CeraVe Blemish Control Resurfacing Retinol Serum

The CeraVe Blemish Control Resurfacing Retinol Serum has been a game-changer for my skincare routine. Its potent yet gentle formula tackles blemishes and uneven skin texture with precision. Unlike many retinol serums, this one doesn't leave my skin dry or irritated. Instead, it leaves it feeling hydrated and remarkably smoother. The gradual improvement in my skin's texture and clarity has been impressive. Plus, the serum's non-comedogenic nature is a win for those prone to breakouts. It's quickly become a staple in my skincare regimen, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking clearer, more radiant skin.

I used this serum about 2-3 times a week as it was only my second time trying retinol products. This one when compared to the 'CeraVe Skin Renewing Retinol Serum', I much prefer this one, as it leaves your skin incredibly smooth. I did not find that it brightened my skin that much (but that is perhaps because I did not use it that often), but when paired with my own niacinamide and vitamin c serum, my skin looked better than it has ever looked. It also reduced the size of my pore a little, although this effect went away if I did not use it often enough (~3-4 days later). I also liked that the retinol serum was drying, as I have extremely oily skin. I also noticed that my pimples dried out faster than before. However, a few pimples were also noticeably more 'angry', but nothing pimple cream and patches cannot solve.

I have been using the CeraVe Blemish Control Resurfacing Retinol Serum for about one month now, and I have been very happy with the results. I have noticed a significant reduction in the number of blemishes on my face, and my skin texture has also improved. I have also noticed that my dark spots are starting to fade. I have sensitive skin, so I was worried that the retinol in this serum would be too irritating for me. However, I have not experienced any irritation at all. The serum is very lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth. I would definitely recommend the CeraVe Blemish Control Resurfacing Retinol Serum to anyone with acne-prone skin. It is a gentle and effective way to improve the appearance of your skin.

The CeraVe blemish control resurfacing retinol serum hands down one of my new favourite skin Care items now! Hands down this serum is amazing! I enjoyed it so much. I had a fair few problems with my skin and this worked wonders on my dark spots and blemishes.I tryed it during my menstrual cycle which is the worse time my skin breaks out and I didn’t get a break out it eveb contrôlée my oily skin! It left it feeling so soft and smooth. Hydrates the skin and it’s a very light serum doesn’t no leave you feeling sticky or heavy. I highly recommend this siren it’s definitely staying in my skin care routine.. 10 out of 10

I always look forward to trialing products from the CeraVe range, particularly because they are easy to use, well packaged and simple yet effective. This is a great product for someone who is looking to incorporate retinol into their skincare routine. Since using the CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Serum, I have noticed improvements in terms of my skin texture. I haven't experienced any breakout or pimples whilst using this product either! The gel like formula promotes deep hydration, and it is just the perfect combination (contains niacinamide). I would recommend this product to my family and friends!

Love everything about the CeraVe Blemish Control Resuracing Retinol Serum! It has completely changed the texture of my skin and made it so soft. I haven't had any breakouts while using it, which is amazing as I have sensitive skin that is prone to breaking out. The packaging looks great and is easy to use also. I will be repurchasing and continuing to use. I highly recommend and believe it is great value for money as it is lasting for agers, only two tiny pumps and I can cover my entire face and neck.

This is my first time ever using a CeraVe product and I can confirm I will be trying more of their products!! I have been using the blemish control resurfacing retinol serum for the past month and absolutely in love. I wouldn’t necessarily be calling this product a serum as it’s more of a cream. This product is a very light weight product that didn’t feel thick or that it was clogging the skin. I noticed a difference in my skin when using this daily. I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends

This is a wonderful retinol for someone that has blemish prone / oily skin. It has a lovely texture that soaks into the skin very nicely. I love using retinol as an anti ageing ingredient as well as helping oil flow. This product is great for helping with this! I would defiantly recommend this to my family and friends as a beginner retinol. I love how sleek the packaging is as well as it being a pump bottle. The perfect amount comes out with one pump! Gentle enough for every night as well which is great!

I always look forward to trying new CeraVe products. I swear by their morning moisturiser and was therefore so excited to try another product in their range. This definitely did not disappoint, especially adding this to my already CeraVe skin routine. The serum feels nice and lightweight on your skin and is very easy to apply. Stating that it contains retinol is also great to help minimise pores and rejuvenate my skin. It had a nice ‘calming’ feel to it and it quickly became a staple for me. I would definitely repurchase this product again and again.

I’ve been trialing the CeraVe Blemish Control Resurfacing Retinol Serum and already noticed my skin feeling softer and blemish free. I liked using the serum with my other CeraVe range product and noticed my makeup application feels easier to apply and my skin looks well polished even without any makeup on. The product is easy to dispense from the bottle and has great texture too. The bottle isnt anything fancy but it’s quite compact and quite compatible to take anywhere with you including traveling. I’m a huge fan of CerVe products and will continue to use the retinol serum post trial

I’ve always been a huge fan of CeraVe, absolutely love their creams and cleansers, it’s only recently that I’ve started to trial their skincare and it’s honestly a game changer. CeraVe claims their Resurfacing Retinol Serum helps smooth your skin's texture by reducing the appearance of blemishes, minimising the look of pores and improving your skin’s surface. Shall I just say, yes! Yes it does! I have prone acne skin with scaring. This product has assisted with chilling out my blemishes but also reducing scars. it's formulated with Niacinamide and 3 essential ceramides that work together to lock in skins moisture and help support your skin’s moisture barrier. I used this product at night, really focusing on the areas that truly need it more. I could see visible change in my skin texture but also how frequently I had blemishes. They weren’t as red and huge. My pores were smaller and overall feeling smooth. I’m extremely impressed and highly recommend trialing this product! It’s fantastic

I have been pleasantly surprised by this serum. I have tried retinol serums in the past and they break out my skin but this one has not. It is silky and smooth and I enjoy using it as a part of my night time skin care routine. I would definitely recommend this to my friends as they have also had trouble with retinol serums and their skin breaking out. I have been using the CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Serum for around month, and I have noticed a difference in my skin! My skin looks brighter, has reduced texture, and my breakouts have disappeared. The only way this product would be better is if it could take away my dark circles but it's not magic

I do love a CeraVe product but for the longest time it’s been restricted to cleansers and moisturisers so I was very excited to see how they took on the serum game and I must say I’ve not been disappointed. The consistency is beautiful, light weight yet definitely feels hydrating. No scent which is good for those with sensitive skin. I was previously scarred (metaphorically although there was a pretty red reaction) from using too heavy a retinol serum around my eyes but this one was great. No redness resulting. I’ve only been using for a few weeks so we’ll see how it pans out in the long term but it’s looking very promising!

CerVe blemish control resurfacing retinol serum has made my skin feeling smooth and has helped with acne scars and the pores I have had used a few serums in my life, and I have to say this one has worked magic. It being fragrance free helps with not irritating the skin. The texture of the serum is soft but also kind of thick. I love how easy it is to use and store also mess free. I will definitely continue using this product and hopefully keep seeing results. If you’re looking for retinol serum I 100% suggest this one.

I have tried a couple retinols previously and I think that this is the perfect introduction! I didn’t have much dryness or irritation which I have experienced before and I felt like my skin has slowly but surely been getting more and more smooth. I have also noticed my blackheads getting smaller, although I did have some slight purging! I love the brand cerave because they keep things simple which is exactly what they have done with this product - not too much complicated wording or jargon which would potentially make the product confusing and overwhelming for the consumer.

The blemish control resurfacing retinol serum was nicely, but simply, packaged and easy to use. As for the product itself, I used it daily and it went on smooth without any heaviness, seeing an improvement in the texture and brightness of my skin. Overall, it didn’t really impact my blemishes, which are minimal, and after the initial adjustment period, my skin settled and looked and felt slightly better than prior to use. Would recommend to others, however, potentially better products on the market.

I sometimes break out when trying a new retinol, but CeraVe caused no breakouts! I applied it after washing my face and letting a face moisturizer sit in for about 15 minutes and found that this worked really well for me. The texture of my skin is visibly clearer and am starting to see some hyperpigmentation fading! I don't have much of an issue with large pores, so I cannot comment on the effectiveness here. The serum is a nice texture which makes it easy to apply and I really love how easy the pump bottle is - makes for a much easier and cleaner application compared to an eyedropper design. Overall, I was really happy with this product and will keep using it on my skin.

I have been using this serum for quite some time and so far I have been enjoying it. I have oily and acne prone skin. Therefore, I get acne and acne marks quite often. After using this serum, I did see some improvements such as my dark spots are becoming lighter. This is probably due to the combination of Liquorice Root Extract and Niacinamide. Liquorice root extract is a pretty powerful ingredient for reducing pigmentations and based on my skincare shopping experience, skincare products with this ingredient are usually coming from online and expensive brands, which will make the products less accessible. For that reason, when Cerave pushed out this product with Liquorice Root and made it available widely in store. That is a plus! In addition, the serum also has a gentle amount of retinol, which helps reduces breakout and pimples. However, I can’t say too much about the retinol yet because retinol requires you to use it for a long time to start seeing results, whilst I have only use this product for a month so far. With that being said, I do think this is a good product overall, and I will be repurchasing in the future.

I have been using the CeraVe Blemish Control Resurfacing Retinol Serum for a couple of weeks and have noticed that my skin has been clearer than it was previously. The product feels lightweight on the skin and does not leave a residue. It does not have a smell which some serums do have so I am happy about that. I am unable to give 5 stars because the product can sometimes dry my skin but I believe this is because it is a retinol. I always use moisturiser after applying to help with this. I would be happy to recommend this product to others who are looking to brighten up their skin with a product that is not too harsh and won’t add to any breakouts.
