CeraVe Advanced Repair Balm

Advanced Repair Balm has helped so much on my dry patches of skin. It has completely hydrated and softened them and made them way less noticeable. It is so easy to apply and a little bit spreads a long way. I love how its not oily on my skin and leaves my skin feeling nice and hydrated. It also is great value for money given the size of the packaging and the little amount you need each application. This has helped me to feel much more confident and better about myself not having dry rough patches of skin all over me is such a life changer. I would recommend this to everyone to try! its so hydrating and healing.

Was lucky enough to trial this product at home and loved it! Also shared with my younger teenage sister. I for starters loved the size! I travelled since receiving the product and loved that it fits in my travel bag without taking up so much room. Being in Melbourne has also left my skin feeling very dehydrated from having the heater on especially at night, so having this on to lock in moisture has been fantastic! I also suffer from sensitive skin and haven't found to react at all. I found this helpful with around my lips whilst having a cold keeping them hydrated. My younger sister who has trouble with acne loved that this didnt feel oily and clog her skin, she felt it helped keep her face feeling fresh and smooth for longer then she's had with other products. Having both feeling hydrated and smooth We would happily buy this again or recommend to others.

Thank you beautycrew and cerave for the opportunity to try this great balm. The packaging is simple, fit for purpose and looks ok. I think my first impression of this was that it was going to be a very rich cream consistency. It is a clear cream, still very rich. It is so much like the neutrogena hand cream but a richer version of it. It is very smooth, glides on and spreads very very easily and does leave the skin oily and slippery so it is very relieving and it does eventually absorb into the skin. I don’t mind that it is rich/oily because if you are reaching for this then that’s what you are after. Perfect for use on feet as well as hands and everywhere on the body where hudration is needed!

I was fortunate to be chosen to review the CeraCe Advanced Repair Balm and was pleased with the results. I have sensitive skin, allergies and suffer from dryness on my hands, elbows/feet etc. I have rough dry patches on my fingers, that I thought would never improve and they have! The product is multi purpose and does not have a strong fragrance or chemical scent, which is perfect for me. It feels velvety smooth, is easily applied, absorbs well and the results are great. My dryness is minimised and I feel that it is definitely worth the price.

I absolutely love Cerave's range of cleansers and serums so when I found out about their Advanced Repair Balm it was a total no brainer for me! My skin is way too sensitive for me to try the 'skin slugging' trend but I used this primarily on chapped lips and other areas of patchy/dry skin (elbows, etc) Glides on really smooth, no noticeable scent, doesn't leave a really sticky residue or anything like that. Great packaging made it easy to use the product without any waste. Will definitely be reaching for this throughout the winter!

This is a great all round product. So many uses. Knowing it is CeraVe meant I knew it would be kind to my skin and not cause any reactions. I used it on dry elbows and feet, and dry spots on my face. Areas that were wind burnt and couldn't handle even a basic moisturiser, this soothed and helped recover. The texture is smooth and the clear colour mean there is no residue. I also used it on my son who had wind burn around his lips, and sore skin around his toenails.This is something that will be added to my cabinet as a staple. The size means it is easy to throw in your handbag or travel bag to take with you, and the consistency means it won't leak everywhere.

CeraVe advanced repair balm has been a game changer! I get serious bumps and lumps on my thighs and bum from sweat. Particular clothes rubbing against my skin aggregates the irritation. With the similar texture as paw paw ointment but slightly it is so easy to apply a barrier protection. It’s very soothing on your skin upon application. The added hyaluronic acid binds moisture and your skin feels less tight due to the extra hydration. I also find that it provides instant relief on itchy skin whenever i get flare ups.

Vaseline but better. I love that this product seals and protects like the skincare staple I’ve used all my life AND does even more! A little goes a long way so this travel sized pocket rocket is made with intention. It moisturises and soothes, it’s great for when my face or body has dry spots because I’m highly prone to very dry skin and I can also use it on my lips which feels like a bonus. I like to apply a thin layer on my face with my evening routine and use it to target patches during the day. This is now my new staple and take it every where. Highly recommend it!

I was very surprised how long lasting and quick acting this product was. CeraVe has really gone above and beyond with this product formulation. I experience very dry patches on my lips, face and hands that can sometimes be consistent weeks on end with moisturisers only giving me temporary release, where this product worked overnight! I used CeraVe advanced repair balm as an overnight mask on my face and hands and woke up with great skin. My only complaint is the products texture as it left me feeling very slimey. Compared to normal moisturisers which usually have a cream consistency and soak into the skin the advanced repair cream's texture was more close to Paw Paw ointment. Product was thick but still easy to apply, when recommending to other I suggest start small and build product or you will end up a little bit of a slimey mess. I definitely would buy this product again if my dry patches on my skin remained and use it more of a spot treatment rather then an overnight mask. I would not recommend this product as your daily moisturiser as it is very strong but perfect for an individual who suffers chronically dry skin.

I was expecting this product to be a regular moisturiser, but was intrigued to discover the balm texture. The balm is similar in consistency to Vaseline, paw paw or lanolips. It is very thick and a little goes a long way. It feels similar to using one of these products, but the added ingredients really make a difference - where using some if these others can sometimes leave your skin even drier once it soaks in, the CeraVe balm leaves skin hydrated. I have mainly been using this on my lips before bed as it provides great overnight hydration. I will definitely continue to use it in this way. I have also used on the back of my hands and elbows and have found it very effective. I did try it on larger parts of my body, like knees or feet, however found it was too sticky to be comfortable in those areas. I was grateful to receive this as part of Review Crew.

When I tried this product, I was impressed by its ability to transform rough patches of skin, such as those on my knees and elbows, into smoother, more supple areas. Unlike lighter moisturisers, this balm is designed to provide long-lasting hydration and protection, making it ideal for targeting areas of the body that are prone to roughness and dryness. Applying the advanced repair balm to my knees and elbows, I immediately noticed its thick consistency, reminiscent of Vaseline. This texture is what allows the balm to create a protective barrier over the skin, sealing in moisture and preventing further dehydration. However, one thing I observed was that the balm took a bit longer to absorb compared to lighter moisturisers. This is likely due to its dense formula, which requires more time to penetrate deeply into the skin. While some may find this to be a downside, especially if they're in a hurry, I personally didn't mind the extra wait knowing that the balm was delivering intense hydration and nourishment to my skin.

Loved this! Especially for winter months! It’s got the texture of Vaseline but not as greasy! I used it on my super dry face and lips as well as hands and feet and it kept everything supple and moist! I lent some to my friends to use on their dry hands and they instantly fell In Love! It glides on so smoothly and hers absorbed easily, doesn’t sit on your skin like a thick petroleum jelly does. My face didn’t breakout either and it was so soft in the morning! Highly recommend to girlies with super dry skin including chapped lips and dry hands and feeet! I love how versatile it is and can be used everywhere including the face!

As soon as I opened this I knew I was going to love it! I’ve been using this balm since I received it a few weeks ago and it’s had a workout on my sensitive eczema prone dry skin. I’ve been using it everywhere (my lips, my cracked fingers/hands, eczema dry patches) and it’s been a godsend. The consistency is thick and rich and the petroleum based formula means that it creates a protective barrier whilst also keeping my skin hydrated. Such an affordable price too which is always great! I also love that it can be used on any age as well, my 1 year old suffers from eczema and have been using it on him as a spot treatment and it’s been working marvellously!

I really liked this. It was thick it went on well spread easily. Didn't leave me feeling super greasy and made my skin super hydrated. I used it on my arms and my ketosis Polaris and it worked really well cuz it's definitely it definitely minimized that and used it on my face and that was lovely too. It did not clog my pores or break me out when used all over my face at night time as a night treatment. I didn't use it during the day as I prefer a lighter serum like moisturizer during the day but overall I was really impressed with the product. I will definitely purchase again and I would also use it on my kids.

The dry areas on my skin have just loved the tlc from this CeraVe Advanced Repair Balm. Using it for the last couple of weeks I’ve been applying it to extra dry areas on my skin which have been my lips, heels and what’s left over the palms of my hands and fingers it also worked great as a barrier cream around my brows before tinting. The balm is easy to dispense, I noticed no scent, it is clear in colour and although it’s very thick it is also effortlessly workable and absorbent. Once applied I forget it’s there as it is not greasy like other similar products I have used before and although I mainly use it at night it can be easily used through the day also. My skin feels much more hydrated and moisturised than it did before using this balm, I would repurchase this again and recommend it.

I was delighted to trial the CeraVe Advanced Repair Balm as I'd wanted to try CeraVe Healing Ointment for quite a few years but couldn’t justify the cost of shipping it from the US. As I suffer from incredibly dry skin, I apply the balm as my final step and I find it's a very effective occlusive and it locks in the moisturising properties of my various lotions and potions for hours on end. I find myself waking up with very smooth and soothed skin. It's fantastic to slug with but I caution anyone using retinoids to avoid on nights that you apply your retinoids and same goes for other strong acids as on those nights, your skin barrier can end up damaged from using a heavy occlusive such as this wonderful balm. It’s also fantastic for lip basting and my lips stay supple in low humidity environments. The price isn’t too bad and I will definitely purchase it again but I wish it also came in a larger tub.

The Cerave Advanced Repair Balm has dramatically improved the condition of my dry skin everywhere. From my heels to my ears I now have soft, hydrated and must less irradiated skin. I love that it comes in a small tube perfect for travel bag or handbag. It has no fragrance which is perfect for those of us with sensitive dry skin and worked miracles on my sons lips which were beyond dry and flaky due to roaccutane! I would highly recommend this balm for anyone with sensitive or dry skin anywhere.

This repair balm was lovely and relieving to use on very dry skin. As the weather is starting to cool down, I used this mostly on patches of dry skin and the beginnings of dermatitis. It worked wonderfully and left my skin with an immediate feeling of elasticity. This balm really has no odour either - it smells literally like nothing which isn’t so common in a lot of beauty products. It suggests to use it on your face, but as someone with oily skin I felt it would be too much. It also leaves quite a shine to your skin, so preferred using it only in the evenings before bed. You only need a small amount too so don’t be put off by the small tube!
