wash I didn’t even feel the need to wash a 2nd time like I normally would.. just straight to conditioner. I would definitely recommend giving this a try. For a supermarket shampoo, I really liked it. I’m certain my daughter will be asking for it to be purchased again.

I trialled this Herbal Essences bio: renew White Strawberry & Mint Shampoo as a part of the Beauty Review Crew. When I first smelt it, I initially wondered how I would go using something with such a strong smell but then once I used it I found it to be a really beautiful summer smell. However, if you were someone who didn’t like strong/sweet scents – I would not recommend this product. I also liked how sweet and nice my hair smelt for the few days after. I found you only needed a small amount as it went really far (unlike some shampoos that don’t lather up too much). My hair always felt really clean and fresh after using. I would recommend this shampoo – I feel like it will be really refreshing and nice to wash your hair with do after a day at the beach! It is nice to have affordable shampoo options like this on offer.

I love the fragrance. It last until the next day. Still have a hint of strawberry fragrance the next day. It does what it says. It make my scalp and hair feel so clean. I prefer creamy texture but i dont mind this shampoo. The problem is, i can't measure how much i need to be honest. I use it 3 to 4 times a week. With the conditioner. My hair smells wonderful. Herbal essence never fail with their fragrance which is one of my favourite point. I do need some hair mist if i don't use herbal essence. They are very affordable and easy to find it anywhere in supermarket or drugstore. I would like to try different range of their products. I recommend it.

I have long brown hair with dry ends, and oily roots. I was given Herbal essences strawberry and mint shampoo and conditioner to trial with the beauty crew. The shampoo comes in a see through flip open bottle, the bottle is pink reflecting the shampoos strawberry sent. Herbal essences strawberry and mint shampoo sure packs a punch when it comes to fragrance! On first opening the bottle I was I little overwhelmed by the strong fragrance however it was mild after washing. The shampoo leathered well, only a small amount was needed. I found the shampoo a little to harsh on my hair it helped remove built up products but also left my hair feeling squeeky clean, removing a lot of my hairs natural oils. After applying conditioner and allowing to air dry my hair was left feeling light and soft. However I think this is a cleansing or clarifying shampoo rather than a product I could use daily.
