The way the shampoo and conditioner soothed their itchy scalp: Our members with itchy scalps said the shampoo and conditioner genuinely helped to soothe their discomfort.

The way they minimised flakiness: Reviewers who had been struggling with dandruff said they noticed a significant minimisation of scalp flakiness after using the shampoo and conditioner.

The way they replenished moisture in their hair: Even though the shampoo and conditioner helped to purify the scalp, the formulas also replenished moisture along the hair shaft, with a number of reviewers saying their hair felt soft, shiny and hydrated after use.

“This shampoo came at the perfect time as my hair was very dry and damaged, and my scalp was quite itchy and flakey. The argan oil and coconut oil in this new formula really helped to bring back the moisture and life into my hair and the coconut scent was also light and pleasant. I used this shampoo for a couple of weeks along with the matching conditioner and the itching and dryness has definitely improved. You can notice the results and difference in your hair in just a couple of washes… My hair feels more clean, fresh and looks so nice and smooth.”

“I have suffered with dandruff my whole life and Head & Shoulders is the only thing that keeps it at bay. The products released by the brand in recent years have seen a significant improvement in formula and this product is no exception. This shampoo felt nourishing and of course helped to relieve dandruff symptoms. My hair type is oily so I was expecting this shampoo to make it feel extra greasy, however I found my hair felt refreshed and clean after use without getting weighed down with product. I would happily recommend giving it a go if you suffer with intolerable dandruff, it's a lifesaver.”
