Great price and quality

This moisturiser is a great price for the size and quality of the product! I liked how hydrating the formula felt on my skin and that it was easy to apply. It feels fancy and luxurious but with a fraction of the cost. It is great for using in the morning because it doubles as a base for your makeup. My skin looked glowy but I was worried since I have oily skin that it would make me look too shiny throughout the day. You can also use it on your body making it a great multipurpose product. It felt good on my sensitive skin after shaving.

Hydrating and Versatile Moisturiser

The Embryolisse Multipurpose Moisturiser is incredibly hydrating and feels so good on my skin. It absorbs beautifully without any greasy residue, leaving my face feeling smooth, soft, and refreshed. I love that it can be used as a daily moisturiser, makeup primer, and even as a gentle cleanser. It’s soothing on my sensitive skin and makes my face feel balanced and comfortable after each use. This product really does it all—perfect for anyone looking for deep hydration and versatility in one product!

Pleasant moisturiser

This multi-purpose product product can be used as a moisturiser, primer and make-up remover. The formula includes nourishing and occlusive ingredients shea butter, beeswax, mineral oil and soy protein. It's not too thick, absorbs nicely but packs a punch in terms of hydration. It does have quite a strong fragrance though. I didn't really use it as a primer but it does make your face feel smooth and removes dryness, which makes make-up apply more easily. Given the price point, I found it too wasteful to be used as a make-up remover. It is handy to have those features though, it would be so useful for traveling since you can pack one product instead of three. Overall I found it pleasant to use but I am not sure if it is worth the price tag. There aren't any anti-aging ingredients as such.

Effective French skincare

Embryolisse is an absolute favorite of mine for all things skincare. I have tried their sensitive skin moisturizer and love it, but this is the richer concentrated cream, which I am currently using and have fallen in love with. I especially like the simplicity of Embryolisse cream - from the color-coded, non-gimmicky packaging, to the natural, tried and true ingredients – shea butter, aloe vera, soy proteins. This is another multi-tasker, that can be used as a primer as well as a moisturizer and makes a great base for make-up and can also be applied slightly more generously as a mask. It does not have a very thick texture but is fairly fluid making it easy to absorb into the skin. At the same time, it still manages to be a very rich cream, so even my dry skin feels really moisturized, supple and soft, and I can achieve this result very quickly because it goes on so easily. This makes it a great cream for both morning and night. Unlike the sensitive version, the concentrate has a mild floral scent, probably jasmine, which I really like. Those who react to scents might prefer the unscented product. I am glad we are seeing more of Embryolisse in Australia; it is a really lovely French brand – they do seem to nail the skincare- and although it is not the cheapest out there at about $41, it is certainly more affordable than many others and actually delivers results. I was also pleased to learn that it is cruelty-free (although not vegan) which is reassuring and means I can purchase again with a clear conscience!

Great multipurpose cream!

THis was my first time trying a French product and I can see why there is hype around them! This is a beautiful cream that is very nourishing on the skin without being overly greasy or heavy which is great for my combination skin as I tend to be sensitive to creams which are too rich and break me out. The great thing about this cream is that it is multi-functional. You can use it as a face cream or a face mask and it does a great job at replenishing the moisture back into your skin! I love that it is in a tube packaging so it is easy to squeeze out, great to put into my bag and you can squeeze all the contents out without wasting any product!

A French girl staple

I am addicted to almost everything French beauty related, and this product (to those who share this addiction),needs no introduction. Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre Multipurpose Moisturiser is an amazing moisturiser / makeup remover / mask / dry skin banisher that really does do it all....with a texture that feels divinely silky and lasts for hours on end.The cream (yes,it is a rather rich cream feel) has a pleasant, clean scent that is uniquely Embryolisse, and a tube (i get the large 75ml one) lasts for ages due to it's concentrated formula, and as a plus,it gives an amazing glow to the skin that negates the need for those over insta'd "can be seen from space"highlighters.I apply it at night at any time, and during the day in winter (it is a little heavy for an Aussie summer) and leave it on (i have also used as a makeup remover for stubborn waterproof mascara and stay put lipstick...and it works a treat at those tasks). But is it really as great as it makes out ? This moisturizer has been around since the 1950’s and its ingredients are very similar to many potions around during those days, which to me means that the old saying "if it aint broke, don't fix it"...which is what this brand has pretty much followed since then (and whilst today will see creams with a million peptides, vitamin this and that, acids to renew and brighten,THIS simply moisturises....with no fancy claims or fountain of youth promises,as it's main ingredients are simply mineral oil, fatty acids water and wax.). At around $30 for a large tube, this multitasking beauty, elegant in it's simplicity,is a must try for all the family.
