Cetaphil Healthy Renew Facial Serum

This is a nice serum because it glides on smoothly/spreads evenly and far, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave a sticky or oily residue. It didn’t irritate my skin, but my eyes stung a little so just keep it away from that area. My fine lines on my forehead are greatly improved, but I don’t think this is THE best serum ever, just wasn’t a WOW radiance effect, just nice, healthy, plump skin which I think is fair enough for this price range. The copper sparkles aren’t noticeable on the skin but did warm up my complexion overall, so my face colour didn’t match my body which is annoying if you’re not planning to wear makeup. No irritating fragrance. Solid bottle. Product is used up quickly.

Pros: Dermatologist tested, contains purified peptides, reduces wrinkles, improved skin elasticity + texture + tone and comes in an easy pump pack which dispenses the perfect amount. My face felt hydrated and smooth, without feeling sticky or wet. Cons: None! I was very happy with this product look, feel and use. Conclusion: Would 100% incorporate into my everyday skincare regime. Very happy with the use, feel & results! I am loving their new pump bottles - clean and easy to use. Also a great size to fit into a travel bag.

I hadn't tried the Cetaphil serum before so was excited to have the opportunity to trial. The packaging was cute and fun with the gold beads suspended through the bottle and into the serum when pumped. I was surprised how little of the product I had to use to get full coverage. I used on a clean face after cleansing with the Cetaphil Healthy Renew Micellar Cleansing Water. The serum itself had a gel like consistency and is absorbed into the skin quickly. There is a barely there pleasant scent and it's great for sensitive skin, but I can't say I was a fan of the feel of the serum on my skin. There was a slight tackiness to it. Overall, I think Cetaphil Healthy Renew Facial Serum is good for hydration and I plan to continue using to see the longer term benefits.

This serum was something I was really excited to try. It comes in a clear pump bottle, with gold beads suspended in clear serum. It’s a very eye-catching bottle and looks aesthetically pleasing. It claims to be a gentle alternative to retinol and can improve skin texture and firmness in 2 weeks. I’ve been using it as my serum step (after cleansing and toning) and it is indeed, very gentle on the skin. I did have slight irritation on the first day of use but it went away quickly after my skin began to get used to the serum. It’s extremely lightweight, more gel-like than a serum and absorbs quite quickly. I have noticed my fine lines have reduced somewhat, but my texture and luminosity haven’t really changed much. It is possible the efficacy of this serum isn’t showing on my skin (as I use Korean/Japanese skincare brands that are more potent) but that isn’t to say this serum isn’t effective. My skin is sensitive but as I’ve used retinols in the past, this could be too gentle for my skin now. I will say my skin feels plumper when I use this serum and it goes on really nicely. Overall, I think this serum is really nice for what it is and does do what it says, but I don’t think it would be too effective on those who already use retinols or stronger skincare.

I've used the Cetaphil Healthy Renew Facial Serum for few weeks now. The retinol alternative and niacinamide have been great for minimising my pores and giving my skin a noticeable anti-ageing boost. I love that I can use it both day and night, so I don’t need multiple products, which keeps my routine simple. After each use, my skin feels comfortably hydrated, calm, and visibly smoother. I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin’s texture and firmness, and the serum is gentle enough for my sensitive skin. This is definitely a new staple in my daily routine.

I have been using this Cetaphil Healthy Renew Facial Serum each morning for the past few weeks. My skin is dry and also sensitive, and my skin just adored this before make up, or just by itself under a day cream. My skin felt rejuvenated and moisturised and plump each day. I have noticed that my skin texture and moisture level has improved so much after using this, along with the whole of the 'healthy renew' range. I would highly recommend for anyone with dry and or sensitive skin! Cetaphil never disappoints!

The cetaphil healthy renew facial serum was a product I was so excited to test. I was a part of the Review Crew and tested this product for about 2 weeks. This serum works as well if not better than some of the luxury serums I have tried before. I feel like my skin really glowed and felt super healthy after using this for a couple of weeks. Just be careful if you have sensitive skin because a couple of the products in this range made my skin go bumpy. The packaging is nice and lightweight too which is great

My favourite from the Healthy Renew range! This is great at boosting hydration and adding a nice glow to the skin. It doesn't feel heavy or sticky and great under makeup, but also before heavier creams in the evening. After a couple of weeks, I noticed my skin felt softer and looked a bit brighter—definitely helps with that healthy, hydrated look. Glass skin, anyone? It’s packed with hyaluronic acid and peptides, which give skin that plump, bouncy feel without causing any irritation, even on sensitive skin. It’s not a miracle worker for deep lines or major skin concerns, but it does a good job with general hydration and smoothing. If you’re looking for a reliable serum that’s gentle but effective, this one’s worth trying out. Overall, a strong 4 stars for everyday use!

Since I have sensitive skin, finding an affordable facial serum that doesn’t cause irritation has been tricky, so I was really excited to try the Healthy Renew Facial Serum. And honestly, it’s been great! It hydrates my skin, giving me a nice, fresh glow that makes me look more awake and refreshed. I’ve been using it every morning, and just found out you can also use it at night, so I’m planning to add it to my evening routine to see if it gives me an extra boost. So far, I’m really loving how it feels on my skin and how gentle it is!

After trialling the cetaphil renew facial serum, I have say it feels amazing on the skin. There is no fragrance that I could tell. It feels like silk as your applying it to your face. It works great with the micellar cleanser and the eye serum too. It hydrates and it does help a bit with texture and tone of my skin but didn't help my wrinkles whatsoever. It's very moisturising and leaves your face with a healthy glow. Wearing this without adding the day cream was better for my mature dry skin than adding it over the top. Great to wear under make. Yes I would recommend for mature, sensitive and dry skin.

First time using Cetaphil Healthy Renew Facial Serum with the whole healthy renew range and have noticeably seen a difference in the quality of my skin. My skin is a lot more hydrated and bright looking. My skin is a lot more even, not as many visible lines, and my skin is a lot more firm. I love that this product suited my skin type and is very good with sensitive skin, no parabens and fragrance free is what I look for in a facial product and this ticks those boxes! I will continue to use the full Cetaphil Healthy Renew range as they have made a big difference in my appearance and confidence.

Cetaphil Healthy Renew Facial Serum is a product that everyone should have included in their skincare routine. This Healthy renew facial serum left my skin feeling refreshed, improved skin firmness, and the texture and tone was much better afted two weeks of applying morning and evening. Knowing this product had B3 and also B5 hydrated, soothed and repaired the areas that needed it. Very happy with this product and will continue to have this in my daily skin care routine. Very much recommend this product to everyone.

I found that after using this product for a couple of weeks that my skin did look more hydrated and firm. This product worked well at evening out skin texture and Didn’t have an empowering smell which is great too as sometimes with skincare this is a big deal breaker for me. This skin product range also didn’t affect my sensitive skin which was amazing cause I struggle with my sensitive skin and finding products that work without hurting me. I definitely recommend this product to friends and family. This is my favourite product of this new range

Thank you very much to Beauty Crew and Cetaphil for letting me trial and review the new Cetaphil Healthy Renew Facial Serum. Cetaphil has always been known for making basic cleanser and moisturiser for sensitive skin. This Healthy Renew line has changed my impression on the brand, and I no longer only see it as making fragrance-free products for skins with sensitivity or other issues. Firstly this product is aesthetically pleasing. The airless pump bottle is both compact and hygeinic. Secondly, following the brand philosophy of Cetaphil this product is fragrance-free. Despite stating it is coming with 'retinol alternative' purified peptide, on inspection the main active ingredient is Vitamin B (panthenol and niacinamide). It also contains rice lees and edelweiss extract. But I genuinely cannot work out from the ingredients list what is this miraculous peptide. Peptides is a generic name for short amino acid chains which may activate the skin surface receptors to trigger downstream reaction in the cells - but each peptide would have some specific functions depending on the amino acid sequence. I think it's pretty important for consumers to be able to understand and work out what is the action of this peptide - and I wish there is clearer information on this aspect. Otherwise, I found that the serum is pleasant to use. Absorbed well into skin and I noticed a visible glow after just a week of using. My skin responds very well to niacinamide and I've always known that, so it wasn't a surprise to me. I think this is a great serum to be used under the sunscreen during the day, as it doesn't contain retinol or other skin exfoliating agents. I really enjoyed using this product.

Skin type: Combination, acne-prone and sensitive Climate: Dry with temperamental weather Packaging: The packaging is easy to handle, I liked how the nozzle doesn't go against the wall of the cover which would cause a mess normally in other poorly designed packaging. Looks sleek and pretty, especially with the 'glowy' beads. Texture and fragrance: I was actually surprised by this serum. I liked how it felt on my skin, there was no smell detected. It sinks nicely into the skin, and my sensitive skin did not react to it. Performance: My skin definitely felt supple and hydrated after 2 weeks of use. Did not pill under make up and added that extra moisture to my skin. I quite liked how it felt on my skin. Overall thoughts: an overall solid product, one of my favourites out of the line. Highly recommend it!

I have been using the cetaphil facial serum and really loving how much skin is responding. I like that the packaging and visually seeing the ingredients. It gives a sheen to your skin overall and my skin texture feel great. It's jammed full of nutrients that are important for healthy skin and can definitely notice an improvement overall even after short use which excites me for long term use. This works great even under makeup applications without any pilling which is important to me. There isnt any overpowering fragrance, it hasn't given any skin sensitivities. My skin feels hydrated, while giving a gentle glisten. I will definitely continue with this serum.

I liked this serum, its easy to apply and felt very hydrating. The serum has a lightweight, gel-like consistency that feels refreshing on the skin. It absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue, making it easy to layer under moisturizer or makeup. One of the standout features is that it’s completely fragrance-free, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin who prefer products without added scents.The packaging was nice, simple, and looked more expensive than the products retail at. I've been using the product for 2 weeks and already used quite a lot of the product. I think that the Healthy Renew Face Serum is quite a small bottle, but I liked the pump and how easy it is to apply compared to other serums with a dropper. While it's too soon to tell if it has reduced signs of aging, I’m uncertain about repurchasing depending on how long it lasts.

Overall the product works extremely well. My skin is glowing and hydrated, and the larger acne outbreaks have cleared up. My only issue with it is, as someone with very sensitive skin, I still have smaller acne which hasn't been an issue with the usual serum I use. However, as someone with combination skin, I used this in combination with the cetaphil moisturiser and have experienced great results with glowy, soft skin and less oily looking areas throughout the day. In summary, it's a great product, and I would definitely recommend it for combination skin like mine.

I really liked the cooling, refreshed feeling when applying however i didn't love the sticky feeling it left. I preferred the cream. Using it with all the other products of cetaphil i trialled, this was my least favourite. However it did do what it stated by reducing the fine lines and did improve elasticity. I loved the pump bottle and you only needed a small amount. It made my face feel tighter after a few days of using it twice a day. I had no breakouts, sensitivity or burning which is great. I would still recommend it to people aanting those results as it definitely worked.
