Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick

Pure Colour Envy Lipstick is really hard to give a rating for, so bear with me. I received the lipstick in a gift with purchase bag and honestly I wouldn’t have spent $52 on a lipstick. I’ll start with the cons - the lipstick is not long lasting, not even slightly. For a matte lipstick it’s not matte. The pros - the formula is so creamy and soft, you forget you are wearing it at all. It’s very hydrating and so comfortable to wear, it doesn’t smudge and fades out evenly. It doesn’t bleed, flake or transfer. My colour 130, is absolutely perfect for fair skin and blue eyes. I absolutely love wearing this but for the price I want something longer lasting so I don’t know if I’d pay for it, but I would go out of my way to get it again in a GWP.

Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick in shade 220 Powerful is the perfect statement shade of hot pink. The perfect punchy summer shade and it goes on super-smooth. Many of my other lipsticks deliver a rich colour payoff but they are so drying, well not this time! I love the continuous hydration that this lipstick gives my lips. It provides a solid colour with beautiful shine and it does wear off but it leaves a stain, which is fantastic. It has no weird smell or after taste. I would recommend this pretty pink lipstick to anyone that wants hot lips! ☺

Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick is my discovery of the past few months. I found it in a gift with purchase bag. Always happy for a new lippy, especially when it turns out to be this good. Is is matte? Nope. Has it got a superpower of staying put for 48 hours? Nope. Is it unicorn tears fancy? Not particularly. Is it at least liquid? No. It is just a standard, old fashioned lipstick but its quality blows my mind.  This is simply a gorgeous lipstick that makes your lips look beautiful and is comfortable to wear. I have got a fantastic shade of pinky coral, that is 261 Never Enough, goes well with most of the eye make up that I wear and compliments most of the outfits too. This particular shade is both work and party approved. Pure Envy Color Lipstick's formula stands out : it is creamy and has got an incredible pigmentation. There is a subtle scent to it, but not invasive. This purely blissful creamy formula makes it very easy to apply the lipstick evenly onto the lips in the matter of seconds- straight from the bullet !!! It doesn't bleed, and it will stay put on the lips until your next meal. This lipstick feels incredibly light on the lips, doesn't dry them out. It also makes the lips look bigger and nicer, hence sculpted. The elegant high end packaging compliments it well.  For me, it makes a perfect everyday lipstick. I can't ask for more. Honestly, a  pleasure to use this product. 

I own this lipstick in Potent and it is the most gorgeous pink-nude. It's withstands a bit of wear and isn't at all drying. This one leaves lips looking soft all day and doesn't budge.
