Here's how to nail Elsa Hosk's festive lip look...

Time to pour a cup of peppermint mocha...

When you're as obsessed about beauty as we are, there's a few things you know you have to stop to listen to. And when a Vitoria's Secret angel drops a makeup tutorial or hack, that's pretty tier one, beauty news kind of stuff. Add in a fun festive element and we're so sold.

Which is why when Elsa Hosk gave us a look into her 'peppermint mocha makeup' we know that a) we had to hit up our nearest Starbucks for a taste of the holiday cheer and b) we had to find every product she used to create the glorious, glossy, red look.

So, we cracked out our comically small detectives magnifying glass, zoomed right in and put all of our beauty knowledge to the test and we were able to find out all of her festive faves.

Elsa Hosk's Peppermint Mocha Makeup

Starting off the look Hosk lines the outside of her lips with a creamy deep red-toned liner, that turns out is a special addition Kylie Cosmetics Precision Pout Lip Liner in 'Lure' ($32 at Kylie Cosmetics). She then takes a small blending brush and smudges the liner across her lips, leaving them with a very light layer of the liner. And because one liner is never enough, Hosk then takes the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Liner in 'Malt' ($32 at Adore Beauty) and retraces over the outline of just her top lip.

For a wash of Christmassy-colour, Hosk opts for a trending blurred K-beauty lipstick. Swatching the Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tint in 'Deep Sangria' ($15.27 at Beauty Amoraon a glass palette before taking her time to apply and perfect with a brush. This wash of festive red would still be a show stopper, but Hosk took it to the next level by adding the most incredibly glimmering (limited edition) gloss as a final layer. The colour in question? Morphe Dripglass Lip Gloss in 'Hot Cocoa' ($28 at MECCA).

And there we have it, the most perfect, festive red lip that we can't wait to recreate. All we need to know is the rest of the products used to create her effortless 'peppermint mocha makeup' and we can enjoy our holiday season!
