It hydrates and softens my hands and has helped with the appearance of sun spots, pigmentation and lines. It’s a really great anti ageing product and hands are often a telltale sign of ageing. It’s comfortable to wear, sinks straight in without feeling greasy and can be applied several times a day for hydrated soft skin. It helps protect my hands from environmental factors and keeps them looking more youthful. I will buy the dermal therapy anti ageing hand balm again and would highly recommend it
