Dr. LeWinn’s Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel

Ill be honest, I am new to a skin peel but unfortunately not new to skin pigmentation. It is hard to find good products to diminish pigmentation spots- but this one certainly packs a punch. Stylish packaging, like its sister serum, this skin peel works wonders. I found that there was a slight tingly sensation when applied, but nothing concerning -you could almost consider it like an activator for it working. I used this mostly at night (or on days off) and feel that it did help to slightly diminish brown spots. Patience is always the key with pigmentation and I am sure with prolonged use that this peel will continue to work its magic. Sign me up, I am converted and recommend this product.

This was my first every Dr LeWinn's product, and was therefore very excited to try it out. However, I was a little disappointed with the overall results. Firstly, the price was okay for the amount you get. Not too cheap, but not overly expensive either. I purchased it from my local chemist, but I am sure you could purchase it online too. The packaging itself was very simple and sleek. The pump dispenser was great, and dispensed the perfect amount needed to cover the entire face. The product consistency was like a thick liquid. There was no fragrant scent, so I think it is ideal for applying to the face/more sensitive areas. When applied to the skin, it felt nice and cold, and after a few minutes, a tingling sensation would come about (which meant that it was effetcive!) However, I found that it irritated my eyes. I tried several times, and ensured not to apply the product near my eyes, however, they still watered and became red, so unfortunately I have stopped using it for a little while.

Dr. LeWinn's Reversaderm skin peel is fantastic. The packaging is slick and luxurious. I found this product to be very effective and simple to include into my regular routine. The slight tingly sensation takes a little bit to get use to, however it only lasts for a short time. It dries quickly and is easily absorbed. The smell is not over powering which is good. I had quite discernible brown spots on my face and pigmentation on my neck. The brown spots appear reduced, however the most dramatic effect was the clear reduction with the pigmentation on my neck. It is visibly reduced and I'm sure that it will continue to improve over time. I can't recommend this skin peel enough.

This corrective skin peel comes in a pump package and I found that one pump was enough to do my whole face. I used it twice a week as suggested and noticed that the scars from previous pimples and other facial scaring was less noticeable. It's also helped to even out my areas of redness. I've found it works better on my skin than previous peels I've tried. And had a slight citrusy scent to it that wasn't noticeable after a little while anyways so I would recommend it for anyone with scent issues. It leaves your face feeling a little tacky for a bit but that soon goes away and leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth.

I love a good skin peel and also love the Dr. LeWinn's brand as I have used their products in the past. The packaging of this product is beautiful, in a tall bottle that is a gradient blue colour with a silver lid and writing. I just want to say though, that this product works. The product is a gel consistency and is light on the skin. It absorbed really well when I was applying it, and has a light scent. I usually prefer unscented products, but didn't mind the smell of this one. I have used this for 4 weeks about twice a week and have noticed quite an improvement in my overall skin tone and texture. My face looks brighter and clearer so I think I will be keeping this in my skincare rotation.

I was very keen to give this skin peel a try, as it promised really great results. At first, I found that the peel, when used in conjunction with the moisturising serum, did leave my skin feeling smooth and soft and it only felt tingly and cold upon application. However, I think that this peel may be too abrasive for my sensitive skin type. I found that when I had a flare up on my face following something that I ate giving me a reaction (redness and sensitivity, happens to me occasionally), when I used this peel that night, it was actually quite painful rather than just tingly. I would recommend that if you have sensitive skin, breakouts or abrasions on your face, avoid using this peel until they heal, as it can be quite painful. On the positive side, the peel was very easy to apply, it absorbed completely into my skin and it did leave my skin feeling somewhat rejuvenated. It was easy to incorporate this peel into my nighttime beauty regime for the recommended two times per week. But it has quite a strong fragrance that borders on unpleasant, and given that I didn't really see the results that I was hoping for, I don't think I will continue using this product into the future.

I found this product to be very effective. I suffer from acne which left red marks and scaring but with this product I found within 2 weeks my skin was clearer. It doesn’t feel toxic or sting on application which was amazing as some products irritate my skin. I even bought it for my mum who loves it. I just used it every night with my night creams and could tell a difference in the texture of my skin as well as the disappearance of any scaring a fine lines. I will 100% be buying this again because it’s so affordable and worth the money!!

I have been using the Dr. LeWinn’s Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel three times a week for a little over a month now, and all I can say is "WOW!" I have (as no doubt we all have!) been suffering from a the occasional bout of 'maskne', but have been fortunate enough to be able to continue my self care regime with the infrequent facial here and there. But for this past month, using these products, I have discovered a new level of clarity and glow for my skin, and I love it! The product is easy to apply, gives a little tingle on application (not too strong though as my skin can be a little sensitive at times) and has an interesting scent - (almost like citrus as I said in my review about the serum). I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who loves to have a little pamper at home, and definitely to anyone who is unable to visit their trusted facial provider at this time. You will get results.

Dr LeWinns Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel is the kind of product everyone needs to incorporate into their skincare regime. It goes on just like a serum and I had very mild tingling which was great as I knew it was working. It has a nice citrus scent and is very easy to use. I like that I can use this product twice a week and know my skin is getting a powerful punch of active ingredients with plenty of chemical exfoliation, so I no longer have to manually exfoliate. I have been using for a few weeks now and my skin is smoother, lines plumped, and my skin looks hydrated. It’s a product I would like to continue to use as part of my regime due to the power packed ingredients and great results.

Totally in love with this peel! I found this peel highly effective in brightening and evening skin tone all within a month! It also cleared up a few of my blemishes quite well too but more so the acne scarring and textured skin. It’s a clear liquid a few pumps of it and its good to go, it smells almost like a citrus scent. It has a cooling sensation and can tingle slightly but it goes away after a bit. I used it twice weekly as per the instructions on the label. I highly, highly recommend this, it was pleasantly surprised at just how effective it was definitely worth it.

I really wanted to love this product but it missed the mark for me. I found the consistency to be very tacky and didn't absorb nicely into my skin. This meant that any kind of product used after the peel also didn't absorb, instead everything just sat on the surface of my skin. My acne scars are the red/dark kind that are left after you've picked at a pimple. I was hoping to notice these marks fade after using the Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel but didn't notice a difference. Also I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or not but after using this product I broke out in the same area.

I love the Dr Lewinns reversaderm Corrective skin peel and have been using it twice weekly for the past 3 weeks The packaging feels luxe and comes with an easy to use pump. This twice weekly corrective peel had a light fruity scent and was absorbed in the skin easily. I experienced a very mild pleasant tingling sensation and used it independently and in conjunction with the collagen accelerator serum and liked the results. My skin feels smooth and plump. The removal of dead skin cells and imperfections has already begun to show and I think that from maintaining this in my regime I will see even more great results! I will continue using this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a gentle yet effecting easy peel!

I’m someone who already uses actives in my skin care (Retinol, BHA, Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid) I was excited to see if this could be incorporated into my routine. The texture is gel/serum like and one pump is enough for my entire face and neck. It sinks quickly into the skin and doesn’t leave any tackiness which is fantastic but I wasn’t a fan of the scent as it reminded me of vitamin C meds but it also disappeared quickly. I used this in conjunction with the Dr Lewinn’s Collagen Accelerator Serum - which I would apply 5-10mins afterwards leaving adequate time for this to absorb into the skin. I used this 2 times a week and on those nights, I don’t use my other actives in the same routine and I always used 50+ sun screen during the day. Pros: It fitted into my existing routine as I didn’t already have AHA and the product easily sunk into my skin without leaving any tackiness. I also love the tingling and cooling sensation but I know this isn’t for everyone! Cons: The medicated smell. Personally, my night skin care ritual is also like a spa treatment and so I am sensitive to how a product smells; I prefer it to smell organic, lightly scented or no scent at all... Also my skin felt a little dry after BUT that was offset when I added the Collagen Accelerator afterwards. All in all, although I didn’t notice improvement in pigmentation or fading of any dark spots; my skin does have a brighter complexion! However if you already have a pretty comprehensive routine that includes a surface exfoliant or vitamin C, you may not see a difference.

I loved the feeling of this peel! It feels a lot like a peel at a spa - a tingly feeling all over your face. I’ve tried a few peels at home that give no sensation feeling and have felt disappointed, so was happy with this one that I could feel it working. I’ve had issues with break-outs and scarring causing uneven skin texture and some redness. It seems this is getting better while I’m consistently using the peel and serum. I also have pigmentation that can spread and get quite dark and it seems it’s kept it minimal. My face is feeling smooth and hydrated and looking more calm and healthy. I like the smell of the skin peel - a fruity fresh scent crossed with a clean scent. I found it easy to use the peel twice a week. I also went away for a night and the cap made it easy to pack, no spills in my bag. I have sensitive skin (allergic to some sunscreens) and have found this serum to be safe for my skin. I’d recommend it.

I have been using Dr. LeWinn’s Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel three times a week and I have definitely felt a difference in my skin. The texture and clarity of my skin have visibly improved. My face looks brighter and more radiant. During summer, I wear more sunscreen but this peel has really helped to cleanse my skin. The product is lightweight and clear and easy to apply. I didn't experience any burning or irritation when I first started using the product either and love how my skin is feeling through the hotter time of year. Its been the perfect answer to a facial during lockdown.

Having never tried Dr LeWinn’s skincare, I’m impressed! 4.5 stars!!! I’ve been using this product in conjunction with the Reversaderm Collagen Accelerator Serum for 4 weeks. Nightly twice a week, after cleansing and toning, I apply it to my damp 50+ yo face, then after it’s absorbed, I apply the Reversaderm Collagen Accelerator Serum, before applying my PM moisturiser. My skin can be sensitive to some skincare, so I was concerned after a slight tingling sensation upon application I’d awake to irritated skin but the next morning my skin felt wonderful, soft, youthful, glowing and smooth. I did notice that each time I used it, I woke up with a pimple, I haven’t had pimples for years. Not sure if that is the skin peel unclogging pores or my skin is reacting to the it? I have a few comedones on my chin, so I hope this peel will help diminish them over time, I haven’t seen any change yet. My only grumble is the packaging for 30ml of product. Yes, the packaging makes the product look high quality but an excessive amount of plastic, plus it is hard to tell how much is left it the container. I’m interested to try Dr LeWinn’s other Reversaderm products.

Dr. LeWinn’s Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel made my skin soft and smooth after about 3 weeks using it twice a week. It is a clear gel consistency, I used 1 pump and that was plenty to cover face and neck. It dries quickly with a slight tingle feeling, but nothing too intense, as I have sensitive skin and this was fine on my skin. It does feel a little tight once it has dried but I then moisturised with a night cream afterwards. The next day after the first 2 weeks I noticed the next morning dry skin patches where it had been working but then went leaving soft skin underneath. It is pricey however for twice weekly it is a good investment as you don't need to use a lot as a little goes a long way. I would purchase again.

I was really excited to be part of the review crew for this Dr. Lewinns corrective skin peel. The packaging is beautiful and such nice quality. I used it a couple of times per week for the duration of the trial. The pump top made it really easy to apply to my face. I noticed that this peel helped to even out my skin tone and definitely improved the condition of my skin. It is such a good price point for a peel. My skin is now in such great condition and I would definitely repurchase this Dr. Lewinns Reversaderm Corrective Skin Peel.

I am the kind of person that likes to feel those Glycolic, Lactic and Mandelic Acids working and I did with this one! Whilst I am lucky enough to have no scarring I do have skin that looked and felt dull with uneven tone, but after using this product and feeling those tingles I saw an improvement in overall tone and a radiance with the old skin cells gone and a new baby face shining through! I looked forward to my twice weekly applications so I could wake up the next morning feeling fresh with more glowy skin!

I have used AHAs in the past with no issues and thought I wouldn’t have any issues with this. Unfortunately it made my skin tingle but it is bearable. The packing is sleek and quite luxurious to hold. The pump is easy to use and disperses just the right amount. It looks quite fancy on the bathroom counter! The scent smells quite strongly of citrus which some people may not like. It does wear off quickly so I don’t find it to be an issue. I have found a slight reduction in acne scarring but still find that my skin seems like it needs a good exfoliate - which I was hoping this product would help with. I’d highly recommend following it up with the collagen accelerator and of course SPF.
