CeraVe Foaming Cleanser

CeraVe Foaming Cleanser is a wonderful daily cleanser that is budget friendly as you get a lot out of the bottle, and effective. It isn't harsh on skin but does the job of cleaning skin well. The formula is great for sensitive skin as it is fragrance free. We leave a bottle in the shower for daily use and the bottle holds up well over several months (I find some bottles fill with water or the pump stops working). Great for use on all types of skin, but particularly wonderful for oily skin. It's a simple but effective product.

I cannot recommend CeraVe Foaming Cleanser enough! It has become an essential part of my daily skincare routine. This cleanser is incredibly gentle yet effective in removing dirt, oil, and impurities from my skin, leaving it feeling clean and refreshed. Love cerave range as it is gentle on the skin with no nasties. We use their moisturiser as well. This cerave foaming cleanser is very gentle and feels like a luxury to put foam on my face to wake me up in the morning. Absolutely love it. It comes in a cute bottle. The pump is also very easy to use and you only need 1 pump to wash the face. Goes a long way. My face feels nice and clean after using it. I also let my girls use it and they love it I recommend it to anyone including people with sensitive skin

I love all cerave products, and I love this one equally. It’s a great priced product that does exactly what it’s meant too. It cleans makeup, oils and other skincare products. It left my skin fresh and bouncy and as clean as I expected. I used this product 2 times, daily for 2 weeks and have enjoyed every day of it. When I wore heavy makeup or had a big day, I did use a cream cleanser as well after and it still worked amazing alone before I used the second cleanser. This product is a foaming cleanser, and does foam well either in your hands or on a face sponge. I used both, but when my skin was drier on certain days I would use a sponge. It didn’t cause any redness or stressed skin. I will defiantly be buying this product again, I have 2 other cerave products that I cycle through as well and have repurchased them as well.

I have been using the CeraVe Foaming Cleanser for over 3 weeks now, and I love how it has become a staple product in my skincare routine. I have found this product to work well with my oily/combination skin. I use it twice daily - morning and night and like that it does not irritate or dry up my skin. The cleanser is a thick gel-like consistency, packaged well and a little bit goes a long way. I love that there are no harsh chemicals and its fragrance free. I love the CeraVe skincare range, and always find myself coming back to these products as they are gentle, effective and affordable. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

i received this product in exchange for an honest review. I quite enjoyed using and testing this foaming cleanser on my sensitive, acne prone skin. The cleanser is sort of thick in consistency and doesn't bubble up like other similar cleansers do. The cleanser is unscented which is good for sensitive skin and the ingredients list hyaluronic acid and niacinamide which are very moisurising on the skin leaving it quite soft and supple. Some other cleansers may sting the eyes when removing eye makeup or washing but i did not experience that issue with this cleanser. I would recommend this cleanser to those on a budget, needing something simple that gets the job done and its widely accessible.

A beautiful no fuss cleanser that removes the days makeup, sunscreen and oil without stripping the skin. I was worried about the foaming feature as my skin is often tight and dry after a foaming cleanser but not with Cerave Foaming Cleanser. The gentle foam feels soft on the skin and doesn’t feel at all drying. The formula lathers without effort and leaves skin soft and clean. The silky gel formula has no fragrance and doesn’t irritate my skin or flare up any sensitivities. The added benefits of ceramides ensures my barrier function is strengthened and moisture is retained in the skin. I love the affordability, user-friendly design and convenience of being able to pick it up at most shops. It comes in a large size too which is great. All-in-all this is a great foaming cleanser that performs well and does what they promise. Definitely one of the better foaming cleansers I’ve tried that it gentle on the skin.

This product was great! Over my 4 week trialling period i noticed a subtle change in my skin. When beginning the product, my skin had no breakouts however it was oily and not smooth. The CeraVe Foaming Cleanser fixed both those issues and maintained 0 breakouts. One thing that disappointed me during my trial was that my cleanser did not foam as expected. I tried it with different amounts of water, yet no luck. so it was quite difficult to spread a thick non foamy substance over my skin to wash my makeup off. However, it did wash all my makeup off for work, and this worked wonders because my uniform requires lots of makeup. Something to keep in mind when using the product would be to very slowly push down on the pump, because if you do it fast, lots of (too much) product will come out of it and you may have to waste it

The CeraVe foaming cleanser has been fantastic for my sensitive and combination skin. It foams very well and a little goes along way. The packaging is great and easy to use. It has calmed down my outbreaks alot! And since using it I haven't had any new outbreaks either. It controls the oil in my oily spots which helps my foundation apply better and stay on well. I also find it effectively removes all of my make up at the end of the day too. Very good priced and I highly recommend! My partner is also probe to breakouts and has extremley sensitive skin but he absolutely loves it. I will absolutely be continuing to purchase this product and would love to try more from the CeraVe range. This is a game changer and so much better then the cleaner I was buying and paying over one hundred dollars for.

This is a perfect, every day cleanser! I have oily skin prone to breakouts and red spots - after a few weeks of using this cleanser I definitely noticed a difference to the texture of my skin. I use it every night in the shower to clean off the day, and whether I'm wearing makeup or not, it always makes me feel clean and fresh. There is an initial dryness to it, if you don't like feeling a bit tight after cleansing then this might not be for you. It also interacts really well with my other skincare and makeup products. I highly recommend this cleaner and will restock when it runs out. Give it a go!

For drier or more sensitive skin, I suggest using it sparingly or in conjunction with hydrating products. Overall, it offers a thorough cleanse, but be cautious if you lean towards drier skin types.

This was my first time using a CeraVe product. I had heard so so many good reviews about this brand and product. I have combination skin, someone my skin can be sensitive too. This product did not irritate nor was harsh on my skin at all. It cleansed my skin nicely, left my skin feeling clean and refreshed. I felt as if it did not strip any moisture out of my skin too! The only down side from this product was that it did not “foam”. I had tried making this product foam whilst agitating it between my hands before applying it to my face and Even tried agitating on my face. It did not work I would say this is like a thick body wash like consistency I would buy this product again.

I gave my face a quick wipe to get rid of the obvious make up I’d used and then using the foaming cleanser to remove additional make up and properly cleanse my face. My skin didn’t feel dry or stripped after use and didn’t cause any breakouts in my acne prone skin. This product was gentle enough on my face to use twice daily, but I ended up switching to just nightly a few weeks into the trial, and this suited my skin well. This product is something I have already recommended to others and will continue to incorporate into my routine. The CeraVe Foaming Cleanser is also a great price point and a good product for someone who might need to calm their skin.

This was a great product on my oily/acne prone skin. I like the pump bottle and the cleanser turned into a great foam to use on my face/chest/back. Using after a long day or exercising, it left my skin feeling clean. With acne prone skin, I felt like there were minimal new pimples popping up since using (2 weeks). I could use this product for AM and PM and did not leave my skin too dry. This is a good cleanser for the price point. I would continue using this foam cleanser in my skincare routine.

I was lucky enough to trial this product as part of the review crew. The CeraVe foaming cleanser is a great affordable option for your basic everyday face wash for normal to oily skin with niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and 3 essential ceramides. My dry winter skin didn't feel tight or stripped after using this and I didn't find myself loading on the moisturiser after using which is a different experience to some foaming cleansers I have used in the past. Only downfall is it takes a bit of extra work to take of eye make up which is why it gets 4 stars not 5.

I have struggled with acne for as long as I can remember and have tried just about anything. My acne seems to come and go, and even the slightest inconvenience makes me break out. CeraVe does a great job at not over-stripping my skin barrier and keeping my skin clear. I loved that this contains Ceramides, Hyaluronic Acids and Niacinamide. Other expensive brands do not do that and this is so affordable! What I liked especially was how this cleanser was able to clean and refresh my face while still being gentle. In my experience using this product, I have experienced many pros. The main purpose of this product is that it cleanses and remove oil without disrupting the protective skin barrier. Although this is the main purpose of this product it also helps calm your skin, retains the skin’s natural moisture, and is a refreshing gel as well. In general, I love this product and recommend it. The product did everything it’s designed to do so, therefore, I don’t have any cons about this product. Overall, I would most definitely recommend this product to people who have acne. This product clears your skin making it feel smooth and fresh. I will continue purchasing this product because it helps my skin in different ways. The product is very much worth its price for all the benefits it has to offer.

A good budget product. It's gentle on the skin whilst effectively cleaning off all the dirt and grime from your day. i have found it to be a balanced cleaner that effectively cleans without drying the skin out. The cleanser foams when worked in your hands, achieving a great ‘clean’ feel on your face. After rubbing into your face, your face feels clean, clear and fresh but you do not get that ‘tight’ feeling you may get from some other cleaners. I did intially get a burning feeling of the skin when I put moisturiser on post washing, but the clenser on its own is very effective and affordable.

I love that the CeraVe foaming cleanser is an affordable, everyday cleanser. I was surprised by the size of the bottle for the cost, you definitely get your moneys worth. It was gentle on the skin and didn’t dry my face out, nor did I get any breakouts using this cleanser. I gave the product 4 stars out of 5 due to me not personally liking the smell of the cleanser (partner said it smelt normal) and the fact that it has the ingredient Phenoxyethanol in it which I also personally try to avoid products with this in it

Great cleanser that is great for sensitive and combination skin. The pump dispenser was easy to use and pumped just the right amount of product. The cleanser itself foamed up nicely leaving my skin clean but didn’t strip out my skin dry and didn’t have any scents. I love how there are 3 essential ceramides to help strengthen my skin's protective barrier. I plan to continue to use this post trial and would recommend this to my anyone is looking for an affordable everyday cleanser. I think I have found my new favourite cleanser!
