Cetaphil Optimal Hydration Replenishing Body Lotion

I was travelling overseas and brought this body lotion with me because I needed intense moisturising for cold weather and it did not disappoint. My skin was so dry from being on a plane for a long time and then skiing at a high altitude for a month. I used the body lotion daily and can say that it definitely gave my skin back its moisture and also made it feel soft. All the rough parts on my body (knees and elbows and other rough patches caused by the cold) did improve and became softer. I absolutely loved two things about this lotion - the fact that it comes in a pump bottle (you can't get more hygienic than that) and that it is not greasy. I also liked that it is fragrance-free and will not mess with my perfume.

I’ve tried this and the spray version. It’s a little thicker than the spray version but still not enough for winter for my dry skin. It’s quite light, sinks in well and has no scent. I will use it until it’s gone but I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it. There are so many other moisturisers on the market that have a better price point and do a better job. This may be a good one for normal skin/oily as it’s very gentle and sinks in quick. I do like the bottle and the pump, it’s very easy to hold. I really appreciate the lockable pump, I really think all pumps should have this feature, it comes in so handy for travelling.’

Loving this cetaphil optimal hydration replenishing body lotion. I love cetaphil products in general. I have been using this one now for almost 2 weeks. The pump is easy to use and the bottle looks nice. I love that the lotion absorbs quite well into the skin. I just massage on my body a few times and my skin feel refreshed and hydrated. I am very happy with it. My feet were super dry and after using this cream daily i feel it is improving. I cannot wait to see how it feels in the next few weeks. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

I love this body lotion so much more than the face cream from the same range. The fragrance is very light and even undetectable - a feature that is more suited to people with sensitive skin. When I first pumped it out I initially thought the texture would be a bit heavy, but after applying it evenly to my skin it actually absorbed quickly and didn't leave any greasy or uncomfortable feeling on my body. My skin has recently become dry and flaky, but after using this body lotion, most of the flakes and dry lines on my arms, knees and calves have disappeared. It is able to keep my skin hydrated, soft, smooth and soothed with single application.

The Cetaphil Optimal Hydration replenishing body lotion came just in time to try. My skin seems to sense the slightest change in season, especially as the cooler months approach and it starts to get more dry, flaky and itchy. My skin tends to be quite dry most of the year especially when I work in air conditioning all day. I love using this on my arms and legs for that extra protection and relief from the dryness. I found this product to soothe and hydrate without feeling heavy and greasy. This product is easy to dispense and is fragrance free, so does not irritate and can be used when I am using perfume. I have been using this lotion daily in the morning and evening after showering and have been very pleased with it. Definitely provides optimal hydration and replenishes my skin, leaving it very happy. I recommend.

‘my Skin is combination, oily t zone with patches of dry skin and redness. i am very sensitive to scent and chemical smells The Body Lotion has to me a light scent i am not much a fan of, i used it sparingly on my feet and knees and elbows those rougher spots. it did help them soften and be less cheese grater like in appearance and feel. a thicker consistency then the spray lotion. i enjoyed the feel of the cream on my skin, it works well over time and i shall try to use it regularly but i do find using lotions is not my usual thin on my legs. ( the spray i shall use daily though!) its a good one to use in this cooler weather , help heal the skin after summers dryness. Packaging i prefer this pump packaging, it saves you money and product and you have less spillage and mess to deal with. ccrisp clean bottle that is sleek in design.’

I received the Cetaphil Optimal Hydration Replenishing Body Lotion as part of the Cetaphil Optimal Hydration Collection trial. This trial required me to use this body lotion in conjunction with the Cetaphil Optimal Hydration 48 Hour Activation Serum, Refreshing Eye Serum, Healthy Glow Daily Cream & Body Spray Moisturiser. I stopped using all my other skincare products while conducting this trial, to ensure I could give a comprehensive review on the effectiveness of these products alone. This lotion comes in a 236 ml pump bottle which ensures no contamination of the product during use. The lotion is a lightweight cream which feels a little wet on application and takes several minutes to absorb. It made my skin feeling soft & hydrated from the first application. Although there was no specific directions on how to use this lotion, I applied it directly after my shower every morning to ensure optimum absorption for just over two weeks. It is fragrance-free & didn't cause any irritation to my sometimes-sensitive skin, even after waxing or shaving. Overall, this body lotion has helped to make my skin feel softer & look more hydrated. I would recommend this product to anyone needing more hydration, especially those with sensitive skin.

I have very dry skin. This is the thicker version compared to the spray moisturiser that comes in this line, however to me there is not much difference in the hydration level I mean it is a thicker cream but that appears to be it. It probably would suit my skin more in the summer time to be used as a daily cream rather then to treat. Rubbed in quickly and is not greasy so can put clothes on soon after I love that there is hyaluronic acid in the body cream as I would never put it on my body alone so big bonus I love the pump No irritation as yet so that’s a plus

Yusssss girl I am loving this hydration cream. I don't moisture my self near as much as I actually should especially coming into winter I live in the tropics in North Queensland so usually as soon as you put on some moisturiser after a shower you were just sweating and it feels sick and disgusting this is not that. It feels thick but not heavy My partner suffers from some type of skin flaking on his face and head in the cooler months and he has actually started using this just before winter and it's keeping his skin at bay I have a oily skin occasional breakouts and this does not affect my skin at all like most moisturisers clog up the skin

Love, love, love! This beauty has become a real staple in my bath time routine. It’s a fantastic product that is extremely hydrating and nourishing while soaking in quickly leaving skin hydrate but not greasy or shiny. After using for a few weeks, I’ve noticed that my usual dry patches have disappeared and my skin is overall is so much more comfortable. It’s something that is a such a quick process but works miracles, really such a wonderful product to use. I’m sure I’ll continue to keep this one in my bathroom for some time to come. The best part is that is is suitable for the whole family; from the sensitive 34 year old to the itchy-skinned 3 year old, it works for us all!

I enjoyed using the Cetaphil optimal hydration replenishing body lotion. I found it good for arms legs and torso. I also tried using it on my hands but found it was a bit sticky and left a coating which felt slmiy to wash. I would recommend it for general use over the body. On my legs and arms it felt thicker but not overly greasy or sticky. I tried this over a week and felt it helped with my dry skin now that the weather is getting colder. The bottle is asthetically pleasing and easy to use. The pump is great to get small amounts out and works really well. It's also great and compact. I liked the colours used as well.

I liked this product but not as much as the spray lotion. Whilst it is still gentle on the skin and extremely moisturising, it is quite thick and can leave the skin feeling a little bit tacky for a while. However, my skin did feel soft and hydrated for ages. I would like to see the formula made a little less tacky and absorbing a bit quicker. The pump bottle is great for quick application and easy for kids to use. I have very sensitive skin and eczema and had no issues using this product. There is no fragrence which is great.

Cetaphil Optimal Hydration Replenishing Body Lotion is a winner for me! Loved this lotion so much! I applied every morning and night after showering and it left my skin feeling soft, smooth, hydrated and glowing! Really loved the consistency as it’s quite sheer and lightweight which makes for a no fuss easy application. Not greasy or sticky at all which I love so you can moisturise, put your clothes straight on and go. Will continue to repurchase this lotion as it has become an everyday staple for me!

This product is super hydrating and super lightweight. It quickly absorbs and doesn’t leave you with that sticky feeling either. And you can go the whole day and no re-applying is necessary!! This Body Lotion is super gentle and has a light pleasant fragrance. Includes Hyaluronic acid to improve skin texture and quality, which I have noticed a difference with daily use over the last couple of weeks. My elbows usually get really dry, scaly, white and dehydrated looking. When I scratch the skin it just flakes off like it's snowing! After 3 days of using this lotion daily, usually twice, my elbows don't have that nasty skin built up on them. I love this lotion, and definitely recommend!

I applied Cetaphil® Optimal Hydration Replenishing Body Lotion every second day after showering. I found the pump bottle to be hygienic and easy to use. The body lotion itself has a gentle scent that does not overpower my daily fragrance. It was very easily absorbed by my skin and did not cause any irritation, allergies, redness which my sensitive skin is prone to, especially in the colder months. My skin felt super hydrated after each use. I'm looking forward to continuing to use this product to see longer term results in skin quality and hydration.

The Optimal Hydration Repleshing Body lotion certainly does just that. Hydrates, hydrates, hydrates. My skin LOVED this stuff and drank it up. It has a lovely pleasant fragrance without being over powering and goes on to the skin quite nicely and goes a long way, you don't need to use alot. I did find it left my skin feeling a little too 'damp' rather than greasy, as it did leave a light film on my skin most of the day. I personally don't like this feeling, but loved how nice and healthy and glowy my skin looked, especially my legs! I would recommend just using as a night time moisturizer, after your shower if you're like me and not a fan of feeling your moisturizer on your skin all day. If you're looking for a rich and hydrating body lotion, at a reasonable and affordable price then this is the one for you.

I’ve always used Cetaphil on my body so was super keen to try this upgrade and I was not disappointed. The cream is lightweight and very spreadable- a little goes a long way. There is almost no scent which is perfect for sensitive skin. The lotion sinks in quickly leaving no oily or tacky touch. This pairs perfectly with the new body serum which is also genius! I’ve definitely noticed less flakiness since incorporating the new two step body moisturiser system! Will definitely re-purchase!
