Over the last couple of years, scrunchies (AKA the '90s favourite hair accessory) have been steadily coming back into fashion, and we're happy to report they're still going strong in 2021. Thank god; they're comfy, okay?

But while we're extremely grateful that the fashion crowd have in fact decided they're legitimately cool, this is one hair trend your locks will truly thank you for.

Unlike traditional ties which have developed a bad reputation for causing damage to strands, the soft, loose nature of scrunchies makes them far less likely to hurt your hair. Blessings all round.
