KFC have created a nail polish that tastes like chicken

No your eyes aren’t deceiving you, and yes, you’ve read this correctly. The fast food chain KFC has just launched its very first beauty product: nail polish that tastes likes like chicken (seriously, what world do we live in!).

According to adsweek, the Kentucky Fried Chicken nail range comes in two edible flavours that mimic the brands most popular tastes: original and a hot & spicy (because, naturally, everyone wants spicy digits).

"The recipe for our edible nail polish is unique and was specifically designed to hold the flavour, but to also dry with a glossy coat similar to normal nail polish," says Ogilvy creative director John Koay, the mastermind behind the beauty range.

 However if you’re still shaking your head like us, thankfully, we won’t need to worry for a while, as the polishes are only available in Hong Kong. Looks like we’ll be sticking to our usual taste-free varnish for the time being.
