Herbal Essence Potent Aloe & Eucalyptus Shampoo

I bought this Herbal Essence Potent Aloe & Eucalyptus Shampoo from my chemist recently and I love how gorgeous this smells. After washing my hair I applied a generous amount of Herbal Essence Potent Aloe & Eucalyptus Shampoo and rinsed off and then used the Herbal Essence Potent Aloe & Eucalyptus conditioner and left for five minutes. Then washed off with cold water. After air drying my hair, my hair felt super soft and silky. Loved how soft and great smelling my hair was. I highly recommend this Herbal Essence Potent Aloe & Eucalyptus Shampoo and conditioner. Your hair will smell amazing and will be super soft.

I have really enjoyed using this product. The scent is lovely and fresh and lasts without being overwhelming. It seems to keep my dry, flaky scalp at bay. Was very impressed with a supermarket product leaving my hair feeling so nice.

It’s really nice to see a ‘supermarket’ hair product which contains no sulfates or parabens. I loved the immediate feel of my hair after I washed and dried my hair - it was soft and super fresh. I noticed my hair lasted a little longer than usual with a little help of dry shampoo of course. Would like to see the long term effect of my hair using this product

Having a sensitive scalp, where I'm constantly battling with itchiness and dandruff, this was amazing! Not only has my hair not been dry and itchy, it smells very refreshing, not tested on animals and no nasties. Very impressed!

Herbal Essences Potent Aloe & Eucalyptus Shampoo is a fresh and clean smelling shampoo that will wake you up in the morning when you use it. The Scent of this shampoo is very strong so if you're not a fan of a 'potent' aroma this is not the product for you. The shampoo is very easy to use, lathers up quickly and I only need a small amount to get a lather going in my scalp area. It does say its for dry hair but on its own it did feel like it was stripping more moisture than I would like. After just using for a couple of washes in conjunction with the conditioner its probably best suited to normal hair.

As someone who struggles with the old 'oily-roots and dry ends' issue, I have really enjoyed this shampoo. It's soothing on the scalp and moisturising for the hair. As it's PH balanced, I haven't had any issues with it aggravating my sensitive scalp. I even got my mum onto it and she loved it! The smell is lovely and it's a lovely lathering experience.

Smells fantastic, but not overpowering. I really liked that even with a small amount, it created a great lather. It's important to me that the ingredients are natural, and this shampoo has no parabens or sulfates - a big plus. Would recommend!

Firstly, I loved the smell of it and it made me feel so refreshed!! A good smell is always something I like to look for Secondly, it just made my hair appear super clean! It's quite a large bottle too so can use for several washes! :)

I haven't used herbal essences in a while, so I was excited to give this range a try. I tend to get an oily scalp, so I was interested to see how the scalp control worked for me. I wasn't a massive fan of the fragrance, I found it was a little overpowering, and the eucalyptus irritated my eyes a little (nothing long lasting - just the fumes). The shampoo worked well though, and did leave my scalp feeling nice and clean. Unfortunately for me, this range was not hydrating enough for my hair. With continued use I noticed my hair look a little dull and would get tangled so easily. I'm now using this shampoo in conjunction with a hydrating conditioner/mask, and I am liking the results of this. I wouldn't repurchase this range, but I think this would be good for someone that has really oily hair that doesn't experience any dryness.

In love with this range! I couldn’t believe when I first got this shampoo that it is cruelty free and no nasty chemicals in there and it’s colour safe for the colour treated hair. First thing I noticed is the beautiful scent, I noticed I only had to use a very small amount of shampoo to my thick hair which is very unusual. It instantly felt as its doing something to my scalp, I could feel the tingling fresh sensation of menthol in my scalp and my hair and scalp felt really clean. After using this shampoo my hair felt really soft , bouncy and shiny. Overall its a great shampoo and will definitely be buying it again.

I must admit being a natural product and the brand herbal essences i know i will always get a nice smelling shampoo. Knowing that no animals were hurt in the process is a plus! I have to admit the conditioner wasnt that great but boy this shampoo was excellent! It left my hair feeling squeaky clean! It lathered up well and feeling the eucalyptus on the scalp made my head feel fresh! Overall i would definitely recommend this shampoo! But just know that paired with the conditioner it leaves your hair abit frizzy if you have curly/wavy hair.

I like that it has no silicone in it but it stung my eyes and head. Good if you want a cheap shampoo

While I enjoyed the scent and the menthol tingle of this shampoo I feel it was a little drying on my hair, even though I sometimes lean towards oilier roots. I imagine it would be quite refreshing over the summer months when my hair is sweaty and oily but would need a more nourishing conditioner to combat the dryness of my ends.

Smells really nice, I loved the strong eucalyptus smell (so if you don't like the smell of eucalyptus then I wouldn't recommend this to you), it really helps you wake up in the morning. My scalp has been a little itchy lately, I can't say this product helped improve the itchiness too much but it hasn't made it worse. Using the Shampoo with the conditioner has helped tame a little bit of my frizz. I would definitely be purchasing again !!

The sign of a good shampoo to me is a product that doesn't leave me with greasy hair the following day. I normally have to wash my hair every 2 days, however with this shampoo I have been able to extend this out to every 3 days, heaven! This shampoo lathers up quickly and left my hair feeling squeaky clean. Once styled my hair felt light and bouncy like i'd just left the salon.

This shampoo smells absolutely amazing!! I used a small amount as I have short hair and it lathered really well! the smell of the eucalyptus and peppermint was really nice, it has a slight tingling effect the was very refreshing! I will be purchasing this again

This product smells so nice and fresh alike the rest of the line! Lathers quite well and was really kind to my dry and itchy scalp. Left my hair feeling bouncy and smelling so fresh!

The first thing that I noticed when I opened this product was the absolutely gorgeous smell! So fresh, and beautiful, it was really refreshing. I love that this is a natural sulfate-free product and doesn’t have silicones, parabens or colourants! I was a bit nervous that it said ‘potent aloe + eucalyptus’, because I was expecting to smell an insane aloe and eucalyptus smell, but its actually really soft and beautiful. The product lathers really well and made my hair feel clean and soft. I also really enjoy the green colour of the packaging and makes me feel extra fresh. A little definitely goes a long way. Highly recommend.

I love that the bottle is so big and full of goodness! It's pretty amazing that Royal Botanic Gardens has teamed up with Herbal Essences to get this 90% natural origin product to us! Straight away I noticed the fantastic smell, it's like aloe mixed with green apple for me. Absolutely love it! It isn't too strong, just that perfect amount. If comes out of the bottle nicely, just a gentle squeeze, and is great to apply, foams up lots and you really get a sense of cleaning your hair while using it. I'm still early on in using it, but I loved the way my hair felt when it was dry and I found that the fragrance didn't stay, only when I washed, which isn't a bad thing! Really enjoying using this shampoo, love that it is safe for coloured hair, which I have, and they are also cruelty free - something important to me. If you're looking for a bottle full of goodness, this is it!

I was excited to try this shampoo as I’m a fan of the Herbal Essence brand. It is self explanatory to use, and a little goes a long way to leaving my hair feeling smooth and nourished! Herbal Essence’s Potent Aloe and Eucalyptus Shampoo is gentle on the scalp. I know this because I have a scalp that gets dry and irritated at the drop of a hat, so this was such a soothing and refreshing relief for my head! One thing that let this product down for me was the scent - unfortunately I wasn’t a fan! I probably won’t be purchasing this product in the future, as I prefer Herbal Essence’s Argan Oil of Morrocco Shampoo. In saying that though, I would still recommend it to my family and friends as it is a wonderful shampoo!
