Kylie Jenner uses *this* unexpected product as eyeliner

In case you haven’t been paying attention to *everything* the Kardashian/Jenner clan have been up to as of late (like this makeup tutorial Kim Kardashian recently shared, and this ‘90s hair accessory Kendall Jenner is single-handedly bringing back), Kylie Jenner has joined boyfriend Travis Scott on his tour for his new album Astroworld.

And while the beauty mogul has been keeping us up-to-date on Instagram, we were a little surprised when she posted a ‘get ready with me’ makeup tutorial on YouTube – it’s been AGES since Kylie hit up her YouTube account!

So obviously we were keen to soak up some Kylie-approved makeup tips. And we were not disappointed, because she dropped a pretty sweet beauty hack that’s about to change your entire makeup game this summer.

While giving us a run-down on her eye makeup, the 21-year-old reached for the cult-favourite Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Chocolate. But instead of going ahead and shaping her (already perfect) brows, she let us in on a little secret.

“Okay, so! The only thing I brought on tour is this brown pomade from Anastasia,” said Kylie. “It’s actually a brow pomade, but I’m going to use it as my liner today. I want something a little softer and I don’t really want to use black.”

Interesting!

Kylie then used an angled brush to apply the brow pomade across her upper lash line, flicking it out at the corner of her eye in a goal-worthy wing. She teamed her liner with some neutral brown hues (courtesy of Kylie Cosmetics The Bronze Palette) on her lids, and a pop of super bright pink eyeshadow (she used her own Birthday 2018 Palette) on the inner corners of her eyes.

So, could brow pomade be the new eyeliner? We don’t know about you, but we’re totally feeling it! It looks a whole lot more subtle and fresher than your average black liquid liner, yet still adds just enough drama to your look without going over the top. Especially when you’re already planning on going for a bit of a statement eyeshadow look like Kylie.
