Herbal Essences bio:renew Potent Aloe + Mango Shampoo

I used this shampoo in conjunction with the matching conditioner. It has a delicious tropical mango smell that almost smells like a cocktail! Only need to use a small amount as it lathers very well. It left my colour treated/highlighted hair feeling very soft and bouncy and left it with a yummy subtle fragrance. A very generous sized bottle which should last for ages! Very happy to see it is cruelty free and vegan. This was also used by my teenage son and it left his hair feeling soft and smelling fresh with the subtle fragrance. This is quite an achievement in what is usually a sweaty smelling head of hair!

My hair has been looking and smelling amazing after trialling this range. Being in lockdown my hair has been lacking shine and overall feels dull. This range has given it a new lease of life and I have felt since trialling it my hair feels renewed as the branding mentions. With this shampoo you don't need a whole lot as it lathers really well. I have been double shampooing and my hair feels very clean as a result. The scent of this range gives off summer, tropical vibes with the Mango. My hair overall feels like it's improved since using this range. My hair feels hydrated, soft and has it's shine back. My partner has even commented on how nice my hair smells. I have noticed my hair hasn't been getting as oily, and I am finding myself washing my hair twice week.

This shampoo is such a yummy luxurious experience, it was quite a surprise to pop open the bottle and smell the mango! The shampoo lathers very well and you don't need too much of it. I made the mistake of using my usual 50 cent amount on my elbow length hair for the first time and my goodness it was bubbly heaven when I only needed half of that. My hair felt soft, silky smooth and lightweight after the shampoo removes the heaviness and gunk out of my hair. $19.99 seems pricey for herbal essence but it's well worth it, I do hope it does go on sale at Coles and Woolies though!

I got to try this shampoo as a duo with the matching conditioner as well, the packaging is really user friendly with sturdy usable packaging and a good secure cap. I knew from the outset that the lather with this shampoo would be reduced due to the lack of additives. The shampoo itself has a lovely tropically vibrant scent, which surprisingly was able to create a thick lather on my hair! - I feel like the shampoo and the conditioner combination has left my hair feeling clean and softened, with my usual 3 day wash routine I feel like these products are definitely affordable and I would be happy to keep using them especially with their colour protectant qualities - I do find i have to add in a toning shampoo to my routine for my blond hair but i find this with any non-toning products. Would definitely recommend for anyone concious of sulfites needing an affordable product.

So I had really high hopes for this shampoo. The smell is absolutely delicious and if it hadn’t of said don’t consume on the bottle I might of taken a swig haha but honestly it actually has done nothing for my hair.. yes it smells nice but as for condition I actually feel it has dried out my scalp a little which is pretty disappointing.I do have coloured hair though so it does cop a lot of bleach etc.. i just don’t think this is the one for me. If you have virgin hair and don’t put your hair through the ringer like I do I mean it might be great but for me unfortunately it is a no.

My hair felt a lot fresher and cleaner after using the Herbal Essences bio:renew Potent Aloe + Mango Shampoo. I would have used this roughly eight times so far, so have given it a good number of tries. It lathered really well and didn't have the 'dry' feeling when the hair was rinsed. The scent was refreshing and it seems like a great staple shampoo for the family too. I loved the "no nasties" which is important to me when using a family shampoo. The packaging is simple and effective and stored well in the shower caddy. The conditioner complemented it really well which i will review separately. I will be happily purchasing this product again.

This products smells absolutely divine. The product doesn’t lather as much as I usually like but when shampooing twice gets a nice consistency. I’ve only used it once to wash my hair so would need to try it a few more times to know for sure that I like it. First impressions are really good, good quality shampoo and conditioner for the price. It is also sulphate free so I’m happy knowing it’s healthy to use on my hair. The bottles themselves are nice and colourful and look good displayed in the shower too.

As with most of Herbal Essences products, the smell of this one is divine! It is a creamy mango like a summer cocktail, but not sickly sweet like some of its rivals. The texture of the shampoo lathered well and I didn't need more than about 20cent piece sized amount to cover my whole head (I have long hair). It definitely felt clean but not tangly even before I used the conditioner and it was easy to rinse clean. I wash my hair every 2nd to 3rd day and this suited me perfectly. My hair is coloured, so protecting it from fading is important. I'm not sure if I'd use it regularly, because my hair is fine and my hair lacked a little volume the next day - but that may have been more to do with the amount of conditioner I used rather than the shampoo. Bottle is a generous size and wasn't bulky like many of this volume. The shampoo is clear, but is thick enough so it doesn't ooze out more than you need.

I was so excited to give this product a go as I could smell the fruity scent before I even opened the bottle. When it came to using the product the shampoo lathered really well, it became very soapy. Straight away my hair felt like so much thicker, which I'm assuming is the aloe. This was great because my hair using feels lifess and oily. The scent during the shower was so nice and refreshing not over powering at all. Once dry my hair looks so much shinier and feels so much stronger, it looks a lot cleaner and healthier. I can still smell the beautiful mango. I loved that this range consists of 0% sulphates and silonces, as my hair dresser has warned me against using products containing these, due to a a build up on the strands. I have not been able to stop touching my hair it just feels so nice and healthy

Omg this shampoo is amazing it left my hair feeling amazing soft and vibrant. I love that it has amazing in it. What a beautiful product. I love the way my hair Filled when I was washing my hair with this product it was amazing the organic and us and also the is centrals in the product were quite amazing I would recommend this product to any maan was sensitive here or any sorer find here requirements as this is not the only sickened my hair that made it have a lot in the game I strongly recommend purchasing these products it is amazing thank you beauty crew for allowing me to try these products Khan regards Alana

The shampoo was not as I expected. Did not lather and the smell only lasted for a few minutes. Was hoping it would be more blendable for the hair. Disappointed. I like it to lather into the hair for a good wash. I have long blonde dyed hair which I do at home myself so the shampoo is important for my hair. Wish it could lather more. I would not recommend this to someone with dyed hair. Seemed to dry my scalp. Not a good feeling. I only gave three stars as I feel they could do better with the product. Needs more body in it.

What a great shampoo! When I first opened the package, I loved the colour the green looked fresh and vibrant. Coming out of the packaging was even better because the smell! Oh, it just made the whole bathroom smell instantly better. I only wash my hair once a week, and haven't had a good few weeks to see how the product is working with my hair. But after the first wash I didn't notice any extra frizz or extra moisture. I let my hair air dry, no heat used. I used it in conjunction with the conditioner and loved the combination. I would like to trial it a bit more before I recommend the product. But so far I only have good things to say.

I really loved the smell of this product! You felt like it was summer and there was a fruit platter ready for you to partake of. It smelt good enough to eat although it wasn't overpowering on my hair. Some very fruity shampoos leave a lingering sickly smell afterwards but this didn't. It washed out easily. A little bit of this product goes a long way so don't load up on the shampoo. I used my usual amount only to find out that my hair was super thick with shampoo and I'd used much more than was needed. It's thick and rich but rinses out well. It left my hair soft and without the usual flyaways I suffer from. I let me hair dry naturally afterwards to get a real look at the work of the shampoo without taming it with the dryer. I have medium length hair. I was quietly surprised. This is good value for money and I highly recommend this shampoo!

Herbal Essence has been a staple brand in my bathroom for as long as I can remember because of their fresh scents and nourishing shampoos. This potent aloe and yummy mango fragranced shampoo has delivered on some many levels. Upon lathering up the shampoo onto my scalp, it didn't take long for my hair to feel clean and refreshed. It didn't strip my hair completely as some harsher products do which leaves my hair straw like and harsh feeling. I could of potentially gone without using a conditioner but force of habit made me use one anyway. The fragrance is absolutely divine and the fact that the scent lingers in my hair for the entire day is another bonus. I would happily continue purchasing this product again once this bottle finishes.

I am always happy to try a new products for my coloured hair and Herbal Essences bio: renew Potent Aloe + Mango Shampoo and Conditioner didn't disappoint! The hit of mango and other citrus was really nice and even though it was sulphate free it still managed to have plenty of suds. My hair was a lot softer and shinier too. I usually use a specific shampoo for my blonde hair so hopefully this will just as good with continued use. I will definitely be finishing the shampoo and conditioner bottles and looking at the buying them again.

I was lucky enough to trial this new shampoo and conditioner by Herb Essences as part of the BEAUTY/crew Review Crew. The shampoo has a beautiful fruity scent from the mango and aloe ingredients and this appealed to me immediately. The product lathers really well and I did a double shampoo before conditioning. My hair is usually oily after only a few days but I found my hair was left feeling immediately clean and then didn’t need washing again for 4-5 days after. I love that the product is sulphate free which is something I look for in haircare products. I also love that the bottle size is generous and you don’t need too much product each use because it lathers so well. I would definitely continue to use and repurchase this product as I found it suited my oily and colour treated hair very well when used in combination with the conditioner product.

I love this shampoo. My hair is silky soft and smells divine. It is delicate and fruity with a hint of tropical, perfect for washing the cares of the day away. It cleanses deeply with minimal effort and the smallest amount. I highly recommend this shampoo for the whole family. My six year who hates washing his hair now demands that I wash his hair every night. My hair has been renewed and is feeling healthier than I've seen it in a long time. It has shine and bounce and that fresh salon feel that we all love. I also love that it is free of sulphates and full of the good stuff all neatly packaged into a pretty, easy to use bottle.

I absolutely loved this shampoo. Under natural rainwater, it frothed up beautifully and took me away to a tropical paradise whilst ut's still cold outside. The Mango scent was heavenly and the amount of shampoo I used was quite a small amount for my long hair. A little went a long way. It washes out easily and my hair felt hydrated even though I was using shampoo. There are no parabens or other nasties making it awesome for my curly hair. I especially love how the mango scent lingers long after my hair is dry making my whole day feel amazing.

Such a lovely product! Very glad I got to try this one out cos it was such a pleasure to trial. It smells amazing, it's a pleasant and refreshing smell it's like aromatherapy from this alone! Surprisingly effective without the sulfate which is a real treat. It lathers really well which is great for me as I have long hair and need something that will lather quickly and easily without too much product usage so I can get my moneys worth, which I definitely found with this. I would definitely recommend this to people regardless of colour care as I have not got coloured hair and it has still been a real treat both to smell and for my hair. Leaves it clean, refreshed and smooth. Not too dry or oily, just right.

It gave a really good lather without having to use too much each time. Using it along side the conditioner it left my hair feeling silky and soft which I loved for my thick hair. Plus I also found that it helped to limit frizz which was an added bonus. I love that it is also Vegan friendly and is parabene free. It is a really lovely shampoo at such a great price - will definately buy again.
