Avene Tolerance Control Intensive Skin Recovery Serum

I really enjoyed this product, the smooth consistency. Helped reduce my redness, dryness, under eye lines. My skin is all over the place but I really feel like this helped me in the time that I used it I like how it has the dropper, makes it so easy to use, liquid doesn’t go all over the place. Makes it feel very luxe! I would recommend this product to anybody I have already told my friends and family about it and most likely purchase again because of how gentle and calming my skin felt after using this product. The Avene Tolerance Control Recovery Serum is an incredible product. I received this product to review and have really enjoyed using it. It is very easy to use and I found it left my skin feeling soft. After trialling this product, I have noticed a big change in my skin. My skin is a lot clearer and has less red patches. I found this product to apply really well underneath make-up and didn't cause the products to go patchy or separate. It also paired well with my other daily skin products. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

I was fortunate to test the Avene Tolerance Control Intensive Skin Recovery Serum as a member of the Review Crew. I had not used Avene products previously, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The serum came in a small bottle with a dropper top. It was easy to use and not at all messy. I found the serum to be quick and easily absorbed into my skin, and then I applied my usual moisturiser. I was pleased to find my skin didn't feel greasy or oily. I could also apply my usual make-up without any issues. It's a lovely serum to use and it felt good on my skin. I used it only in the mornings but I noticed a reduction of redness of my skin (I usually have it on my cheeks). I liked this product a lot and I would recommend it to others who have sensitive skin. I would also be interested to try other products in the Avene range.

All I can say is wow. This feels like water going on the skin and boy does my skin love it. This comes in beautiful packaging with a great dropper. When I first applied this to my face I was shocked. My skin drank this up quicker than any other products. Thankfully it doesn't irritate my dermatitis or acne and makes my skin so soft. I had never tried Avene products before but have already bought more to try. I loved this and so does my skin. I didn't realize my skin needed more hydration as I thought my moisturizer was doing a great job but apparently I was wrong.

I am a frequent user of skincare with intensive and active ingredients such as AHA, BHA, and retinoid, so my skin will experience a weakened skin barrier, flaking, and mild redness once in a while. When I used this serum, it did help soothe those skin issues. I am not new to Avene, and I had been using it’s Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream whenever I came across my skin problems, but this cream has a very thick texture that is only suitable to be used during night time for my skin personally. For that reason, it makes Avene Tolerance Control Intensive Skin Recovery Serum a better product because this has a pretty light texture, which is suitable to be used anytime. Plus, this has no fragrance and alcohol which will lower the chance of getting any skin irritation.

I’ve been using Avene Tolerance Control serum for over two weeks now and I can tell it works for my sensitive skin. I’ve been using retinol at night and my skin became super sensitive, even to touch. Especially chin and around nose area. So, I decided to start using this Avene serum to restore my skin barrier. It immediately soothes tightness, tingling and sensation of discomfort. I use it morning and night (I put it on face, eye area, even on the neck), before applying usual skincare. I like that there is no scent and 96% of ingredients are natural origin. It contains Thermal spring water, TRP-Regulin and Panthenol. By the way, I put this serum when I burned my hand and it really helped. I think it will be perfect serum for my skin in summer time (I get burned even with the spf, as my skin is so light and sensitive). I will definitely repurchase this serum and try other products from this line

I was excited to try this Avene Tolerance Control Intensive Skin Recovery Serum in my nighttime routine, as I had just started reintroducing more active products, such as a glycolic acid toner. Using the serum immediately after my toner, it helped soothe my skin and stopped it from getting too irritated or red. Overall, my skin has been less red, irritated or dry and flaky since using this serum. I saw an improvement within a few days of using this at night. The serum comes in a generous sized glass dropper bottle and the serum itself is milky white. The texture is quite watery, not oily or sticky and absorbs into the skin quickly and easily. It was easy and pleasant to apply. I am very happy with the results of this serum. I would highly recommend to anyone who gets irritated skin from active skincare products. I look forward to trying this serum with other active skincare products like retinols.

I have tried this product for a few weeks and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. When I started using this product my skin was extremely dehydrated rough and had very sensitive. I had avoided active ingredients to ensure that I didn’t worsen my skin and was mainly using gentle moisturisers to attempt to hydrate and repair my skin which wasn’t having much success (at least not noticeably or immediately). While I was skeptics that this product could help, I noticed a difference within a few days of using this product. It helped hydrate and repair my skin so that the texture and appearance of my skin improved. After a week, I felt comfortable enough to reintroduce active ingredients into my skin care without an adverse reaction. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with sensitive or dry/damaged skin. I note that I also found this useful as an aid following a gentle chemical peel to calm and restore my skin.

I was super excited to try this product as I have dull, dry skin and was really hopeful that it would give a refresh. After using as directed I was left feeling a little bit disappointed as it didn’t quite give me the results I hoped for. There was improvement, but not as much as I would have liked. I also didn’t really like the smell, and I felt a little bit sticky after using it. Maybe my expectations were a little overzelous and I’m destined for dry dull skin forever.. but despite the things I didn’t love, I would use this again as I did see some improvement.

I was quite excited to trial the Avene Tolerance Control Intensive Skin Recovery Serum as I have been a fan of Avene products. I recently started new AHA products and my skin was getting aggravated at the strength of the products. The Avene Recovery Serum has been helpful in soothing my irritation during this time. This serum came in a glass bottle with dropper and made dispensing the formula hassle free. The texture of the serum is extremely lightweight, absorbed rapidly and left my skin feeling soft and hydrated with no greasiness. A drop of two was more than sufficient to apply to the face and neck. I was impressed at how quickly my skin calmed down and it has certainly helped with supporting my skin during this transition period.

I had tested this product and wouldn’t recommend if you have dry, blemish and oily skin. I tried this for 2 weeks it felt nice at first then dried my skin out, I was like ok maybe it’s my skin getting used to the product. I started getting cracked skin and more blemishes . I wouldn’t recommend with oily dry skin if you’re over 35. I haven’t ever used this product before . It was hard to apply for my current routine, it burned and stinged my skin . I use o cosmedics currently and it reacted with my cream. When I put it on my skin it was runny and not easier to apply

I have a dry skin and redness too. Avene Tolerance Control Intensive Skin Recovery Serum is the one. First trial, easy absorb and fragrance free. Love it. Non oily residue. My skin feel very soft and smooth. I feel like this serum make your skin glow too. I get many compliments fpr the last few days since i use this serum. It's really worth to try if you have dry skin and sensitive skin. Also, it easy to layer up when you wear make up. Highly recommended. I believe this serum does what it says. Not many serum can fit in my sensitive skin. This one just fit, no more flaky and redness. No stingy feeling.

This little gem really impressed me!. It was fantastic at smoothing my skin, I definitely saw my skin improving in texture and my skin calmed down. It definitely does what it is marketed at, which is soothing tightness. It really improved the hypersensitivity of my skin as I found it less reactive to whatever I put on top of it. I used it day and night and found that it worked brilliantly under make-up. I would absolutely recommend this product to others especially those with slightly sensitised skin or those that would like something to soothe their skin.

I received the Avene Tolerance Control Intensive Skin Recovery Serum and used the product for 3 weeks day and night after cleansing and under my moisturiser. I do have slight rosacea and often in winter my skin tends to feel a little dry. I tried the Serum and found it fragrance free, and one squeeze from the dropper was enough to cover my face and neck area. It felt light and spread easily. It absorbed quickly and easily and I was able to follow with my moisturiser without delay. Using the serum actually helped combat the dryness I used to experience in the past and my skin felt soft and comfortable. It helped reduce the redness in my cheeks slightly. I'll continue to use the product during these winter months to keep dryness at bay.

I received this product to review and honestly have found it to be amazing. I’m usually very nervous about adding in new things to my routine because I always break out and end up with red patches, but this did none of that. Upon the first use my skin felt so soft and it has just been great. It is easy to use and I feel like it has definitely made a big difference in my skin. I was given the opportunity to trial this intensive skin recovery serum from Avene with thanks. I am 49 with fair and dry/dehydrated skin. Currently my skin is a little sensitive and barrier compromised from tretinoin usage. Receiving this was a godsend and I had high expectations for this serum. Firstly packaging is clean and easy to read instructions are on the box. Basic style dropper in a 30ml glass bottle. The serum is a milky coloured medium weight liquid, not thin but not thick either. I like that it is non-comedogenic so it won’t clog my pores and it’s ingredients are 96% natural origin. There is no smell so I assume it’s fragrance free. I have been using this for 3 weeks every day morning and evening after cleansing and before moisturiser. It’s easy to use, I use about 1/2 to 3/4 dropper size on my whole face, neck and under the eyes. No stinging or burning, it’s easy to spread, dries down quickly, leaves no sticky residue so it absorbed well which I like. Skin felt calmer and less irritated, not tight which I liked a lot . I felt there was a little improvement in comfort and sensitivity but not a huge massive difference in moisture or redness. I will continue to use it all up and hope my redness will improve but you definitely need to apply a moisturiser on top plus sunscreen in the day for the hydration and protection your skin needs.
