Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Eye Pencil

This eye pencil definitely lives up to all that it claims. It glides on easily and stays put throughout the day. It doesn't smudge to the bottom of my eyes to create panda eyes even when I apply it in the waterline. Although I must admit it doesn't last the whole day in the waterline but in saying that, it is hard to find an eyeliner that does. It does fade out evenly and nicely when applied there though, that's why I still give it 5 stars.  The colour that I have is called "02 Coffee" and I find it a beautiful and very flattering alternative to my usual black but dramatic enough to give my eyes definition. I haven't found a pencil eyeliner that stays so intense in colour and is as long wearing as this one. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a smudge proof eyeliner or for someone that finds it difficult to use a liquid liner.

As an eyeliner junkie this is my holy grail eyeliner that I keep repurchasing whenever I have the fund to do so. I love the very good colour pay off,the ease in creating both thin and thick lines, the fact that I can smudge/not smudge it as needed, the built-in smudger that works very well and the range of colours available.  Most importantly: whatever I created on my eyelids stayed that way the WHOLE day. The record was when I put it on in the morning of New Year's Eve celebration - it still looked perfect at the end of New Year Day. That's almost 2 days!! An oil-based cleanser removes all trace of the liner easily. The only thing I don't love is the price. But hey, it's worth every cents. I dream of owning a box of pretty pencil case filled with ALL the colours available - like colouring pencils for adults! Theoretically the cost will be ruinous, though I live in hope!
