Hailey Bieber’s 2-step method for nailing her signature lip
Ask us any question about Hailey Bieber’s beauty routine and we’ve got the answer. From her skin care routine to the secrets behind her beach waves, our knowledge knows no bounds. And now, we’ve got the steps to nailing her signature lip look.
Bieber’s minimal but glowing makeup repertoire has earned her the status as a glazed donut queen and her pout is no different. Ditching matte for a shiny 3D finish, it’s hard to believe lips so pillowy and glistening is the result of just two products.
Here’s how to nail Hailey Bieber’s lip look for yourself.
What you'll need:
To copy Bieber’s look, you’ll need a latte-coloured lip liner and a clear, glossy lip treatment. In her TikTok video, Bieber used the Naomi Lip Pencil by Scott Barnes (approx $30 AUD at Look Fantastic) and her Rhode Peptide Lip Treatment (which of course is sold out).
Our dupe recommendations? The Make Up Forever Artist Color Pencil in ‘Anywhere Caffeine’ ($29 at Sephora) and the Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm ($34 at MECCA).
Step 1.
Line and smudge
Line your bottom and top lip, following the natural shape of the outer edge. Then use your finger to smudge and diffuse any harsh lines, controlling the colour so it stays on your lips.
Top tip
Add some extra liner to the centre of your bottom lip and in the middle of the Cupid’s bow for extra definition, smudging again to diffuse.
Step 2.
Glaze
Layer over the top with your lip treatment — and don’t be shy about how much you use.
Final look
Glazed donut lips. Yep, we’re calling it.
