Designer Brands Hydra Set Translucent Setting Powder is a wet-feel setting powder that can be used to set liquid and cream makeup products, while also refreshing the complexion. The ultra-fine powder feels weightless on skin and helps to blur and smooth the skin. The powder contains hyaluronic acid to help skin retain moisture, and aloe vera and green tea to soothe skin.

Nice powder

When you first look at this powder, you might think it will be horrible because it looks white and very heavy or dense, but it is actually a pretty lightweight powder. It does blur the skin and it doesn't look super white once applied, but you don't get a lot of product and it is super messy in the pan. I don't know if it works better than other setting powders at the same price point, but it is a nice powder and it does set down my makeup and helps it last longer without looking cakey and heavy.
If you remember the Revlon Aqua Mineral Foundation from a few years ago, you'll have an  idea of what this powder feels like.  A pleasantly coolish-moistish sensation, and even lighter than the foundation.  As a setting powder, it does a good enough job.  The addition of green tea and aloe vera seems nice on the surface, until you realise that dimethicone, water, silica, glycerin and propylene glycol are the first 5 ingredients - not great if you're trying to stick to 'clean' cosmetics!
